Attention Admiral (--------------) of the Office of Secret Projects, we are discussion matter 1433-9057-DRE, or the coil uncovered years ago by our scientists. It is far more useful than you can imagine. Its gravity bending abilities are extraordinary. Your suggestion to investigate its weaponization was correct. We can create literal gravity bombs with the ability to warp gravity to our whim devastating mass areas with little fallout. We suggest using an explosive to wipe out the coil after its use.

Another thing was brought up by Dr. Fang-yü Fukijawa and Dr. Kevin Howard working in the OSP's, section 7, Advanced Propulsion Laboratory, we can use this as a sort of gravity drive, exceding light speed.

The worst part is this next line:

'KEEP THIS TOP SECRET AT ALL COSTS. THIS IS VIOLATING MAP AND/OR CIN BUT DO NOT SHARE TECHNOLOGY WITH ALLIES WITH EXCEPTION OF HALBERDGARDIA UNDER SECRET CHANNELS'

We respect your initiative in this matter but operations in Leafanistan itself are discouraged. We have agents infiltrating the Red Brigade and do not wish for them to be accidently terminated. We are using more quiet means such as a pill that will induce schizophrenia, we are beginning to build factories to try to mass produce these, though some of its manufacturing processes are beyond us at this moment.

K504 is like, a secret government funded organization out of our nation. It's a spaceprogram, but instead of wasting time on a few shuttles they've went to build a functioning starship. It's secret from the normal people.

In the middle of one of our deserts we have an underground hangar (capable of taking a thermonuclear warhead as long as it's not directly on top of it) that has a spacecraft we've built. Named after one of our subs to confuse anyone who discovers it, they're both secretive, Contraband is 350m's long. We can get the thing to orbit (theoreticly), but we don't have any FTL technology capable of moving it too far.

That is where our plan comes in. We use the space elevator to bring the supplies up, then we install the FTL drive in it, and bang! We're off to see the Wizard, the wonderful Wizard of Oz!

It'll take us some time to get a flight crew together (last time it was in space we had a small crew that just took it around earth a few times,) but i'll begin getting people to the hangar. If ya'll want to send anyone there send them to the Air Force base that's near the hangar (this is a RMAF project, the ship I mean) and they can go up with the ship itself.

We'll send a crew. It'll be a 5-man crew, headed by Colonel Richard Browning, second-in-command is Major Dan Rickard. If you want/need more than 5 people, let me know.

Well the ships full crew capacity is 250.

But that's a full crew (it can operate with 100), and 250 is counting a soldier complement plus another engineering ground that helps with weapons.

That's ok though. If you want to send more people you can, but we've got people to send. It's just a matter of pulling them off of other AF bases.

And BTW...while I'll support SATO and would like to be a member, I'll only go if I get kicked out of my current region, The Directorate, as they're really a great group of veteran NS players, and I'd like to stick with them. Plus, the region is password-protected, so I can't go back once I leave (they just changed the pass, and they haven't told me what it is yet). If it turns out that I leave the Directorate for whatever reason, however, then I'll gladly come and join SATO.

So...in anticipation of a brief NSWiki description of SATA, and later, when we've started colonization, a description of its activities, just what did we decide SATA stood for. McKagan, you probably figured out that SATO was already taken by the South Atlantic Treaty Organization. So, SATA = ? Maybe Saharistan Alliance Treaty Affiliation? Saharistan Alliance Treaty Association? I'll assume the former when writing up the NSWiki entry, we can change it later.

In other news, forward operating astronaunts have used the FTL we developed (not strong enough for the K504) to push some shuttles out.

I'm proud to announce I claimed a system for the Republic, and once the 504 gets out there and has time to drop off some supplies, were going to start production on another K504.
