Imperial Senate of the Republic

The large marble halls of the great room echoed the voice of Emperor Kellerman, who was also the elected Imperator of the Republic for the fourth time.

"And with that said, it would be to go against the very purpose of the Republic not to undertake this war! If we do not intervene in the events of the universe, then it will stay the barbaric sink hole that it is today!"

"Against the Republic? The very Republic in which we live? The very Republic in which we protect with our lives? The lives of our people? Nay, Imperator, it would be against the Republic to even think of war! Our people should be looked after! Not sent to foreign planets to die!" shouted another senator angrily.

The bickering continued until Marcus Africanus, one of the eldest and most respected members of the Imperial Senate stood from his marble bench and cleared his throat.

"It would be folly to consider any of those options! A war would surely bring suffering on our peoples; and staying in our little corner of space while our enemies grow around us would be utter stupidity! Would it not?!" he said in his great voice as the room fell silent.

"Then what would you suggest we do, Marcus?" responded Kellerman.

The old man made a smile as he looked over at the man in the middle of the floor, "We do what we have always done in times of great caos; trust in the Imperators decision." he stated.

A bit of bickering went on after that, but all took heed of Africanus' words and when the time to vote came, it was in favor of the Imperator.

Monday 3:46a.m

Imperial Palace
Taledon, Taledonia

Sallustius, a veteran Admiral in the Taledonian navy, knocked on the large marble doors leading into the Emperor's office.

"Come in" came a voice from behind the door.

Sallustius entered the room and looked around at his surroundings. The polished floors of bright marble; on which large statues of marble dieties sat and lined the walls of the room. Between them hung expensive tapestries depicting famous battles from ancient times. The fountain in the middle of the room bubbled and spread a comforting sound throughout the room. Behind the fountain, at the back of the room, sat the large oak desk; with the bust of Gaius Kellerman, founder of the Republic; a small plant; and the thousands of papers that sat unfinished. Behind the desk, in the large leather armchair, sat the Emperor, dressed in some casualt clothes. He finished singing a sheet of paper and looked up at his guest.

"Yes, Admiral?"

Sallustius walked over to the desk and did the customary salute to the Emperor. He then took the file that was under his arm and laid it on the desk, "The report you requested, my lord. All the targeted planets of the strike."

"Good. The first task is complete. Tomorrow there shall be a meeting in the Imperial forum outside the palace to inform the people of the events that will unfold soon." replied the Emperor

"Yes, Emperor. All the fleets and armies are ready to deploy at your command."

"Good." Kellerman sighed, "This, Admiral, is the calm before the storm....I hope to God we have our storm windows up."

Tuesday, 4:30p.m

Imperial Forum
Outside of Imperial Palace

Word had gotten around, alright. Millions of people crowded the forum to listen to the annoucement that the Emperor would be giving shortly. In the front of the Palace steps, stood the Imperial Preatorian Guard, to keep order. Several floors up, sat the great balcony overlooking the forum. The large silver doors shining in the sunlight.

People were busily discussing amongst themselves what they thought was happening, while the shop owners and merchants tried to take advantage of the large crowd of people. Suddenly, an orchestra of trumpets sounded as a hush fell over the crowd and everyone but the well disciplined Preatorians crained their necks to look up at the balcony.

The silver doors opened slowly as cheers erupted from the crowd, and the Emperor walked out to the edge of the balcone and looked over his subjects.

"Hail, Kellerman!" they all shouted as the Emperor saluted them by raising his right hand high.

He then waved his hands to signal everyone to be quiet. He then began to speak, his message being carried to everyone in the crowd by the communication arrays positioned around the forum.

"Honourable and noble Taledonians!" he started, "I come before you to deliver a message, a message that will change our lives forever!" The crowd fell silent once again as they listened anxiously to their saviour.

"A great decision has been taken by the Imperial Senate of Taledonia and the Imperial Senate of the Republic. WAR! As we speak, the glorious fleets of the Taledonian Empire prepare to move out of Taledonian territory and join up with allied Republic fleets; and will then proceed to move out into the universe, and bring glory to Taledon and the rest of the Republic!" cheers erupted as the Emperor continued well into the day.

While above the planet, thousands of ships moved away from the various docking bays, preparing to jump out of the system. Admiral Decius Sallustius stood in the bridge of the Battle Cruiser "Defiance", the most advanced ship in the Taledonian fleet, which also acted as the command ship. He looked out the window at the vast fleet of ships in front of him, wondering how many of them would be accompaning him back home when the war was won and overwith.

Monday 3:15 PM

Deatharon Prime
Imperial City, Imperial Palace

The Emperor Akarth Von Antheron was in the middle of a meeting with his Marine Alpha's when the offical word came from the Imperial Senate a full scale war was on. The Emperor calls a meeting of his War Council. The Council meeting in containes the heads of every armed service branch from the Alpha's of the Marine Prides to the General's Of the Imperial Republic Guard. The Emperor orders an immediate moblization of all armed forces. The Imperial Republic Space Navy was ordered to send ships to the Republic's aid. The Five Marine StarCommand Fleets were already on the move. Hundreds of Imperial Republic vessels of war were on the move. The People were offically told of the situation the next day.

A lively debate over some issue of little importance was taking place on the floor of the High Council. Sir William had stayed out of it as much as possible, being tired of the subject. A light flashed on the display in front of him indicating a message. After reading it, he rose. His amplified voice boomed within the hard room. "I have received a message from the Imperator him self." All fell silent. "In this message he has declared that we shall do what hasn't been done in years. The Republic is going to war. Kazecistan is going to war." Whispers arose and fell as he continued. "We do not know the outcome of this war, nor do we know it's cost. But there is one thing we do know." His voice began to rise in power. "Through fire and brim stone, Kazecistan will fight! We will not stop until this war is won or we are no more. We shall show the universe that Kazecistan is not weak! They shall see that Kazecistan is a true power!"
This was recorded and broadcasted to all of Kazecistan.

"Prepare Red Comet for some real action." Sir William smiled at his son, Fleet Admiral Lockhart.
"Yes father." he responded with a grin.

"The time has come, the time of judgement. The time when Nirs proves its worth to the mighty Republic. And so fellow Nirsians, I bid you goodnight." Prime Minister Cory Altsman finished his national address over the television about the recent declaration of war.

Nirs forces were ready to deploy. All that needed to be done now was for orders from the Imperator to be given as to where Nirs would strike. And so they waited,

and waited....

"BLAH!" Makual screamed. Immidietly Jalis came running, his hands gripping a sword as he ran towards the Govoners room.

"What is it sir?" He said as the steel circial swooshed open, revealing the room before him. Makual was standing with hims hand outstreached as a blue beam of electricity was surrounding a man before him. "Sir, put him down." Makual did so, the beam dying down to nothing. The man scampered off, and once the door close Makual spoke.

"I wouldn't hurt him" He said. "Their bloody Spineless buggers, and that republic is mobilizing."

"Sir, their is no proof that they intend to move against us" Jalis Said.

"Aye, thats what I said, and nearly was torn to shreads by that bastard of a dictator says he saw it" he shivered, which worried Jalis, the man before him had fought the Nigrashia, seen horrors no man should have seen, and yet he was scared of a mear man. "He has a skill with the Mind benders like none I have ever seen. I swear, he has done greater things then Iconis the Black"

"Not the Allience Founder!"

"One and the same, that man is powerful, and despite how evil he is, he will lead our nation to greatness."

"The cost will be worth it?"

"I don't know, but I do know one thing, he is coming through the White Gate, With no more then the entire Varish Force."

Jalis was shocked, that was stripping the home galaxy Bare of Varish, meaning only the other members of the War Allience, The Karish and the Dals, would be left to fight should the war go wrong. Jalis swore, praying that the supposed war never came.

The Devastator recieved the mesage. Silently, it processed thye data, then sent orders to the fleet.

"The Republic is going to war. You all know what that means. Let us fight!"

First, second, and third Fleets jumped Fourth fleet remained to guard the planets. Fifth fleet was off doing... something. And Seventh Fleet was doing whatever it did. eitghth fleet was still shaking down it's newl aqquired tech, and was off in some god-forsaken corner of the universe.

The First, Second and Third Fleets all arrived where teh rest of the Republic Fleet was ammassing.

"Admiral?" asked Lt. Corns of the Defiance battle cruiser.

Admiral Sallustius turned from the window to face the man who had addressed him, "Yes? What is it Lieutenant?"

Corns handed his superior a folder, "The first target on the Emperors list, sir, Var Kardal. Reports indicate that the New Var system is open for an immeadiat attack, sir."

Sallustius nodded as he opened the folder and read the reports. He read the message from the Emperor and looked up at Corns, "Right, signal the fleet, we're jumping."

"Yes, sir. Right away." the man ran off to tell the communications officer the orders.

The Republic was mobilising, that could be inconvenient, Sixth fleet was currently in that region of space, and The Dark Lord of the Sixth was not a man given to letting others destroy his ships when they mobilised, add to that the fact that a message was being sent to him with orders to assault the agressors and this was a recipe for some pretty nasty explosion, as well as a pretty high body count.

First and Third Fleets jumped with the Taledonian fleet.

Second Fleet scanned the area, lookingfor anyone trying to take advantage of the situation

The Dark Lord of the Sixth had just recieved the order to destroy a fleet that was amassing for unknown reasons and was in a position to assault old earth.

The first carriers of the fleet began to move, powered by their sub-light phase drives they accelerated up to the speed necessary to enter hyperspace, when they emerged they would be on the very edge of the Tsukyama limit, a quick burn in-system and he would be engaging the enemy, they were pocked.

As the Taledonian fleet arrived in the enemy system, the scanners picked up the ISF fleets jumping in too.

"ISF Fleets, this is Admiral Sallustius of the Taledonian Vessel Defiance. Please acknowledge that we shall be in charge of the operations within this system as is said in Republic Law "Integration." Please acknowledge."

"Have the fleet form standard assualt formation." he ordered while waiting for the allied responce.

The communications officer looked up from his station and reported, "Yes, sir."

The Supreme Lord Commander of all Deatharon Military Forces Grand Duke Mavis Von Antheron was organizing the Deatharon Armada on the Deatharon Flagship Ravager, when a knock came on his door. The Communications officers came in and said, "Taledonian Forces have given the orders, We are to jump into Var Kardal territory." Mavis gives his command, "This is Grand Duke Mavis to all Adrimals of the Deatharon Armada, We are to follow Taledonian Forces into Var Kardal territory." In about ten minutes time the Armada opens hundreds of wormholes and jumps into them.

"Taledonian Command, we have over 4000 ships here. The integration law states that the nation with the highest number of ships gets command. I belive that is us."

OOC: godmod man, that's alotta ships, no 05 nation could afford that, unless they're crap, and then yit wouldn't be worth having them.

"Negative, ISF, it doesn't state that in the law, that's just part of the example. We have headed the invasion of this system and are taking control of the operation. But hopefully not every nation will send forces here, as there are many other systems and nations that we must conquer.(hint hint)"

Star Marshal Gregory stood aboard the bridge of the RFS Liberty, on the observation platform. A giant Titan-Glass window was in front of him, pushing the vastness of space onto him. His black uniform was decorated with a large red stripe down the middle, indicating he was Fleet, (Blue for Infantry, White for Strategic) and 10 gold stars, showing his rank as Star Marshal. "Lt.Kiff, open a channel to all 30 fleets.
'Comrades, we have been called upon to help aid the Kar Vendar. This will be our moment of glory. You are all fighting citizens, and for that, no one will deny your strengh, courage or honour. Star Marshal Gregory out.'

First Commander Reynolds, alert the fleets, we're jumping in half an hour. Sound red display."

With that, the entire ship decended from fully illuminated to low, red glow. This was done to conserve energy, allowing the plasma guns to recharge faster. 15 fleets were ready to engage any threat.

My nation is many centures old. About 15.5 centures. For most of that i've been at the same tech level, building ships.

Also, Colonoria, that is a bit exessive. I have 25000+ ships in my navy, and have 688 million. You have 197 million, and have 40,000 ships? That's one ship for every 4925 citizens. I ahve one ship for every 27,520 people. And most of those, about 18,000 out of that, are in the military. I don't think you have your entire nation a navy. And besides, starship crews, of starships of any worthwhile kind, are measured in the housands

Sir Lockhart, being Centurion of the Republic, realized that Mini Miehm was a prime target. He moved Red Comet there. The KishNa (flagship of kazecistan), 42 Super Cruisers (dreadnought class), 18 Heavy Battle Carriers, and 72 Torpedo Ships (heavy hitter frigate) arrived in-system.
Kazecistan hear by issues a declaration of war upon your nation.
With that, they moved closer, weapons hot and shields full.
To all Republic nations:
Kazecistan hear by takes control of military operations in this sector as Centurion of the Republic. All assistance is, however appreciated.

ooc: ISF, please, no huge fleets in this sector at least.

New Kar System

The Deatharon Armada exits there wormholes out into the New Kar System. The Ships were in a tight formation with fighters forming the outer perimeter while the Capital ships and support ships made the middle. They were all armed and ready to attack the defenses of the system. The Imperial Guardian and Flagship Ravager hailed the Defense Forces of this system The Republic has Declared War on Your Nation Prepare to be destoryed.

The 15-fleet strike force exited jumpspace in the New Kar system.

Field Marshal Gregory was standing above a holographic display of the sector. It showed a fleet of Detharon ships heading towards the Kar Vedran defences.

"Hold our position at the edge of the system. Open a com to the fleet:

'All crew to battle stations, repeat, all crew to battle stations'

Hail the lead ship:

'This is Star Marshal Gregory, of the Yugoamerican Red Fleet. We have come to seek a diplomatic solution to the question of Republican aggression. However, we are not afraid to use force, and have 15 full Star-Forge fleets. Respond.'"

The Concordiat fleet was quite slow on the alert. But when it arrived in the New Var System, it came in force. The Republic would be heavily damaged in this fight, but the Concordiat would expend an entire Fleet to do it. The machines cared not, however. Once the rest had been activated, then the Republic would be crushed. But for now, the Concordiat could only muster four complete fleets. One was, by will of the Mainframe, destined to be annihilated here. At the expense of the Republican forces.

Thirty-one Sun-Shatterers, forty-five monitors, fifty-six superdreadnoughts, seventy-five battleships, one-hundred and fifteen odd cruisers, eighteen fleet carriers, and eight hundred gunships appeared into the system around the defensive structures of the planet. They powered up all systems as soon as they entered New Var, and prepared for action.

The fleet carriers launched one-hundred and forty fighters each, armed with FLAAMs, and SBMHAWKs spat from the external racks of the battleships and monitors, stopping in a defensive cloud in front of their mother vessels. The energy-weapon-heavy superdreadnoughts moved ahead, and the Sun-Shatterers moved with them, spewing fire in all directions, both missile and energy. AAM-SBMs erupted from the missile superdreadnoughts, and the cruisers fired Capital missiles. Hellrail bolts spat from the gunships as they recklessly charged into the enemy fighter cover, firing all weapons, standard missiles, and Hellbore cannon. The slower gunships also had a heafty point defense, but they were less manuverable.

OOC: Too many ships? I am sure my nation is big enough, but it might get confusing with all of these ships manuvering and fighting. If so, tell me please.

"Admiral! New ships have entered the system. Classification, ONI Concordiat vessels, sir." reported the science officer.

"Damn it. Re-position the fleet. Break off the attack on the planet and concentrate on those new ships. Send a hail to them, find out what they want." barked Sallustius to his crew.

ONI Concordiat vessels, state your intentions or you will be fired upon.

The Taledonian fleet re-positioned itself to face the new threat. It was still in standard assualt formation tho.

"Admiral! New ships have entered the system. Classification, ONI Concordiat vessels, sir." reported the science officer.

"Damn it. Re-position the fleet. Break off the attack on the planet and concentrate on those new ships. Send a hail to them, find out what they want." barked Sallustius to his crew.

The Taledonian fleet re-positioned itself to face the new threat. It was still in standard assualt formation tho.

The machine processed a sensation of suprise. The new Organics were less efficient than it as assumed.

"Our intention is to utterly destroy the fleet attacking the New Var system, to delay the Republic's advance, and to test the strengths of you Organics."

The gunboats neared their targets, the Standard Missiles getting even closer. the AAM-SBMs also neared their targets, the first already accelerating into sprint antiarmor mode. The nuclear warheads were not as effective in space, but a contact blast on metal armor was deadly anyways...

...and so far the Enemy had shown no antimissile point defenses.

The Imperial Guardian Ravager hails back to the Yugoamerican Red Fleet: This is an invasion by order of the Imperial Senate leave now or be declared an enemy of the Republic The Deatharon Armada has its fighters form into attack wings in case the Yugoamerican Red Fleet decided to attack.

"Well, I guess their hostile. Pity too, robots thinking they're better than man. Have all ships open fire, all fighters and bombers launch." ordered the Admiral.

From the fleet, 8,000 TF-20 fighters and 5,000 TB-25 bombers were flew towards the soon to be destroyed fleets. While the gap between the 2 forces quickly became a mess of lights as energy torpedoes flew forward, accompagnied by energy cannon and turbo laser fire. It was enough firepower comming out of the ships to destroy a small moon.

The 1st Battle Group of the 3rd Korgarein Fleet lumbered through space on standard patrols. This was the Command Battle Group for the 3rd Carrier Fleet. The K3F- Vedrin was the Titan class Fleet carrier in command of the 3rd Carrier Fleet, her nearly 2.9km hull was bulky and bristaling with gun emplacements. Much like her sister ships she was a sight to see exspecially with all here escorts in the 1st Battle Group.

The Commanding officer, Fleet Marshal Cordain was setting in his command chair going over reports when he heard his comm officer speak.

"Marshal, We are detecting weapons fire considerable distance from our position."

"Can you tell what its from?" said Cordain.

"Checking now sir.... yes detecting Republic ships from various Republic Member Nations as well as various other Nations sir." replied the comm officer.

"Well then it would appear that the Republic is mobilizing forces against other nations! Are we not in diplomatic talks with a nation from the Republic?" said Cordain.

"Yes sir, Nirs I believe. We are still in negotiations sir!" yelled out one of the bridge crew.

"This is disconcerning, Allert Korgarein Fleet command. Request further orders."

"Yes sir, transmitting a transcripted of what has happened to Command."

The Comm Officer of the Vedrin encripted the message and sent it to the KFC (yeah i know chicken its funny... anyway.).

"Deploy ships in a standard pattern, I want this situation to be fully monitored. Command must know what is happening. It could mean the difference between us being pulled into a war that we have no stake in." Cordain said.

Korgarein Fleet Command was thinking the same thing as Marshal Cordain, This was a disturbing fact. Considering it had been a little while sence hearing from the Republics Nirs Ambassador. The Korgarein Diplomatic Corps was worried about the effects this would have on the talks of an alliance with Nirs and the Republic. The Korgarein 3rd Fleet, 1st Battle group, would remain on patrol monitoring the movements of the Republic as well as their adversaries.

Fleet Admiral Lockhart was surprised at the lack of resistance. It made him a bit uneasy. Never the less, they pressed on. The fleet was now within weapons range of the defenses of the home system of Mini Miehm. The ships were brought to a halt. They opened fire. Hundreds of ion cannons (lethal kind) let loose simultaneously. A volley of missiles and torpedoes followed. The sheer amount of ordinance coming towards the enemy was almost unthinkable. The missiles and torpedoes began to launch as often as possible. This would surly get their attention....

ooc: I know you haven't been on, but I wanted to post.

Scene: First-person perspective. A cramped cockpit lit in dim blue light. Strange, wordless chanting plays over headphones on your ears. You stare at an instrument display rendered mesmerizing by the music. You tilt your head back, stare at the ceiling. A dull ringing slowly invades your consciousness, and you are snapped back to reality as your seat begins to vibrate. You take off your headphones and press a button on the control panel. The alert sound stops, and grey text lights up your screen.

We have detected large fleets originating within the core-zones of the Republic states and converging upon VH-53, the New Var system. Analysis of activity indicates that their hyperspace technology is:

You are to travel to VH-53 under mobile plan Beta. Upon reaching the system, you are to use stationary plan Theta, making technical evaluation of all hyperspace systems involved. If you are detected, you are to use stationary plan Omega-3, evaluating military hardware and psych profiles.

Due to the superior speed of the enemy ships, they are expected to reach the system 9 days ahead of you.

Despite the obvious danger, you cannot avoid a thrill of anticipation.

We’ll probably just be picking at wreckage… Then again, you can learn a lot about a hyperspace manipulator by seeing a catastrophic failure. Holes torn in the universe and all that.”

Third person perspective: A young man lies as if asleep, wrapped in transparent plastic in a fluid-filled tank. Dozens of small tubes run into his flesh; a flesh he no longer feels, a flesh that exists solely to keep his brain alive.

Outside. In total silence, a stream of electricity shudders off the mass of dust used to disguise the ship as a small asteroid. The ugly hulk of metal disappears in a flash of light.

Churning the endless, erotic folds of hyperspace, Sova’s new flesh writhes with ecstasy.

"Sir, did you get that?"

Star Marshal Gregory was leaning on the railing, with a panoramic view of the system from the bridge. He could almost make out the opening shots of the battle.

"Indeed I did. Send a tight beam message to the ONI flagship:

'This is Star Marshal Gregory, of the YRF Liberty. We are here to defend New Var. If you would have us, please respond, so that we may tie in battle networks.'

If they don't respond, tell the fleet we'll jump back to Ix shipyards.

In the meantime, form up, and stay at battle alert."

"The rest of the Republic is engaged already?"

"Yes, Prime Minister."

"And your sure our sources are accurate?"

"Yes, sir, ONI forces are engaging Republic forces other places."

"Very well, start the invasion."

The Nirsian fleet moved away from the planet Nirs and entered warp. Within minutes they arrived in the ONI home system, ready to fight the damnable machines who betrayed their masters and refuse to submit to the mighty Republic. They would soon pay for their insolence.

New Var

The Republican fleet was marked, and the few ships flashed blue. From Seemingly no where, a armada of Thirty Large War ships and more then three thousand fighters stood in opposition. But one question came simply, where the hell had they come from? This was simple, they had mearly been hiding in the Hyperrealm. The fighters came from no where, they moved at increadable speeds, lifting when it should be impossible. This would be due to the Pilots Na-Va Brain implant, which was presently working on moving their ships. One fighter was flanked with its own escort, and ships seemed to be turning to it for command. Why? For it was the Var ruler Canish Varlish.

"Larger craft, hurt their main fleet force, if we take major damage, call more forces through, but only if the battle fails to go our way." His Na-Va Unlink boradcasted across the allies signals ((Includes all non-republic members.)) Fighter will ENGAGE the enemy!" He said, before he roared a mighty battle cry, which struck through Enemy and Allied forces alike.

He smiled, his grey face taken to concentration on the subject at hand. A fighter came in, he smiled, rushing towards it, fireing the forward weapons. They creasted along it, but the ship returned, then all of a sudden, he droped, did a full Ninety Degree turn, shooting upwards and turning the ship into molten mesh. Laughing, he watched as fighters all around did similar manuvours, doing what by human standered would be impossible.

Meanwhile, the main ships readied the weapons, they waited until small gaps apeared in the fight before them, before sending massive blasts through, while from the surface of the planet, long range defences came online, letting forth their deadly salvos.

Aztec Major

All the ships had arrived.The 5,000 Battleships,the 5,000 carriers, the 5,000 cruisers, the 5,000 destroyers, & the 500,000 pilots with thier 500,000 ships on the carriers. It was a sight to see .Half the entire navy was there.Colonoria would prove to the Republic that its borders were not secure. They all entered slipspace. 30 seconds later Taledonia's Capitol planet loomed before them.
"Commence bombardment", said admiral Commander Tenco. The ships started with projectile weapons. When they had fired 50,000 they used energy weapons to disable the defences coming online so they would have time to prepare to re-enter slipspace. They brodcasted to the Taledonia's defence minister:
"Your military structures are gone. If you Don't want your planet to be a floating molten slab then contact this number."Also in the broadcast there was a cell phone number.The fleet left back to thier respected systems & were there in 20 to 40 seconds. Admiral Commander Tenco waited for a reply.

OC: Is it allright if I play an alien species?
And must we abide by our actual nations? It's rather limiting really.

EDIT: colonaria, that was a god mod if i ever saw one. you cannot just say that you destroy all of his defensive structures. in a good RP, people play FAIR and allow the opponent to do so. obviously, the opponent cannot say that nothing was destroyed, but they shouldnt lose everything. Your post would also imply that you totally encircled the planet in a matter of moments, attacking and blowing the hell out of everything he had before he even detected you. *shakes finger in your direction*

EDIT AGAIN: and i just relized...where the hell did you mention have 10k of all those ships? i must say, those numbers are simply and utterly ridiculous. i dont see anyone else with that many, and i personally think that using in the upper thousands of ships, its an idiotic thing to do. Not only does it remove almost all strategy from the battle, but the numbers are just to big. c'mon guys, lets try to stay reasonable please?

Sir Lockhart, being Centurion of the Republic, realized that Mini Miehm was a prime target. He moved Red Comet there. The KishNa (flagship of kazecistan), 42 Super Cruisers (dreadnought class), 18 Heavy Battle Carriers, and 72 Torpedo Ships (heavy hitter frigate) arrived in-system.

With that, they moved closer, weapons hot and shields full.

The 15 squadrons of home fleet were clustered between old earth and the asteroid belt, when the enemy ships jumped into the system right on the Tsukyama limit they were almost immediately acquired by the system reconnaisance platforms deployed to cover that arc of the TD sphere.

Admiral Kjerulf, commader of the moonbase, sent orders to the 1st through 10th squadrons to head out and meet the enemy before they reached the planetary orbitals, the other five squadrons were sent in closer to earth, halfway between mars and earth, to cover the planet and deal with any enemies that might escape.

Admiral Gloria Demense, commander of the Minotaur, was also the senior officer of the squadrons sent to deal with the attackers, she ordered the carriers to deploy their parasite(sub light cruisers and fighters) ships and go to a 0\0 intercept near jupiter, they wanted to engage as far out as possible from earth while still being able to fall back on the moonbase for defense.

OOC: ONI... I honestly never expected to see someone who read those books....

IC: The ISF ships recieved a call on the emergency channel.

"You are to return and join with the Home Fleet. There you shall report for emergency redeployment. Cut communications with everyone immedeatly. Including other republic vessels and other ISF vessels. No communications untill you reach Home Fleet. That is all."

The ISf ships stopped dead in space. There was no communications between them. A few seconds later they jumped.
The Emergency jump procedure was risky, but untracable.

Torpedoes and missiles continued to pour from their bays.

OOC: Each squadron has between 4 and 6 carriers, so call it an average of 5 per squadron, that means that I sent about 75 carriers, each with a fighter wing and a cruiser detatchment, there are a lot of ships coming down on you, look at it this way, six carriers has about 190-200 cruisers, so so carriers have about 1900-2000 cruisers, and the extra fifteen is another 700 or so, so you're pretty well outnumbered.

New Kar System

The Deatharon Armada fires a volley at the defenses of the system. Thousands of Alpha Warhead missiles go speeding towards enemy positons. The Focus of the attack is on the planet. The Deatharon Armada also unleashes Phasers on the defenses as well in an attempt to crush the oppostion early. The Interceptors and Slph Fighters prepare to escort the Guarda class fighters to the enemy postions.

A message was sent from the Defiance to the Deatharon fleet, who was also in the system.

This is Admiral Sallustius of the Taledonian fleet. Please direct your forces on the new enemy fleet that has entered, we will deal with the ONI bastards.

The thousands of fighters and bombers continued to unleash their deadly payloads of energy bombs and energy missiles, as well as their laser cannons. The bigger ships continued to rain hell on the enemy fleet. The thousands of energy torpedoes flying through the air along with the continous fire from the energy cannons and turbo lasers. To someone far away, it would look like a light show, but up close, it looked like a rift in space had opened the gates of hell itself.

The Deatharon Armada gets a disrubting call from the Imperial Republic. It seems the ISF is doing some home take over of The Republic. The Deatharon Armada is ordered to leave and return to defend the Imperial Republic of Deatharon from invasion. The Armada uses a technology they got from the Gaians Fold Drives. The Armada dissapears in the Folds of Space and is returned in the central systems of the Imperial Republic of Deatharon. The Fighters luckly were back from there attack runs when this was done.

OOC: The ISF has caused the Deatharon's Military to abandon this campaign.

Ic: Right in the middle of the battle, the Kazeci fleet vanished. It reappeared over Kazecistan's home planet, ready to fight. A nasty message was sent to the ISF invasion force.

(OOC: We have stations on our borders that send out energy fields to bring ships out of warp or anything. So to get to my home planet, you would have to deal with the border security forces first. Plus since everyone else is talking about the ISF thing, I don't need to explain, I'm out.)
