The Siapian Academy of Higher Education would be willing to exchange 1,000 students grade 9-12. The Academy is located in the capitol city of Esmund and each student will have an option to live in the dormitories or with a Siapian family. Students will be integrated into the Siapian society for the first quarter of the nine-month school year (They will learn the local languages and customs). They will be expected to complete courses in Math, Science, Language (focuses on the different Siapian dialects), Siapian Literature, Siapian History (Two semesters of global studies are required to graduate) and physical education. They will also be required to take three electives in either performance art, visual art or creative writing. We look forward to accepting bright young minds to our country.

The Incorporated Socialist State of Novikov would be willing to initiate a student exchange with Communist Louisiana, involving a total of 1,860 students taken from Secondary Schools around Novikov (Levels 10-13). Foreign students entering the program would be covered under the same education grants which provide free education to the Novikovian populace, and would only be expected to pay travel expenses. Housing would likely be provided through private host-families to allow for a complete cultural immersion during the students’ stay in Novikov.

Schooling would be the same for all exchange students as it is for upper-level Novikovian students, focusing on an open ended course selection – all major academic fields included – and having required classes in Mathematics (Trigonometry and University-Level Algebra), Physical Sciences (Physics and Chemistry), Biological Sciences (Anatomy and Animal Biology), Geo-Politics, and Language (Slovak/Czech and Russian, with Foreign Language options in French, English, Polish, German, Latin, Japanese, Korean, Farsi, and Canton Chinese). All students completing schooling within Novikov would receive an honorary degree from the school they attended.

When we mentioned specific things, we meant specialized areas. Kinda like at the University of Texas in the Texas Louisianaian Republic, they have special training for oil well fires. How to cap such wells and training. The college specializes in the patroleum industry and offers fields in the realm of higher education in that specific field.

Danmarc University, the largest University in the entire region of New Tiamat, is pleased to open its doors to your students, not on an exchange basis, but on a visiting student basis, for a full semester at the University. We are currently not in a position to send our students from our growing University to your nation as an exchange, but will be glad to host up to 100 of your undergraduate and graduate students for the fall semester. The United Republic of Shinrita is very interested in setting up cordial relations, not only between our 2 great nations, but our students as well. Working with Minister of Internal Affairs Joanna Elise, our universities offer a vast array of courses for your students to take. Skywalker University and University of the Peninsula are the 2 universities that would partake in this exchange. Our students look forward to going, however, we would like to establish an embassy in your capital city before sending any Shinritan citizens there. Communist Louisiana's great government funded universities, technical colleges, and other schools of higher learning have many specialized fields. Fields ranging from Dufourist Economics all the way to marine engineering and the patroleum industrial training.

This exchange isnt just between Communist Louisiana, but we would like to have the program where nations may exchange students with other nations wishing to partake in the program. This should benifit all all nations not just a few.

Kaymiril would be interested in enrolling 300 students that are the equivalentof the 14-18 year old human child.

Kaymiril can offer extensive education in cultural integration, as well as the usual assortment of academic core programs. If your students have an aptitude for it, they can even enroll in a magick school, where they will receive a full standard education during their time within Kaymiril, as well as basic instructions in the magick of their choice/aptitude.

As the language is Drow, each foreign student sent would have a classmate who would work with them. This classmate would be working on learning Common, and the experience would be beneficial to both.

We would be pleased to participate by exchanging 500 honor students from various Psovian universities. All foreign students in Psov would be provided housing with Psovian families, who will also feed the students 2 meals each day, or could remain resident on the campus of the university, depending on the preference of the student. Foreign students will be fully integrated into Psovian society for the time they remain on Psovian soil. They will be instructed on how to speak the language (A local dialect of French), depending on their grade level and school, they will choose from courses ranging from Physiology and Biophysics to International Law. For their classes, foreign students will be learning alongside Psovian students in the language of the Country, which we hope will enhance the cultural experience. We hope to provide an excellent learning oppurtunity to foreign students, and welcome them as guests of the Republic.

The Psovian School calendar is divided into Three Trimesters starting in October (the month of the Revolution), which each consist of 3 months. Foreign students will be expected to participate in the full Psovian School year.
