ooc: This is THE history of concremo and overwrites anything and everything i have ever said that conflicts with it.
Basic Glossary;
Concremo: The Nation within the region of Hyrule, and also the name of it's capital city.
Concremian: The Nationality of someone born in Concremo, or from Concremian parents.
Daesus: The species that currently makes up 100% of Concremo's population.
Obadi: The first recorded government of Concremo.

Grand Liraton: The third government of Concremo.
High Daesus: The current government of Concremo.
History of Concremo
Thought to originate from around 2000BC, the ruling class of the Obadi Government had dominated Concremo under a harsh reign of terror. It was not until around 1926 that sufficient resistence built up under a nameless man to topple the government and seize power. A long and brutal civil war was ended in 1936 by a nuclear strike followed by a swift clean-up and occupation by the rebel forces. They formed the new government of Concremo, and although they were well-meaning the officials soon neglected the populace and fell into corruption. Within years, unrest was at a dangerous level and in 1943 civil war broke out again.
First sightings of the Grand Liraton are said to be around 1948, as they were the third faction in the war that appeared from no-where and utterly dominated the conflict. They had much higher technology and training to make up for their significant shortage in numbers and it was they who cracked open The Fortress to take office in 1951.
It was the Grand Liraton who shaped Concremo into what they are today, as they demolished huge areas of city at a time and rebuilt them as the impenetrable fortresses they act as now. However, these were not finnished and the high-ranking military generals sought to seize power for themselves.
Fortunately, their plans never came to fruition, as in 1956 a large meterorite hit Concremo City in the National Lake. The impact was deadened by the reinforced concrete bunker beneath the lake, from which the only survivor was the First Daesus, the Emperor of Concremo today.
He was relocated by the human scientists to a secret research facility, but when threatened single-handedly slaughtered the the staff down to the last man. Given rest and time, he formed the 12 High Daesus through Mitosis. However only he had this trait, and his death would mean the death of the species. Two SWAT sweeper teams were sent to investigate, only to be stategically ambushed and systematically massacred by the 13 Daesus.
They escaped into the Frozen Southlands, and by some they were regarded as human kinds genetic superiors, but by most an abomination to life. They look human enough, from the outside, but on the inside things get very complicated very quickly. They have over six times the ammount of bones in a humans body, each being very small and acting as one flexible mass to avoid breakage and almost eliminate the problem of fractures. Two new organs are present, the first being a hormone releaser and regulator, located in the brain. The second being a sort of filter, located between the lungs that both returns non-oxygenated blood to the lungs, and speeds up the blood flow. The blood itself is different, much thicker with only 40% in plasma.
It was in 1972 that they emerged, millions of them, having found an abandoned facility containing a Daesus female. They used the facility to clone themselves and this coupled with standard reproduction put their population through the roof. They traveled back to mainland Concremo, forcing their right to an equal existence upon the country by large protests and more shadowy methods. They were officially recognised as having 46% of Concremo's population in 1975, and in 1979 disaster struck. The emperor of Concremo, Lord Aysto III lead the human populace on a force march to the south lands. He viewed the Daesus as subhuman scum, and would rather give up his office than see them corrupt Concremo. By the present day, all contact and even sightings of humans on Concremian soil have vanished.
By 1993 the population had more than made up for the sudden loss, and the current political system was formed. The ruler was the Emperor, the First Daesus; advised by the High Daesus, the 12 formed after him. Below that is the Grand Minister, who effectively rules the country as the emperor has been taking increasingly less interest in current affairs. From the Grand Minister, the is the Minister of Internal Affairs, Minister of External Relations, Minister of Defence, Minister of Law, Minister of National Environment and the Minister of the Treasury. Also, every city apart from the capital has a Sub-Minister, with the Grand Minister of Concremo acting as the Sub-Minister in the Capital city.
In 1995 the government restarts the project by the Grand Liraton, and turns all 7 cities into huge fortresses. It came to light the origional purpose for the Daesus, for them to be genetically fine-tuned machines built to perform any task to a degree better than the best human. This feature was scrapped early on, but some remnant somehow remains.
Present Day, Concremo has long finished Project Fortress and has gone from strength to strength in international trade and relations.
But all is not well on the inside, as the High Daesus and even the Emperor himself have begun to be more and more reclusive, and have not left The Citadel in some years. Crime is headed by the Triad, and although poses no threat to Concremo their international dealings pair dangerous with dangerous people.
Most recently of all, huge speculation has followed the concept of an elite government controlled Special-Ops unit. Although very few doubt the existence of such a unit, the government has denied it consistently since the rumours appeared. This is unusual, as they made no attempt to hide both their intentions to increase their Nuclear stockpile and their intention to Mobilise for War some time ago.
It is rumoured that these special forces are the remnant of the Red Scorpian Mercenaries, or even the left-overs from the failed Mafia attempt to establish a foothold in the north. Some go as far as to say that they are the select few Daesus that were chosen to join the Liraton Knights, the best of the best when it came to conflict of any variant. Although officially made up of humans only, it is thought that some Daesus were trained as such and even initiated into their ranks.
