The state-owned Asoviaer company which operates all of the federations internal flights is now looking to fly to other international destinations throughout the region of Europe.

The corporations head - Sir Nikkholas Vladiskara, is using this medium to contact the other nations as a whole. If you would like to increase your revenue from tourism or international buisness then this contract could help build a more sustainable homeland economy for your nation and greater improve communicational links throughout Europe.

Asoviaer being the most luxurious carrier in Europe provides very high standards at a low (state assisted) price. The highly affluent Lennish society are looking for a foreign land to invest their Lenna in.

Could this land be yours?

If your nation would be interested in possible Trans-Atlantic Flights, we would allow them to be the ONLY foreign air carrier serving Communist Louisiana and its territories in the Caribbean as well as South America.

The Lennish Federations Asoviaer would be honoured to be the sole Foreign carrier for your nation. Our new long distance carriers are in production now in the federation. We would like to celebrate the opening of the Trans-Atlantic route by premiering our new aircraft at the opening of this route. Flights will start from the Federations capital - Singapore (the federation spans Europe and Asia) but will in time be phased into other international airports such as Shaghai, Seoul, Tehran and Damascus.

If you are still interested in this contract, reply soon.

We are highly interested in allowing your young nation to be our sole foreign carrier. We will open a new terminal at our International Airport in New Orleans for your aircraft. You airlines will be the first foreign aircraft to be allowed around the capital city of New Orleans since the closing of the airspace more than 2 years ago.

Subject: Airlines

Greetings from the Ministry of Love in City 69. We have heard of your offer, and would like to request that you extend it to nations and/or regions just outside Europe, namely the New Unified LOTR Stats (NULS) inwhich City 69 is located. We are rather picky about the commercial industries that have access to our country, but being that yours is state-run, we would be honored if you offered our citizens access to other parts of the world. We would also request a small ammount of profit, but this can be discussed at a later time. Thank you, and long live Big Brother.

Respectfully,
Bill Fargun

I am greatly honoured as a spokeswoman for my corporation - Asoviaer and for my nation to be the first foreign air company to be allowed access to New Orleans in such a long time. Communist Louisiana will recieve 20% of the profits of this primary air route and 15% of those being opened later in the Federations other capital cities (Mentioned earlier). Eventually if this contract is aggreed would it be possible use the new International terminal at New Orleans as a Route centre for other North and South American Destinations? In mentioning the New Terminal, Does Louisiana need any economic assistance to build or equip this terminal?

The Empire of the Lennish Federation would be honoured to fly its state-owned Asoviaer into your nation. Would it be possible to use City 69 as a route centre for the rest of your region?

The terminal is already built. When the NOIA was built, it was built with the intention to include expansion of flight carriers and etc. We have the possibilites to expand your services to all of our nations territories in North America (All U.S. states West of the Mississippi River except California, Oregon, and Washington), Caribbean (All islands south of Cuba Dominican Republic except Jamaca), and South America (French Guiana, Guyana, and Suriname).

We see no problum in using the New Orleans International Airport as a "hub" for all CL territories if that would be cost efficent.

Hopefully this is the first step into a larger system of relations between our respective nations and regions.

Asoviaer would like to thank the Communist Louisiana government in its cooperation with our company. This venture will, for your nation, give a continuous supply of affluent Lennish tourists and will, for the Lennish Federation, give us access to a new market. The New Services will come into action in conjunction with the Lennish summer (start July 3rd).

Thanks on Behalf of Asoviaer, The Empire of the Lennish Federation and His Imperial Highness Emperor Stephen II of the Imperial Court of Asovia.
