The Galactic Empire

An alliance of true vision and greatness, an alliance not afraid to take what it wants nor afraid to do what it wants. An alliance which has no fear of repercussions. An alliance that has true dreams. The Galactic Empire is an alliance concocted from the minds of Unified Sith, Doomingsland, Chronasia and other assorted nations. We are all proud to offer this truly democratic organisation.

The Galactic Empire is envisioned to last and survive no matter the turmoil’s of internal or external strife. Based upon the governmental regime of the Galactic Senate with a few twists to make being a member of the alliance as fun as Nationstates itself the senate will offer a truly different aspect to the game.

Each member state will put forward a senator, who will vote and debate on behalf of their nation within the alliance itself. Laws will be passed and enforced in all member states, while the internal politics being as adept and challenging as International Incidents itself will drive every members lust for power, having the tantalising goal of becoming the supreme chancellor an very close probability for any member.

Defence and expansion will be a major priority for the alliance. With the recent surrender of Coreowrlds and the destruction of the Weyr fleet the morale of the combined forces of each member state is already soaring. Large joint projects have already begun within allied command, including the design and construction of a new Inter stellar fleet capable of insuring the safety of almost every member.

Joining is easy. Each nation can post a request here and then if found that you are suitable for the alliance you will be allowed to join. Following entrance a link to the Senate forums will be provided where you can register and then debate on issues that affect your nations sovereignty.

You are still responsible for your own security. Each government pays a certain amount towards the upkeep of the Imperial defence fleet, which is run by current chancellor, me, Unified Sith. If you need assistance you lodge a request with the senate and allies will come to your aide if deemed necessary.

And all the nations work together to improve the unified fleet?

Luxus Mond is very interested in joining the Galactic Empire. Luxus Mond is a member of a thirty Lunar City alliance, called the United Lunar Socialists. Though rather peaceful, Luxus Mond and her sister Lunar Cities have much to offer.

1) The best aerospace industry in the Solar System. Better than the Low Earth Orbit shipyards or those on the Martian deserts. With access to raw materials ranging form aluminum to gold to thorium to water.

2) Our special forces are very well trained in spacecraft takedowns. This is from a history full of hostage rescue from hijacked commerical and cargo spaceliners. Our special ops use fast assualt ships to dock and cut into a spaceliner. Very similiar to the Israeli special forces in the sense of hostage recovery.

3) United Lunar Socialists had to use military force to claim Lunar Independence from Earth Corporations. We had to defend our cities and facilities against corporate armies that rivalied that of the any Western Civilization. Lunar citizens eventually built defenses that could stop any fleet from arriving to the Moon, thanks to the slow Earth spacecraft. Finally the Clavius Mondstadt, our capital, is the center of Lunar military construction. Clavius was our verison of Saratoga. We were able to push the corporate armies out of this glorious city.

So as you can see, Luxus Mond and her sister Lunar Cities in the United Lunar Socialist government are well prepared for service for the Empire. We might not be able to provide a large standing army or fleet, but we can at least built the ships you need. Not to mention we have some of the best luxury and pleasure yachts on this side of the solar system. Thanks to Komodo Picotto Solar Sail Yachts.

We would like to join this but we would like a better term then Empire. When you say Empire you don't picture an alliance, you picture someone ruling everyone else with no equals.

The Galactic Empires governmental processes are clearly labelled out. Member nations have found the current system to be more than acceptable. The name of the alliance will not change.

The Empire of Xeraph would be honored to be part of this Alliance/Empire. The Xeraphian Space League has been settling the Typhon Expanse in the Andromeda Galaxy and the Taiuun Expanse in our own galaxy. The League is under the direction of King Ricala of Auralinia, Auralinia being one of Xeraph's subject-nations.
At the present time, we have settled/developed approx 3% of the habitable planets in both Expanses.
Our Space Fleet is small but growing, currently comprised of some 70 vessels, exploratory, medical, and military.
We look forward to developing relationships with the members of The Galactic Empire.

United Lunar Socialists and Luxus Mond are still curious about our entry into the Empire. We feel that we can provide technical and maintaneance support. Plus it would be nice to be protected by a Big Brother. Unruly terror groups have tendency to attempt to hijack our ships or worse Corporate Armies try to blockade our Earth-exiting ships.

We have a new "dream ship" (at least for us) going into development soon... we're going to mass produce these bad boys to secure our borders...

It's basically a small ship surrounded by alot of armor and alot of computers and fancy gadgets...

Seeing as to how Chronosia is in, it is only appropriate that Muktar joins the party. Should we be allowed to join, Jaruma Sitiri will be the Muktari representative.

If there is a Senate, our senator will be Senator John Dietrich of Gheiland, Tannenmille. If we are to send ambassadors, then our ambassador will be Albert Klein of Krondie, Tannenmille.

Each nation from the Galactic Empire must allow the Imperial defence fleet to enter your sovereign territory without permission. This is non-negotiable.

As for other nations militaries, that is up to whichever nations space you wish to go into.

Thirdly this does not apply to trade and civilian vessel. The Galactic Empire is also a trading as well as a military alliance and each member states market are fully open to competition.

Thank you for accepting the people of Luxus Mond and her sister Lunar Cities. The United Lunar Socialists will provide an excellent aerospace industry powerhouse. Any nation in the Empire will receive contracts before non-Imperial nations and with a discount. However currently there is no storefront for the ULS's aerospace industry.

While we, the citizens of the Moon, may differ slightly in views from the rest of the Empire, this does not mean we wish to be hostile. We believe a unified universe allows a better society. At the same time, engineers and scientists are guaruanteed a job.

I don't wish to directly join, but am intrested in allying wih you as the a faction of my FT race (Eternals, but this race are the Dark Eternals) I rp as because I know a war is coming between that faction and other nations and I will need all the help I can get if that faction (Dark Eternals) win you will be awarded with conquered galaxies and powerful technologies for your usage.

Mationland will apply to join the Galactic Empire . Although we are a MT Nation . Our space program has been greatly improved . We used to have only unarmed and defenceless space shuttles . Now we have space battleships and space cruisers . Space Battleships are armed with Plasma Cannons , Anti-Space Craft Lasers , and Plasma Shields . Space Cruisers are gigantic ships which contain 300 M-Wing Fighter Aircraft , armed with Laser Rockets and Plasma Guns . The Cruiser itself is heavily armed with Plasma Shields , Laser Turrets and Plasma Bombs .
