The Final Solution (ATTN KLINGTON/SITH)

The morning twilight was just beginning to poke its nose over the horizon, and the bluish light pierced through the dense canopy of the Klingtonian forest, casting eerie shadows in every direction. Out of one of these shadows he came, cloaked in darkness, with an eerie mask of warding over his face.

As he stepped cautiously through the undergrowth, a single voice raced through his mind:

Go, bring them the storm, let them feel the final solution.

Irritation answered the call, he knew exactly what he needed to do, and he did not require some otherworldly voice forever reminding him of his objective.

He accelerated through the forest, until he was but a blur of motion. Soon, he breached the edge of the forest and continued on, following his senses to the person he was tasked to find.

Narthaus.

OOC: Kython just reentered another Klingtonian forest, after passing over a mountain. Sorry, I would make it in my IC post, but it just sounded weird... And I don't feel like editing this.

IC:
A werewolf silently stalked through the forest, seeking its prey. Klingtonian warriors had been hunting these beasts for thousands of years.... In the begining the animal reacted in self-defence, but soon they began to have a taste for human blood. The Werewolf cocked his head up to the moon in a wild jerking motion, yet the rest of his body remained motionless. His lips moved to reveal his teeth, which were so blood-stained, a man could easily think that his teeth were one giant sheet of blood red bone. The teeth opened and revealed the abyss that many a man had fallen into to meet his death, and quite a few men had looked into as they recieved the bite that would transform them forever. A wild and untamed force tumbled out of the creatures mouth as he howled a howl rarely heard before, one that was of man, yet not of man, and one that was wolf, yet not of wolf. "AHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

The Howl was enough to send a shiver down the spine of the bravest man, a shiver so strong some would say it could snap the strongest mans spine.

The werewolf cocked it's head in the opposite direction as a few snaps in the bushes. Its nostrils flared as it smelt the scent of human flesh. The clever animal waited to hear the sound of moving bushes before it moved, to hide its own sound. But it was of no use, the human with his highly tuned abilities sensed the werewolf and stepped back unleashing his 2 gray lightsaber. He scanned the area, before looking directly at the werewolf... ready to defeat it. Sadly, he was too late for this kill. On a hilltop a warrior of the same abilities awaited, hidden from sight and smell. He stretched back the bow string, and then unleashed the bow out into the area. It spun in the air, and then when it found its target it drilled right through the back of neck, blood spilled everywhere as the animal collapsed, falling on him. The arrow clanged up against his mask, the noise rang out in the forest as Narthaus yelled, "Awaken!!!"

And then he felt the tumor that lay below the surface.

Narthaus walked down the hill to discover The Hunter. He then sat down on the ground to skin the creature. "Take a seat." He said as his hand motioned to a tree, which fell, revealing a tree stump. Narthaus waved his hand in the air as a dozen logs where chopped out of the now fallen tree, and as they slowly levitated in front of him. He then shot out a small fireball at the logs and started a fire.

"Sorry I couldn't meet you in the city, but I was busy training, and I didn't feel like leaving. Plus there are a few people we wouldn't care to meet at the moment." Narthuas explained. "Its pretty dull here though."

As he finished up his sentence, a loud rumbling began to be heard throughout the forest as hundreds of animals ran away from something. The odd thing was there was NO animal sounds.... Something is about to happen.... A final solution.

The Hunter's body flickered strangely in the firelight, at times phasing in and out of existence. He took a seat on the tree stump and leaned forward. The firelight showed his mask as a single plate of some strange metal, with two expressionless eyeholes the sole surface features. Behind the eyeholes was nothing but pure darkness.

"I require your assistance, Lord Narthaus. We know of their fleet. We know of their shield. We know of their platforms. These are inconsequential to us. There is another weapon however, far more dangerous, that eludes us. It is a very well kept secret, and it was only by virtue of the master's farsight that we knew of even its existence.

"I require your assistance to find this weapon and, fortune willing, eliminate it."

"Then let us get started." Said Narthaus

The Hunter nodded, then reached into the campfire. His hand came back without showing any signs even of a light singe, clutching a burning stick about two finger-widths thick.

With this burning branch, he began to draw an intricate pattern in the air, speckling it as he went with several mysterious formulae and symbols. Soon a smoldering construct of lines and geometry floated in a fixed position over the campfire. The Hunter completed the design with four simple rings, two in front of Narthaus, and two before himself as he finally came to a stop.

"It is a simple divination, but that does not mean it is an easy one to execute. Lord Narthaus, you are wise in the force, but it is your strength that is needed today. Please place your hands in the rings before you. Your strength shall feed the scrying pattern the power it needs to refine its search, given the lack of our information as to the nature of this weapon.

"I must warn you, Lord Narthaus, it will be painful. For both of us."

"Hey, Im a Jedi Master, its not ever day a Crazy son of a bitch like me gets to feel immense amounts of pain." He said as he stuck his hands into the rings in front of him.

"Ouch!" Narthaus said as his face cringed as the pain shot up his hands and to him. A smile shot across his face as the symbols in front of him began to move, and formed new symbols as it searched.

Narthaus closed his eyes and relaxed his face, than said, "I've been practicing my Battle Meditation. I want to reach a point where I can use it while fighting. So far I have been able to do it practicing my lightsaber forms, but no not as much luck while expierencing pain. Im going to try it now."

As Narthaus focused on two colonies of ants fighting each other a few feet away he said aloud, "Your turn."

"Embrace the pain, Lord Narthaus," spoke The Hunter as he placed his hands within his own set of rings. Lightning arced up his arms with the completion of the otherworldly circuit, and the swirling symbols and formulae began to move at a frantic pace.

The Hunter growled menacingly as he willed the strange texts to move according to his whims. Faster and faster they moved, until the glowing symbols were but a blur above the crackling fire. Then, with a soundless flash of orange light, an image formed, as though sketched into the air with a glowing ember ink. It revealed an animated view of a panoramic landscape whirling by underneath, and the occasional massive battlestation overhead. It was a surreal view of the Klingtonian surface, burning lines drawn out with amazing intricacy. The ground roared past and nothing remained in view for more than a few seconds.

"Embrace the pain, Lord Narthaus, you must concentrate on the image, not the ants! We can only bring this divination under our control with our combined minds focused to the task."

The Hunter grunted again with effort, and the image shook slightly, slowing down visibly, but not enough.

"We need to bring the image to a stop before we can begin the hunt, Lord Narthaus."

"Ah, I thought I was going to use my strength today, and not my mind." Narthaus said as he focused on the moving runes.

The runes began to outline an area on the Klingtonian surface. It zoomed in. The area was smooth, and unnatural. It must be man made. Narthaus thought. The runes zoomed in even closer, as it the same shape was shown. But this time it wasn't shown over the Klingtonian surface. Narthaus examined it, and then realized it was a bomb. He couldn't tell what kind it was. As he wondered what kind it was, the screen in front of him began to move, the bomb exploded, the screen then zoomed out, and showed the planet of Klington, followed by an explosion on its surface, and then Klington collapsing into itself.

A singularity bomb.....

"How novel. The emperor would wipe your planet from existence in the literal sense as well."

The Hunter discontinued the divination with a great crack of energy. Waving away the circle with one hand, he reached into the campfire once more, and withdrew another burning chunk of wood.

The Hunter spoke to Narthaus, running his new 'wand' through several preparatory dances. "Knowledge is power, Lord Narthaus. We know what it is, we know where it is, and we know how it works. Now let us use this information."

This time, an eerie rhythmic hum accompanied the design of the circle, and The Hunter's drawing took on a peculiar nature as well. His hand seemed to merely wave over sections of the circle, and the pattern formed itself under the burning flame of his scribing tool. The design burned brighter, and shimmered and quavered far more than its predecessor.

When The Hunter completed this design, he walked to Narthaus and drew a simple line, then walked back to his own seat and created a line for himself as well, then sat down. He reached out and gripped his line which shuddered slightly under his touch.

He looked up to Narthaus, nodding for him to do the same. "This one will not hurt, Lord Narthaus, but it will be just as taxing. This is the second of three spells I shall perform today, and then our work will be complete."

The Hunter kept the burning branch at his side, and to those who looked closely, they would have seen that the branch was no longer being consumed in the flames. He would need the branch.

After the second spell was completed, The Hunter picked up his burning stick again, and began his third and final dance. The second circle remained in place, with the final circle both forming on top of its counterpart and enhancing its complexity.

"I need these two effects to overlap in order to work properly. The final spell requires a particular target. I believe I know precisely which target would best suit us."

The Hunter's burning stick pointed into the heavens, and a shape high above began to glow slightly for but a moment. He resumed his dance, completing a circle of such complexity that it looked like a ring of fractal patterns more than runes and symbols.

As his dancing ended, he tossed the stick to Narthaus. "Break the circle, and the Singularity weapon will no longer be an issue. The spell must be activated by the one powering it, not the scribe."

Narthaus took the stick and did as he was told, breaking the circle as he was asked to do.

"Im sorry." He said as he stood up, "But I must go. See you soon."
And with that he blinked out of the current space....
Only to reappear on the bridge of a Klingtonian Ship. "Prepare all weapons! Alert the Fleet!" He ordered.

The Hunter looked up into the sky, grinning behind his faceless mask. He brought up the burning stick, waved it around a few times, then tossed it into the fire. The fire extinguished as though it were but a simple match snuffed out with two fingers.

After a few minutes of watching the sky, he turned around and faded into the shadows.

It is done...

The System suddenly burst to life as hundreds of Klingtonian Ships came jumping into the System at lightspeed, weapons charged and ready to open fire....

Dozens of Klingtonian System Protection Systems jumped too life as the weaponry began to move about searching for a target...

A Planetary Shield Flickered to life around the Klingtonian world, ready to protect the fragile life that layed on the surface...

And then, a Comlink broke the silence.
"This is the recently promoted Klingtonian Commander Narthaus. I am here to infrom all Galactic Empire personal, and ships to leave our system, for we are leaving the Empire. Allow me to tell you your options... Wait! Your option. Your expeditionary force is locked in a battle over Thorn. The rest of your fleets are off guarding GE space or off on another Campaign, you have no reinforcements, and we severly outnumber you in our system. If you want reinforcements, you will have to take them away from guarding your own space, which I can guarantee will be attacked by Klingtonian reserve fleets. So do the smart thing, and surrender. And don't give me any BS about, 'But the Emperor will kill me if I order a retreat!' If your a real man, your heart will be with the troops, and your life will have no meaning. Again, it is your descion. Fight, and be crushed, or retreat, and live." Narthaus said without a second breath. He then looked off Screen and gave in order, "Raise the Jack Rackham Jolly Roger!" With that a Jolly Roger came on screen with an inscription at the bottom, 'Surrender ye now or no mercy ye be recievin'!'

Would you have us cower in fear? Beg for mercy at the hands of the terrifying Klingtonians; would you have us free the Coreworldians, and be banished into deep space, never to perpetrate evil upon mankind again?

Please.

You overplay your hand; a mere two fleets of the Empire gather over Thorn; there are countless others who could rise, to challenge you. You forget the hordes of Doom, and the other members of the Galactic Empire. Tell us, Klington, if those fleets rushed to meet you; I doubt your reserves could stage an invasion of every nation in the Empire. Your zealous gamble is a foolish one.

Members of the Empire, brothers in blood and toil. We have worked hard, too hard for this pretentious freedom fighter to attempt to destroy us. I tell you this; the Empire shall stand for a thousand years and more; the Dark Side and the Forces of Chaos shall bolster each others strengths. Should one of us fall, legions rise to avenge them. You cannot frighten us with fools declarations; fools declarations that carry no weight.

We shall fight you, heretic, to the last drop of blood we shall fight you!

Suddenly a large fleet of Borg ships filled the system through a gate-rift. This was once the entirety of the borg fleet but is now only 1/10th of it.

I tell you
We shall fight you, heretic, to the last drop of blood we shall fight you!

Narthaus laughed non-chalantly. And then looked Straight into the Screen, "Well I suppose that is good, BECAUSE MY MEN ARE GODDAMN THIRSTY, YOU STUPID SON OF A BITCH!"

Narthaus stood up, "Not Thirsty for water, but thirsty for the blood that only our enemies can offer, THATS YOU!" He screamed as he pointed into the screen.
"So, bring one and all, my dear misleaded friend, Bring all your fleets! And allow us to avenge our last defeat..." Narthaus sat back down.

"Or... You could let Sith handle it, I mean all he has to do is press one simple button and it will end.... or so he thinks." Narthaus said while trying to keep from cracking a smile.
