To all who read this Letter,
The Ministry of Defence for the Commonwealth of United Island States believes that the country, in an attempt to protect itself for outside threats, needs the most modern technology for warfare. We are hope to contract a small but very fast and versatile ship for our different needs. However, we are a small country and to develop such a spectacular piece of machinery is impossible with the funds and workforce we have. So, we need fund for other countries to construct this ship, and in return we will give you access to all data and give you Level 2 partnership.
Our plans are as follows:
A light, fast, silent ship capable of transporting 10-20 men with a Light 20mm MG on the back.
May be used to assault beachheads.
Can go up to speeds of 60mph.
Can be use transport items or personal from one boat to another. Can save lives when a ship sinks.
Can be use for silent recognisance.
May be used as a lifeboat in peacetime.
For this we will need from you:
1200-1800 Billion Antilles Yent (That is $10-$15 Billion US Dollars)
100,000 tons of steel.
Plus an additional $12,000 Million Antilles Yent ($100 Million US Dollars) must by supplied by each invester country for the construction of a prototype which will be sent to you.
