The Minister of War will be in charge of activation of the MPP, Alliance wide declarations, and work closely with the Co Presidents on matters of war, and closely with the Foreign Minister on matters of Foreign conflict. And can speak on behalf of the Alliance regarding supplical aid at large.

1 Minister of Commerce

Will be the mediator of all intra-Alliance trade and incharge of ratifying traties proposed by the Legislator that regard trade, as well as activation of an Alliance wide trade embargo.

Will be incharge of legislation within the Alliance including ratification and writing of the Constitution, and all Alliance documents. He can propose legislation to each Minister, and the Co Presidents at any time for ratification.

Will be in charge of trying to gain new recruits for the Alliance, and making many posts on the NS forum trying to recruit new members.

Will be in charge of working with other Alliances and Orginizations. He will work closely with the co presidents and the MInister of War. And will be able to speak on behalf of the Alliance regarding finacial support at large.


We need more members to fill these positions and to assist in the growth of our Alliance. Our Founder The Warmaster will be working soon on our Constitution which will be voted on once we have a Minister of Legislation.

Article One:
Alliance Law: (Don’t breach this or you will be severely reprimanded by the administrators, that is Psov and myself). All members of the alliance have the right to practice war on each other only if both parties consent. If both parties don’t agree, then the person who started it will be punished. Also, anyone using any sort of WMD without the permission of the other person or persons you are fighting will be punished. People participate in the main body of the alliance and in their department; don’t worry about anything else in another department. You can propose measures for any department, but don’t, for instance, declare war on somebody on the forums and say that the whole alliance is supporting you, even though you’re in the Commerce department. Psov and I decide what happens in wars outside the alliance, and the Ministers of War and Foreign Relations have a say in it. Mainly, the same rules apply as they do in the forums. No godmoding, etc. But we also want you to keep a lid down on racism toward a specific group or race, and don’t exterminate defeated populations. Plus all the things above.

Article Two:
Alliance Rights: You have 100% freedom in the alliance so long as you keep it clean. See Article One for details. Every nation has the right to RP a war with another member, so long as both parties agree. It is of course recommended that you publish your factbook, and it would be good if we could set up an archives to keep factbooks in. But you can fight anybody, no matter how small or big you are.
You have every right to make a proposal on the forums and also in conferences, which we will hold periodically. In case of serious things like a mass declaration of war on an outside threat, Psov and I will make the actual decisions, but in internal stuff that doesn’t have massive consequences, you are free, my friends. Invent regulations for nuclear power, propose a universal law prohibiting abortion, I don’t care, just express yourself, participate, and let the members decide. If you lose a vote, don’t press the issue. Fair’s fair.
All members have the right to participate in internal trade, with the Ministry of Commerce watching over your shoulder :) My suggestion is post several products that you export (and be creative; lets not have seven nations praising their oil-drilling industry), and find somebody who is willing to buy them. Post in the Ministry of Commerce that you will supply each other with whatever amount of the product, and you have a trade link.
All members have the right to call for a conference at any time; however, please post this both on the regular forums and the EANI forums, and let us know ahead of time by a few days, because Psov and I need to set it up first, and these conferences can go on for hours.

Article Three:
Conference Procedure: Any member can call for a conference. Once a conference’s time and host is agreed upon, the conference can begin. Conferences are to be held in the main forums, not in the EANI forums. The conference is to be roleplayed, of course, but if you want to say something OOC, do so. Delegates from participating nations are to arrive promptly after the conference begins. The conference is held to have begun once the host starts the conference thread and officially invites the delegates. It is the host’s decision whether he will RP refreshments or something of that sort. We will have a rough agenda; however, there must be sufficient time for anybody to propose new measures or resolutions. Once the conference is concluded due to lateness or agreed closure, the host will post a notice that the conference is over, and that will be that. It is strongly recommended that you do not host a conference unless you are willing to stay for the whole duration.
