Today a 79% majority of the National Council voted to remove Jedi from the Empire. However the Jedi Academy on the Planet Doth refuses to leave. One full Task force has been sent to Doth and are now in orbit. Ground troops may be sent by the end of the month if they do not leave.
This was all brought about when it found out the Jedi were planning to attempt to over throw the current goverment. They say that joing the Galactic Empire can not be allowed. We will keep you up to date on this.
