Timeline of Wolfgang Rico's regime and life:

1947: Wolfgang Rico is born in Leon

1965: Rico joins army

1970's: Rico and others work together for the end of Franco's reign

29 July 1983: Rico and others sucede in creating an independent Basque Spain. Rico becomes the general of the entire Basque military.

1985: In the first election Rico loses to Jorge Gonzales in a tight race. Begins to plot coup

4 May 1989: Rico stages coup.

12 May 1989: Rico secures the Federal District of Bilboa

28 June 1989: The street fighting ends

July 1989: Rico begins the Purge: hunting down and executing Gonzales' staff, memembers of Parlament, and ministers.

3 December 1991: Purge ends with the execution of Doris Malendez, Minister of the Treasury

December 1991: Disapperances begin

October 1992: Marco Domingo nephew of Gonzales, begins the militia known as Basque Freedom and wages terrorism and guerilla warfare against the regime.

4 May 1994: On the The Day of Revolt (holiday to remember the coup), Domingo attacks the Federal District of Bilboa. Domingo makes the old Parlament Building his HQ.

7 May 1994: Domingo's forces in the Federal District have grow to and estimated 5,000, street fighting around the city incudes another estimated 12,000

23 November 1994: Basque military fully secures Bilboa. Domingo flees to Nebarri_Prime

2002: La Verdad Roja is founded by Howard Drobbels

2003: CL War begins

August 2005: Peace Talks begin, cease-fire in effect.

19 August 2005: Howard Drobbels leader of La Verdad Roja, attempts to kill Wolfgang Rico at the peace talks, Drobbels is wounded. Basque Spain desends into civil war...

Rules:

1. Nothing but factions can become involved until page 10
2. The troops cannot start out as elite fighting squads, you must slowly train them
3. You must TG me the stats of you militia, keep it real, if you are fighting for the people, you will have poor equipment, lots of manpower, if you a puppet for a larger power (i.e. Coreys Land) you will have good equipment, but less manpower.
4. Drug lords can only support a faction, they cannot try to crown themseves leader
5. Only one with planes at the get-go is me, same with tanks, you can steal them later on
6. Bounties are allowed, but you must be rational, a faction has limited reasorces, they can't put up a bounty for 100 million dollars

A small group of Salvador Brigaders, armed only with rudimentary items, baseball bats, and Bibles, marched to downtown Leon to rally support during the uprising for a "new Christian order." Cristobal Barrique, in a speech titled "The Leon Proclaimation," denounced Wolfgang's secularist rule and has sworn to overthrow the embattled leader.
Approximately 1,000 citizens cheered the group on.
"Yo sabo que este persona es verdad" John Martain said, in severely broken Spanish. "Mi dios es Dios!"
"More religious fundamentalist garbage!" exclaimed another spectator, who declined to identify himself as he nursed a wound above his right eye.

Federal District in Bilboa

Rico looked around at hsi top aides. HE saw 5 empty seats in the room. 5 men that he had trusted, now working against him for La Verdad Roja. In the empty seat next to him where Howard Drobbels used to sit-he could only hope he was dying-but he had to adress the new order of Basque Spain.

"It has come to the attetion of some of my, more trusted sources, that there is a gathering of religious zealots calling for a overthrow of the government over in Leon. Is this true." Rico looked around at the smaller group.

"Yes sir that is true but it is only a little gathering don't you think that we need to focus on the location of Drobbels' hospital that he is at. We need to get them from the top they have infiltated too much of the military."

"We have a large amount of the Basque Freedom Brigade working on that but I personally know the leader of the BFB cell in Leon, and I know how much he hates Salvador Brigade zealots. He would be very happy if I could give him a crack at them."

Hilton Hotel room in Leon.

Jorge Sanchez was laying on his bed watching an interveiw with Basque racing star Gorro Mani when the phone rang.

"Hello"

"BFB A12?"

"Que tal."

"Your least favorite team is playing tonight in the town go have your team play them."
"Ok, I'll play goalkeeper," Jorge hung up the phone, and grabbed his cell phone calling his top 30 agents and his top 4 snipers. He grabbed his black polyester gym bag, turn off the lights, and made his way to his black Audi TT in the garage.

He arrived at the redevous site. The rest of the team was already there. He looked at them and began figur\ing out the plan.

"Listen I think that all we hae to worry about is runners and getting them. They intel report said that there was noting but a few Brigaders and a rowdy crowd. Snipers you get on the tops of the Xtec Tower you should have easy shots from there, take out the ones that look like they are organizing it, and then wave this flare. Ground forces are divided into two groups. 24 head in an crash the party, the other six will stay back to knock out the runners. Team 1 is red team two is bluse snipers are green. Snipers go."

After 11 years it was time to try again. Soon the democratic basque army would strike and try again at taking control of Basque.

Marco Domingo turned to Jose Sanchez (don’t know how to make accent marks with an American keyboard). “We need heavier weapons if we want to win.” Said Domingo. “Why not use some of our money to get some from Nebarri Prime?” “They will not give us anything bigger than an A280 which is only an Assault Rifle after all they are mostly allies with the current Basque government.” “Then what’s your plan?” “We send a few hundred of our troops to hit the chain of bases next to the border, they are lightly guarded and our best trained troops with the best weapons we have should do well.” “Yes sir I will get the teams ready right away.” “We can’t hit them yet we need to wait for a few days plan it better. But yes get the teams ready and find out where we will attack on the bases.” “Yes sir”

With that Domingo’s plan was in motion. First get some tanks and aircraft. Also during this see what else happens, if more groups rise up ally with them for the time being and attack the Basque Army, trying to hit the higher officers first. All threw this he would finish training his army. About 25% of it had finished but the rest would soon come threw and once he had tanks and aircraft who knows what he could do.

Coreys Land Fascist Workers Faction , Organized 2 monthes after the B.S & C.L. war started. It is an underground party led by Giraldo Bunzi an ex B.S. military General who was dishonorabley discharged for embezzleing money from the B.S. government.

When piracy was growing popular among B.S. this is how the organization got most of its equipment , they also collect protection tax from neighborhoods with high crime rates. The C.L.F.W.F has enough weapons to arm 200,000 modern U.S. troops in Iraq.

There is to be a big Celebration in a town close to Bilboa , it is in honor to all B.S. veterans. It is said Wolfgang Rico will be there to give a speech , so the C.L.F.W.F will plan to assassinate him there.

Also the C.L.F.W.F has gotten a hold of intel linking where Rico's army will be during the time of the speech.

Pedro San-Podersa, Cristobal Barrique's spiritual adviser, recieved a phone call from lower Brigader, Mateo Ricarrdo Estevez, informing him that a pastor and two Brigader militiamen have been assasinated during a soccer match in Leon.

Pedro San-Podersa: Were they televised?
Mateo Ricarrdo Estevez: Excuse me?
San-Podersa: Their deaths may have been destined, but if the public sees how willing Rico is to taking us down, then God willing, their deaths will bring more to our ranks.
Estevez: It was a big game, but without (pastor Martin) Olivara, our southern branch's leadership is decapitated!
San-Podersa: You're speaking to me, are you? Didn't Martin trust you?
Estevez: Que? No comprendo.
San-Podersa: I'm appointing you, Pastor Estevez. I'll see you in the chapel.

Eduardo Sanchez was keenly aware of the BFB's presence in Leon and suspected they may react to the Leon Proclamation, directly or otherwise. Being a poorly-armed organization, the Salvador Brigaders have made it a habit to avoid open warfare, but realized a showdown with both the BFB and Wolfgang's government would be inevitable.

"Martyrs" Sanchez thought to himself. "It worked in the Muslim conflicts. The enemy must know we are not afraid to make the ultimate sacrifices."

Some of the young recruits were trained to make low-grade explosives in the form of suicide vests.....

Meanwhile, Jose Silvera, a pastor and deputy to Sanchez, passed by the XTec tower, escorted by 5 of these young recruits.

A busy evening street crowd ebbs around Silvera's posse. In and out of the nearby shops, the bistros, and the occasional office, the youths stare emotionless at their audience.

Silvera looks up, and utters a soft prayer...

My Brothers , My children , My faction in B.S. , now is the time more than ever , now is the time to prevail and burn B.S. to the ground!!!! We will burn all who oppose us , all who stand in our way. We must stick together for a stronger Aryian C.L. , we must not let them take our economy or power. My Brothers , My children , we must attack B.S. again , this time in the heart!!!! Leon, Basque Spain

The snipers began to fire into the crowd. They relentlessly picked off the Brigades. They heard srceaming coming from the riot. They showed the signal and they wacthed as the troops poured into the panicing audience. The snipers' eyes were transfixed upon the scene below, and they failed to notice the group of men walking towards the tower...

Lugo, Basque Spain

The 6 piolits walked toward there planes. They had been ordered to bomb the Fascist Triangle, a hotspot for the Fascist Workers Party in the city of Lugo, they boarded tyhey 3 planes, F-14s, and one by one flew into the sky.

They swung around the base and after seconds they were in the FT, they all dropped their payloads of 5 tons of explosives each, and swooped down to verify the targets.

Leon, Basque Spain, near the Xtec Tower

Silvera's group immediately rush into the tower upon hearing the gunshots, unnoticed by the snipers and covered by other Brigaders who countered with token small-arms fire.

Enrique Epifanio, a stable sweeper and Brigader, was shot down in the attack and pulled into a shop by a bartender and fellow Brigader, Victor Basilio. Basilio pulls Epifanio under a table, where both hide from the gunfire.

Basilio: Hermano! Stay with me and repeat what I say!
Epifanio cries in agony
Basilio: Our Father, who art in heaven...
Epifanio: Our... (loud moaning and sniffing. Heavy breathing) Father, who art... in heaven.
A bullet hits the window, shattering it before lodging in a nearby chair's back. Wood from the chair splinters and falls near Epifanio's feet.
Basilio: (regaining composure) Hallowed be thy name.
Epifanio: Hollow... ha.. eh... (head falls to ground, and body limps. Epifanio dies)
Basilio: (Looks down in meditative silence). Thy kingdom come, thy will be done! (Stands up, draws pistol and begins to fire at the Xtec Tower's roof.)

Silvera's group has entered the tower's ground-floor lobby.

Silvera There's no time for parting words. Recite the prayer and take your positions. God be with us all. (sets an alarm on his cell phone to go off in 15 minutes) Go!

The group quickly splits up. 4 of the youths within the group intrude upon corner rooms and station themselves near the walls so that the blast radius of their suicide vests, in their estimations, will take out the exterior walls. Silvera and a fifth youth ascend to the top of the tower.

They sneak up to the roof, each armed only with their suicide vests and a pair of 22 cal. pistols...

Upon reaching the roof, Silvera dials a number into his cell phone before he gets the snipers' attention, screaming out:

Sivlera: The will of God can't be shot down!

Silvera presses "Send" on his phone.....

In Leon, leafelets have been circulated, branding the Furher as an incarnation of the Anti-Christ. Fear and resentment of Coreys Land has reached levels equal to the resentment of Wolfgang Rico's regime in the city.

The raid was going exactly as planned, the BFB was killing off the Brigaders like they were flys. They could not find the leader, and they began to shoot the wounded to shut them up from there stupid praying. Then all of a sudden there was a blast from the Xtec Tower, the glass shattered and there was screaming all around, they saw on of the snipers fall from the top of the tower, when he reached the bottom his body made a horrible thud. The BFB cell had never lost a man before, so they began to mutilate the bodies, and they hacked away, cutting them up to make them unrecognizable. Then 9 of the men ran into the tower determined to save at least a few people...
