On behalf of the Inner Party of City 69, I would like to introduce our small and new nation to the international community. We are a dictatorship nation in the region of the New Unified LOTR States (NULS). The police force is highly invasive, and there is no crime. Our people appear unopressed, though the Inner Party actually delegates their lives via telescreen. The United Nations, of which we are a part, classifies City 69 as a corrupt dictatorship.
