Guffingford

When the gaze of the leader of Guffingford, Paul Kruger, by the Grace of God falls upon he who defies the will of our President Kruger he shall be destroyed. - Taken from the personal diary of Captain Max Merriweather Dafydd, Commander of the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 11th fleets.

"My president, mighty and wise leader of Guffingford for many years whe have sat on a decaying throne built on morals, honour, justice and truth. Many nations have forgotten our might and strength. It is time to wake them up. Our history of military might, naval power and overall superiority and supremacy is fading, even from the minds of our very own citizens."
"My good Mr Moorehouse, while I tend to agree with your opinion, who must be... put to rest?" Kruger also wanted military action, but it's very difficult - if not practically impossible to defend offensive action without proper backing through documented evidence or trustful and true eyewitness accounts. Staging something is pointless.
"Nations who pride themselves in hypocricy, bravado and other means to raise their self-esteem at the expense of whoever is foolish enough to associate themselves with them." This brief but firm answer did not came as a surprise to Mr Kruger, but he knows Mr Moorehouse is a wise advisor.
"Mr Moorehouse, I will give you one week to compile a list of nations who are seen as a direct threat to stability and peace worldwide. It is time to make our former National Socialist motto reality. To save the world from intellectual and moral decay!"
Mr Moorehouse went off to his own majestic office where he grabbed first white sheet of paper and a pencil and began to write. Who will be worthy enough, or unworthy if you please, to be listed? Moorehouse didn't know, but he will find out soon enough. So cliched he thought, so many times this has been said but dark clouds are gathering. But above who? Blasted! You cannot say dark clouds are gathering above someone, you need to make it more threatening by specificly mentioning their name(s)... Not only it sounds horribly cliched, it doesn't really apply to the soon-to-be victims or liberated peoples of our future targets.
