Worldwide Notice of Deployment

In preparation for immienent offensive action from Celtayuoshi the following forces have been mobilised and will be in position in the next two to three days. The area of Operation is the North Atlantic, outside of territorial waters on the United States Coastline and our NAANP allies have been informed of our intentions.

Celtayoshi wishes to assure its allies that intentions are non-hostile towards them, we believe offensive action wil begin in the coming two/three (RL) days, when forces will be in place. Those wishing to seek assurances should request a letter from the Premier, via the Celtayoshi Diplomatic Mission, or Foreign Office.

We have to admit the movement of such a large force into the North Atlantic is quite troubling to us. We could not help but notice there movements on our Satellite imagery of the region. We would like to advise the Celtayoshi Military establishment that we have a Submarine Attack Group stationed off the coast of Greenland monitoring the Layarteb/Greenland situation and the Cottish situation with Huahin. They are currently stationed in international waters and offer no threat to your fleet. Please make note of this, we don't want an international tragedy to happen.

We seek your assurance that this invasion force is not heading towards Hawdawg England. We are currently in the last phases of reconstruction in this region from our war with Kreigorgrad and would like finish this project so the people of this great region can finally have something they so desperately want and need.

Celtayoshi wishes to assure such a force will not be heading east towards any European territories, as you may have noticed it is heading south. In any case we will assure you that you or your territories are not the target. The real target will become apparant around midday today.

We have taken note of your forces in greenland and assure you that they will coem to no harm from Celtayoshi. Indeed, should you require temporary docks for any forces, Canadian bases will be made available for a short period of time.

Task Force

The massive Fleet had begun a steady steam south. It had now been collectively assigned the code name Summer Storm. After reaching a postition 75miles of the coastline of North Carolina the fleet had begun to spread itself out. Two of the Nimitz groups, Superior and Atlantic Spirit had continued further south, they now took up position 75miles off the coastline of South Carolina, the Hudosn group took up a central position. All along this line submarine hunts had begun, the carriers had turned themselves to optimise flight operations and now the fleet had begun to located and map the positions of every ship, aircraft and submarine in the area. Although at this stage normal peactime operations applied, the stiuation would change soon.

The target was now clear, Celtayoshi was looking to sieze North and South Carolina, and it would begin operations within a hour.

Celtayoshi State Radio News

An announcement is made on the radio, the Premier will be speaking. There is silence, before the national anthem is played. At 12.00 the Premier begins to speak. This is being broadcast on all radio channels and all new channels in Celtayoshi.

"Citizens of Celtayoshi, earlier this week you were made aware of a large deployment of Celtayoshi troops. These men and women have now reached there destination. As of 12.00 midday today, June 14th, Celtayoshi is at war with Gintonpar. Our demands are simple, hand over the territories of North and South Carolina and we shall leave in peace. Refuse to do so and we will forceably take them from you. We seek only to take these territories in the name of The Allied States of Celtayoshi. We have tried to peaceably obtain them, but they have refused, now we will use other means to achieve our aim. It may be a long struggle, but we will prevail, I may be sending many men to their deaths, and I will feel the pain of everyone of those honourable soldiers of Celtayoshi. By doing this for their country, they will help secure our childrens future, and we will be better because of it.
To the international community I say only this, condem us, turn your back on us, you can do these things. However, you must ask yourself, what are they doing that we would not? Celtayoshi has made generous offers to buy these territories, and they have been refused. These territories are vital for the national safety of Celtayoshi. We make no further territory demands of Gintonpar, but this we will achieve."

The Premier continues addressing the nation, but on board the four Nimitz carriers the pilots scramble to their craft. They will be launching a fist strike against the Carolinas, it North Carolina the target is Highway 17 and any surrounding defences. In South Carolina the target is Myrtle Beach. 36 F-18s have been assigned to each. There target is any SAM defences that may impose the next wave. As this was taking place the 71st and 81st Bomber wings deployed each of their CY-B1s, the 71st were assigned to North Carolina, whilst the 81st were assigned to South Carolina, as requested they would avoid Layarteb territory and first fly out to sea.

The Pattern of F-18 attacks would be repeated until the bombers had struck, at this point over 5,000 men would be deployed for a beach assualt, about 3,000 into South Carolina and 2,000 into North Carolina.

The Navy groups were also tasked with neutralising the Gintonpar Navy.

Toronto, Canadian Celtayoshi

The government knew that this war had to be successful with the public right from the start, and it new the best way to do that was to make the population feel patriotic. Therefore, the city was covered in Celtayoshi flags, and the emblems of Celtayoshi. It was announced that a military procession would make its way through the central/waterfront areas. In this procession some of the most historic units in Celtayoshi histroy would parade in honourary dress, and the Premier himself would appear in traditional uniform. It was to be a spectical to behold, the Celtayoshi Military Band would preform, and the Celtayoshi National Orchestra, one of the finest Orchestras in the world would preform in the Imperial Hall. Throughout other towns patriotic emblems would appear. Houses were encouraged to support the soldiers by flying the flag. To top off all the celebrations the flagship of the Navy, CYNV~Celtayoshi would dock by the waterfront. It had just returned from active duty in the Atlantic. All this was designed to make those at home feel like this war was for a purpose, for the greater good. The government was also boasting of further territory gains in Russia. Celtayoshians were also treated to an friendly football match between Toronto City F.C. and their great rivals Ottowa United F.C. Football was a national passion, and the people loved it. However, they knew that eventually soldiers would die, and this would be a task they would have to prepare for.
