I Emperor Offa wish to make an announcement. Two hours ago there was a massive revolt in Ihsahn, former capital of Glemte Hage, discontentment due to the recent deaths of three Elskedian troops overseas seems to have motivated much of the crowd, which we believe numbers at least twenty thousand in number. We suspect that the core of the rebellion lies within a few hundred members of the Hagean Liberation Party (HLP) led by Prince Hageias XIV- the last member of the old monarchy. We have several assasins moving in, but only have 10'000 troops mobilised against what could be a city in revolt, over 5'000 of our other troops defected to the cause and the remaining ten thousand are overseas or with the fleet in the east, we need help now= help us prevent the genocide sof the past, we can offer landing space and food supplies to any armed force willing to helped, once enough have arrived we shall attack.

I would be pleased to help you with your problem, good sir. The DCS armed forces will make short work of your rebels, to be sure. You need only ask for our aid, and it shall be provided. Know however that should you decide to call upon us, we shall apply our own methods in our own time to ending the conflict, and I shall harbor no interference from your armed forces or governing body. Time is money, friend, and we shall act in such a way to remain time effective. It is your decision, please do chose wisely.

Forge read the Elskede reply, and smiled to himself wickedly. He punched a button on his personal Comlink station, and waited the few seconds it would take for the resipient to answer his call. The widescreen monitor perched over the station flashed to life, and a uniformed older man appeared on screen.

"Lord Forge, I answer your summons." he declared in a proffessional, some would say pretencious, manner. Forge nodded his grim approval.

"General Prus, it would seem that we have been called upon by a nation known as Elskede to aid them in the repression of a recent rebelion they are experiencing. I have, of course, agreed to provide military aid to the Elskede government. Its a fine chance for our young, inexperienced forces to gain some real combat experience. Have Intel gather what information they can about this nation. They are to produce maps, vital statistics, anything that may be of importance to the successful execution of our mission. Also, send a full rec squad into, both air and land borne, into Elskede as soon as possible. I want a live stream of by the minute information on the activities of these rebels available to me by tomorrow morning, at the latest. Leave no room for fog, our vision must be crystal clear. Begin the mobilization of army group two, and have them make haste. They also must be fully mobilized and prepared to move on the target by tomorrow morning. Once you have completed these tasks, meet me in the War Room, so that we may determin our plan of approach. Questions?"

"No my Lord, I understand and will execute."

With another punch of a button, Forge ended the link, and stepped briskly out of his office, deep in thought.
