These discount cards will allow you to purchase anything in all three store fronts for 15% off on your total purchases. Yes, this will work on the old Naval Store Front though I'd highly wait till the version 2.0 is complete and use it there.

No. Are any membership cards (or in my case, discount card) to Game Stop, or Stop & Shop ever count as a one shot deal? Nope. There will be a renewal issue of 1 RL year.
