OOC: I am looking for a single democratic nation. One that doesnt abuse its citizens. Someone like Pacitilia or Sarzonia(just an example). First come, First Serve basis. Once that nation is selected this will be a CLOSED RP.

I am looking for someone who is not a dictatorship... OF ANY KIND. The UN lists you as a Benevolent Dictatorship. That counts.

ooc: by UN ranking I'm a Father Knows Best State, thought in NS I'm a constitutional monarchy that is ruled by an elected goverment
