I know you come from Texas, but is it possible you could RP in a friendly way, where War isn't neccessary?
Ok here are the facts:
1. You entered my country without authorization. Even on a humanitarian mission setting foot on anothers land without permission is not acceptable.
2. When I asked you to government to remove your troops with all due haste you said they were staying. This is an act of defiance and led to the all out attack on your troops on the Shetlands.
3. In order for war not to have happened, you should have done the following:
-Asked to send humanitarian aide to the Shetlands before you landed and started operations.
-When asked you should have removed your troops from the Island to keep from any harm coming to them.
4. If I "allowed" this to go unheeded, my lands would be open season for all that would want to come on in. Some would have the right motives and many probably would not and I would have all sorts of "missions of humanity" disquised as actual invasions.
5. Ask yourself this question, if you were to come home and someone was in your home and told you they wouldn't leave until whatever they were doing was finished, would you ask them to leave or go ahead and stay even though they didn't have your permission to be their in the first place?
So here we are, you on one side of the fence and me on the other, the only way out of this pickle is for you to withdraw. I have decided to shell the island for 24 hours nonstop. If you continue to stay, I will open the island to all neighboring countries for target practice until I am sure all life on it is extinguished.
BTW just because I am from Texas doesn't mean I like to make war. I have participated in many RP's within E II and in Nation states that were not war based.
