Someone had this idea but they didnt do an IC so I think I'll try to get it up. Here's the scenario. After Hillary Clinton won the 2008 election George W. Bush won power in a coup-de-tat. He was supported until the invasion...That's right I said invasion!!!! The Chinese invaded the U.S. along with Korea(it's been unified) in 2020. Shortly after the burning of Washington D.C. They realized it would be fruitless to continue so they pulled out as many men as possible. The country erupted in anarchy. Gangs roamed the streets and noone was safe. A few people formed governments and created safe havens from this anarchy. Your role will be as one of the governments. Choose a state from the continental U.S. and govern it. Technology is what is currently available. Military weapons are found laying around the streets and you can also use weapons from gun stores. Same rules as always...NO MAGIC/GODMODDING/ACTS OF GOD!!!! and the most important rule...have fun!

2016 to 2020-Cuba takes over all of Latin America except Brazil, Mexico, and Chile/creates Union of Latin States/Chile becomes ally

2018-AU and ICN go to war over Libya, Egypt, and Algeria because of dual membership disagreements

2020-Bush regime initiates a purge of all Leftist Party Members/China sees the need to stop this before the USA goes totally Republican/they send over thier full force to hopefully initiate a revolution after the collapse of the USA/Treatment of Republicans is terrible/Many innocent civilians die

2021-China pulls out because of Japanese attack and halted supply lines/collapse of American infrastructure

well so far an NPC has never won, or do you mean PC vs PC

an npc can win its just that in this the npc has either been small or unorganized...pc v. pc will be decided by the players involved...normally it can be made interesting by declareing them a protectorate or completely losing and then starting a civil war
