OCC:I am new to this game and I would like to have a sort of test war, to see if I can rp a war. I would play my country and another country would control a rebel group.

IC: The minister of international affairs (Robert Arrantes) sat in front of the shiny radio sipping his $50 cup of coffee. He needed it. Only his Javanomara calmed him down and he a horrible temper. He was angry at the president for regecting his new budget plan. And it was about to get worse. The radio crackled "T-t-this is Shining Base, Need help". "What is it, Shining Base?". The radio went dead. Robert crushed his cup of coffee in frustration. "Aw, Damn!"

ooc: so you are looking for an insurrectionist/rebel group?
If so, could you provide things like, amount of local support, tech level, major cities(map preferable), major politicians, weapons available to rebels, and other similars.

It's all silent in Shining Base...Everybody is vanished...no blood, no destruction..., just the silence, but far away, sounds of war are approaching...
