(Note: this is my first thread and RP so if you want to help me out with some ideas i'd be very thankful, and sorry if my english is misspelled or has a bad grammar, english is not my native tongue, also if you want to be ally or enemy post it or if you want to be the rebels also post it)
The coffee arrived as usual to his majesty Dietrich von Wartenweiller of the Wartenweiller house, he was about to have breakfast with his family and some members of his ministers.
He was about to take a sip of that lovely coffee when one of the advisors stormed in:
-"Your Majesty"- he said bowing to king Dietrich.
-"The rebels of south Kuehenberg have just launch an attack to our garrison in Gleitelberg, they took no prisioners and all our soldiers there were executed, their heads were speared in the city gates, their leader has just made a speech saying: "We were ignored, our lands were taken, the king and his people send us to the hills to scratch a living of rocks! Now it's the time for us to regain the lands that were conquered by our forefathers, we shall have no mercy! Death to the king!"
All the room was frozen by this news, they hadn't took the rebel threat seriously now they were beggining to pay the price for their pride.
-"How could a host of peasants were able to finish an entire garrison of our military? It is impossible for a few civilians without training to take over a hundred soldiers of the most powerfull army in the region, this is outrageous minister Heinz you are insulting everyone in this table..."
-"SILENCE!" commanded the king.
-"General Müller, the only one insulting this table is you with your delusions of grandeur, it is true we have a powerfull army yet the minister hasn't finished giving us all the news on this. He turned to minister Heinz "Please Albert, carry on"
-"As everyone here is well aware, the past year has been a fruitless one. Our tensions with other nations have made them support the rebellion and not only that, those rival nations are preparing to invade as well, we haven't received a formal war declaration, yet our spy planes have located their armies near our south borders it is only a matter of time before the rebels and their allies start marching north, i'm afraid we have to act quickly this is the greatest thread we have faced and if we do not act accordingly we will not survive."
This time the king stood up, everyone in the table followed his lead and waited for him to decide, whether he will choose diplomacy and called the parlament to deliberate or would he choose to act with his strong fist.
-"Gentleman gather the army, we will not only push these rebels back, we will destroy them down to the last rebel! and show his allies why we are considered the most powerfull army this kingdom had ever had! all around his majesty bowed their heads as a sign of the deepest respect and agreement.
-"Albert i'm naming you as my head of foreign relations send emissaries to all our allies requesting their help, also send word to my sons to get ready for battle, in the meanwhile I will have a meeting with my staff, summon the parlament as well in an emergency session".
-"It will be done my lord" saying that he rushed to do all the errands the king send him to.....
