The Administrator of Nal Sidian and Region 17 Spoke today about the lack of Control and Problems currently facing Region 17...
"I, Administrator of region 17 have handed over control to the Kraven corp for the time being due to an overload in work and some troubling issues that have arisen in the past few days.
Therefore the Kraven Corporation shall be taking over all and everything within Region 17, minus the Nal Sidian homeland. What I am about to state, is not just a request, but an order. In my absence ALL other nations *must* drop all hostility and work peacefully with the Corporation in maintaining our glorious region.
I trust the Kraven Corporation will do us justice. And on another note, welome Republic of Yajinden - your gift has been honoured, it is indeed the finest brandy my lips have tasted in many, many years."
Later the High Commmand of the Kraven Corporation Spoke in Response to the Handing over of Region 17...
"People of Region 17... The Administrator of Region 17 has handed over Control to the Kraven Corporation due to pressing Bisuiness matters... and the inability to attend to the matters of Region 17...
Hence Forth all People of Region 17 are to follow the emergency rulings of the Corporation so that order can be restored and the economy of Region 17 can return to its once powefull status... this is a short term plan in the hopes that people will understand our common goal, and work together for a better future for all of Region 17...
Hence forth all Policing will be controlled by the Corporations newly Formed Capital police as approved by the Governor of Nal Sidian... do not resist the Capital Police... this is not an occupational manouver... and we are not stripping your rights as free people... we are trying to Restore order... This state of EMERGENCY MARTIAL LAW is only a temporay measure and will be ended once Nal Sidian resumes its Commandship...

On one of the many Air fields of the Kraven Corporation
Many VTOL transport craft sat... VTOL ram jets humming gently.. almost anticipating the sudden take off they will have to make... boarding ramps were lowered and several black armoured troopers began climbing aboard... The Capitol Police, soldiers trained from birth to obey the Corporations every Command... totaly loyal and totaly decicated to the High Command..
as VTOL took its consignment of troopers, the massive VTOL thrust jets tilted to allow for take off.... the ramp was lifted and side panels were opened exposing the sponson machine guns for personal protection... the vtol slowly lurched off the ground... the massive ram jets forcing the craft off the ground... as the craft gained height the engines tilted into the flight position... pushing the craft gradually forward... until the craft picked up enough speed and roared out of the air space of the Landing zones... the craft was joined by several other craft and they began to fly into formation...
"Air Command, this is Wing Section Alpha 5, we are en route to The Nation of Simiden... All's green and Clear"
"Understood Wing Alpha 5... Proceede as planned"
"Acknowleged"
the formation streaked across the sky, long contrails being left as they hurtled towards the intended target zone...
other air fields were following suit, VTOLS preparing for take off, loaded with their cargo of Capitol Police troopers, they too took to the skys with freightening effeciency and streaked towards their targets.... the Republic of Yajinden..
"Alpha wing 8 proceede as planned you have your orders"

the craft traced their course towards the intended targets...
the last air field preparing for the launch was the one with the most heaviest contingent of Capitol police, they were expecting resistance from Talon Eternus despite the General Orders from Nal Sidian...
but in turn they too took to the sky with intentions of carrying out the orders of the High Command... in a few hours they would arrive at the drop zones and beging dispatching troopers...
The Republic of Simiden was the first for the troopers arrived... the vtols streaked through the sky and between buildings with speed... the vtol ram jets tilted to allow for landing and with in a few moments and with a solid thump the first vtol touched down on Simiden soil... the ramp dropped with a crunch and capitol police troopers stormed out of the ramps.... each covered in a light body armour, wearing a full combat helm and gas mask, with varying devices for night fighting, flare comp, and heat vision, the elite policing wing stormed across the road and began to fan out setting up a patrol route... as just up the road another vtol landed... delivering the cargo of troopers to the next check point...
"Base Operations... this is Squad Alpha... we have set up primary Beachhead... awaiting further orders"
"Squad Alpha... Continue as planned"
over the course of the next several hours, the Capitol Police set up a base of operation in each city.... each city and town was split into different sectors and each sector had its own tempory base of operations for the capitol police.... simiden was the first to come under the new Laws of the Emergency Martial Law.... its major offices and court houses as well as its police stations came under Corporation control...
