The message was simple, and this time the location was meant to show far more teeth to their demand for the following.

~ :: It is simple to us. And we do not pretend to say more understanding than before. However this is an ultimatum and a demand on the part of both the Deatharon Imperial Republic, and the Empire of Neo Zeta.

Bot nations are to come to the Clan Home System, not the White Diamond System, there, a more neutral setting will be the setting of talks meant to not only end the notion of a massive interstellar war, but also establish a more lasting organization to end these misunderstandings, and give all voices a more proper forum to declare their greviances.

Hence, within 108 hours of acknowledgement reciept of this message, parties from both Deatharon and Neo Zeta, are all but ordered to attend this session. This is also extended by a lesser degree, to the GE and Republic member nations that declared support for either side, as to understand in truth, the situation that led to this situation.

We ask that at least two other major nations assist us in establishing a diplomatic 'buffer' between the two sides, such that can allow more validity to these talks. Our first choices to do this would be The Humankind Abh and The Federal Union, but other's along the same lines 'not' affiliated with either GE or The Republic is welcome.

This idea of war will not only end here, but for all time if we can help it. And by the tone of our last messages, our tone should have said volumes.

We therefore stand ready to assist in a final peace, and avoid a war that little can be truthfully learned from, except hatred and pain.

The Clan Home System was within the Core Central Worlds, just Anti-Spinward/Coreward of the White Diamond System, and an even larger center of military and economic might than the White Diamond System was.

A message was sent to the Ascendancy:

The Imperial Council will allow Colonel Marius to handle this situation he has been notified of the situation via communicator on your homeworld. He will however be granted an escort from the Imperial Republic Space Navy.

The Gaians acknowledged the Deatharon signal, and deneigned a response until other parties responded. The sight awaiting them was hard to describe.

..but it could be...

Neo Zeta would send Ani Toguro to deal with the talks. He was a bodyguard for the emperor at times but at others lead the Home Guard. For his size however it was hard to see how he could carry much weight with his words.

Ani Toguro will speak for Neo Zeta and will be escorted by the 2nd and 12th Fleets.

The Ascendancy however was noting that the chosen delegations were 'far' less than what the Gaians were expecting out of their two allies. Course, they they themselves were coming with little, so they would use the inital talks to press the issue and expand on it all.

The planet itself was well ready for their guests, and the Gaian delegation, led by Lady Peorth, with Seto coming a day later, done to test the resolve of both sides, This would lead to the 'real' announcement that would rock all of known space.

But first they would wait for the parties to arrive.

When they arrive, they had a sight waiting for them.

The Three Imperial Guardians had picked up Colonel Marius and told him of the tragic occurance of Prince Alfred's murder. Marius was carefully briefed on what happened and the stance he was to take at the conference. Colonel Marius was ready to do his job. The three Imperial Guardian opened three wormholes into the system and jumped.

Three Reman Warbirds left the fleets and used fold drive to arived at the clan homeworld system, There they awaited for word to beam down.

The Three Imperial Guardians exit out of there respective wormholes and hail the Gaians for permission to beam down as well.

The Clan Home System was a system of eight planets, two inhabited, 118 moons, 31 inhabitied or colonized, and one planetoid belt along with a standard Oort Cloud. One Green type star about the same size as Sol, shone it's emerald rays across the System.

The System however had one major addition, another of the Ascendant's 'tinkering', as it had three Ringworlds that orbited the entire orbital plane of the line between the third and fourth planets in the inner planetary zone. There was also a massive ring that orbited between the sixth and seventh planes, that was a single, huge Dock-Yard. Literally millions of vessels could dock here, with a habitation ring that run the entire ring on the upper and lower ends of the Ring-Yard.

The entire thing was barely 10% used, even with the size of the Ascendancy Republic StarFleet. This all didn't count in the other more usual Yards and SpaceStation hubs that literally studded the entire System. This all however belied the detail of the planets themselves. The uninhabited ones were sites of either major domed cities, major foundries, or major FACAF Bases (major as in hundreds of kilometers long.

The Planets and moons that were habitable, were all major city worlds, with most of each world dedicated nowadays to FACAF matters. In fact, the CLan Home System was a central military fortress System, one that outpaced the White Diamond System by rediculous scales. Polution and other such concerns however are minimal as the entire System is powered by ZPF Cores, solar mirrors, and an interesting side effect of the modules used 'within' the Clan Home Star itself.

Several nodes were 'buried' within the star, and was in a constant 'recyclic' effect where heavy fused atoms are reseperated and 'refusioned' back into the star's fusionable material. This not only allows a star's life to be extended to nigh infinity, but the excess energy spasims are collected and transfered through high energy waves into subpower stations that orbit around many of the worlds of the System, and are both extra power cores and backup powerstations for the System.

Gotta love redundancy. =^^=

However the System wasn't just a single massive fortress. The capital third world and much of one of the Ringworlds, were dedicated to expansive embassy sectors, and other functionaries that assisted both the military and diplomatic vectors. A strange diatrod, but it worked here. Heavy traffic constantly flowed into the System throguh both the JumpChulip Stations, and from normal trade vectors, both Fold and Hyperdrive.

The Clan Home System was also a strong sports center, and many sports events took place all the time. From the normal, to the hyper-advanced and wierd. There was also still room for the other aspects of Gaian society, even the slightly more 'red districtly' types.

..eh, nothing's perfect.

But with the enourmous military and diplomatic precense, it was probably safer than the White Diamond System, as it wasn't the Capital System of the Ascendancy, and therefore less of a target. However, that didn't stop this System from being a scene of constant military exercises. As the three Deatharon vessels enter the System, they can look everywhere as hundreds of major vessels cluster everywhere, and two SSD Warships are centered in orbit over the Clan Home capital world.

The vessels are ordered first to a tremendously large spacedock. Not much different from a Star Trek kind, but the surface is pure white and hyper bright bluelight ports. Oh, and there's the 36 dock planes situated along the large central pole superstructure. All the vessels will be ordered to this spot before being allowed to the planetary surface.

Marius watched all of ships in wonder and said, "We lasted a few weeks fighting agaisnt this boy were we lucky they do not try to destroy there enemies." The Naval officers look upset like they walked into a trap.

A single Kazeci transport ship appeared. Its sleek hull gleamed in the star's light as it sent out the following message to all parties involved.

Kazecitan requests permission to sit in on the talks.

ooc: My nation, and the rest of the Republic, are against the war and will work for peace only.

A Colonel in the McKagan Republican Starfleet sat behind his desk and prepared to send out a message.

"We stand ready to provide security to the area if needed. This is a small escort type vessel, but it can hold it's own in combat. Please respond before we are called to another sector."

The ship with Ani Toguro docked. " This is one thing i hate about Gaians" Toguro said " Their ego is huge. Scan everything incase one day we need to destroy this."

"Well shit, looks like no one is gonna answer us. Flight Control, take us into the system and dock near the other ships that are part of this delegation."

The Imperial Guardian carrying Marius docks the two others dock near by.

"Well boys, just keep getting closer until someone see's we're here."

The MSV Contraband continues it's approach.

The small Kazeci ship went ahead with docking.

"Are you sure, I mean, we don't have clearance yet and-"
"If they don't want us they can shoot us."
"But, I don't want to be shot-"
"They have so much space here, they won't mind us using a little. If they really have problems with our delegates being here, all they have to do is say so."

With that the docking was complete.

The message sent to the other arriving delegations was more a travel advisory than a warning.

:: ~ The Ascendancy welcomes both parties, as well as extended allies and guests to the System. However, what you see before you is not a upped security concern, but one of our numbered military center Fortress Systems.

It is here that most of the defense of the Core Republic Worlds comes from, not to mention our continued advances that flood our entire society almost daily.

All nations will enter the designated SpaceDock and have their vessels held in dock there. Shuttles will take all parties to the waiting Senatoria center, where our actual Republica and Senatoria centers reside. Also, you will see many of our judical centers that help with the 'balance of diplomatic power' within the Ascendancy.

The shuttles will take you to seperate and highly secure residency areas. An entire skyscraper is designated to each party to prevent any feeling 'small' for any reason. But to acquiese to this, the scrapers are connected to the main Senatoria and Republica Chamber Center.

Please follow these instructions to ensure impecable security.

To the McKagan StarFleet, we appreciate the assistance, but it is not required. However you are welcome to act as observers during these talks.

A hatch opened on the side of the small ship. 12 unarmed delegates stepped out. They wore the traditional robes of earthen tones. The head of the group inquired “Which way to the shuttles?"

"Communications, send the following message back to the source of that transmission."

We realized shortly after went sent out our first message that you wouldn't need any assistance securing this area. We'll come and sit in on the procedings, but we have some questions. Do you want us to dock and go ahead with the same routine as the other parties involved? Will we be provided residence, or will we remain on our vessel? We just need to clarify some things here."

The docking door opened and Ani Toguro walked out no others with him. He had on his normal clothes. He then useing the info the scans had gotten headed for the shuttles.

The docking door opened and Marius followed by 10 Ogre Lancers walked out. The ogre's were wearing full combat armor and were armed with force lances. Marius wore his Imperial Republic Guard uniform.




OOC: For those of you who do not know ogre's are a class of mutant. think human about 7 ft tall not very intelligent and extremely strong. these here have combat training with the force lance.

Welcome to the Clan Home Star System of the Republic Core Worlds. ~ ::

The arriving parties were essentially greeted in the same style as from the Gaian Trade Conferences. However this time, the focus was on security and expediancy, rather than comfort. (..even though even this was still lavishly present...)

For a shuttle, a large YT-2400 was assigned to each delegation, each decked out like it was the interior of a Naboo cruiser. Each vessel was stark white and edged with silver and blue detail to designate them as guest diplomatic vessels of the Ascendancy.

Each vessel was crewed by pilots, room for all guests and guards, a small diplomatic team for each vessel to act as liasion while on the surface, accompanied by one humanoid, one Avian Lord, and one Angelic, for Gaians. Each one also has two Angel Gods as extra security.

...since a single Angel God could take out a Gaian Corvette class vessel (and it's been tested in actual Gaian Trial combat in space..) and two up to a Heavy Crusier within a few heated moments of battle, the security was far above the delegations own accounterments.

..and they were assigned to both prevent any infighting, as well as cross delegation 'attempts' of any kind.

Each delegation's 'shuttle' was then cleared through Gaian customs and security and sent down with an escort of three Omni-LAM mecha-starfighters all the way down to the surface. The journey from SpaceDock to surface was only five minutes, again for expediancy and security.

When they break through the cloud layer, it's a stark sight. Unlike the Corusant city scapes of gray-silver, white and steel, the city scapes here were more jeweled coloered, and even in places 'actual' jeweled structures, melded into the same them as above.

The sight expands all over for kilometers around, and look as crystal as a clear day on a virgin world. The sun glows as crisply here as it does on White Diamond, and any other Gaian Core World. (and many Colony Galaxy Worlds now too...)

They begin to approach a titanic rose petal shaped 'structure', the bluish-teal tinge to the structure, shows off it's haunting flair.

The site that is the Senatoria and Republica Chambers. All around it are the superscrapers, and inter melded, carpets of city levels, with various structures for the Ascendancy Judical, diplomatic Corps, Military Command attaches, and more.

...much much more.

And despite all this, to the far far west of sight, a haze where the ocean belies can be just barely noted. All around, the movement of traffic is deep and vast.

The Kazeci diplomats thanked their crew and departed. When they arrived in their rooms, they settled in for a long stay.

"Wonder when the talks are going to start?"
"Oh it can't be long now...."

"Well boys, we've got the word. Dock us and prepare for the shuttle to arrive."

Contraband glides through space and then docks at the massive spacestation.

"Apparently they're giving us a sky scraper while we're here. We've got a small crew so we can let our people spread out while we're there." the Colonel said while he and 4 of his senior diplomatic staff, along with one security guard (sniper elligable) disquised as a diplomat walked toward the docking hatch where the shuttle had just arrived.

The crew boarded the transport shuttle and leaves for the other area.

Ani Toguro exited the shuttle and looked around. He then set down on a near by bench to rest.

(OOC: Even though we're not part of the talks I still take it we get a skyscraper?)

The shuttle sets down and the security officer (still acting as a diplomat would) walks outside first and looks around. Then the captain followed by the other's excited the ship.

"We'll hang around here for a few moments, then i'll have an APC put onto this nations flight computer so it can begin bringing our people down."

((OC- Yup, there's a reason for it once the talks get rolling.))

Meanwhile, Gaian officials continued to go about their normal duties. While the talks were waiting to be conviened with the official arrival of the Deatharon party, the Gaians conducted the mundane matter of goverment and judical matters, such as civil laws and standard ones for the general governing of the ever expanding Ascendancy. With worlds being added nearly as fast as they can be catalouged by new govermental councils, the laws had to be amended just as fast, and a large and efficently run beaucracy, maintained by scores of droids and govermental personel that more usually led whole departments than worried about the clutter that could slow down a goverment.

Meanwhile, military excercises were being conducted as close as six kilometers away from the central 'city', where troops were training in mass urban-city planet fighting. Even mock Warship fire was conducted, and the occasional 'tag' laser was seen shooting down in the far northern distance.

It's a happening place. =^^=

The complete crew of Contraband, minus 10 security personnel, has arrived at their skyscrapper and "set up shop"

The Ogres exited the shuttle first and then after the area was secure Colonel Marius walked out flanked by two of the Ogres.

Lady Peorth handles the negotiations, and is told the various parties are assembled on the planet. She nods and calls for the parties to assemble in the central chamber of the Diplomacy Center, set just to the right of the main Republica and Senatoria chambers.

Her own party awaits all sides to arrive. (..she even dresses very formally for this one, rather than in her skimpy usual attire. =^^= )

The Kazeci delegates arrive and are seated.

"Wonder how long it will take for the other nations to get their act together and get down here?" mumbled minor delegate 1.
"4 hours." responded minor delegate 2.
"5." said minor delegate 1.
"Want to make it a bet?" said Minor delegate 2.
"40 credits?" Asked Minor delegate 1.
"50." Minor delegate 2 decided.
"Why do you two have to bet on everything?" Asked Bryce, the lead Kazeci.
"Because it passes the time." Retorted minor delegate 1.
"And I get lots of credits out of it." chimed in minor delegate 2.
"Do not." Minor delegate 1 argued.
"Hey, hey. Count me in." Minor delegate 3 called from behind them.

Bryce made a disgusted noise and moved to a new seat.

Ani Toguro arrived at the central chamber and took his seat. He awaited the arrivel of the others.

Colonel Marius enters the central chamber followed by his bodyguards each ogre eyes Ani Toguro with a hint of suscpion. They let there feelings be known they do not trust him. The Ogres take a defensive positions around the Colonel.

OOC: The Ogres are in full combat armor and Marius is dressed in his military uniform.

The chamber they would meet in was half the size of a stadium, and was level tiered away from the central meeting table, with the various levels dedicated to diplomatic functions and cross govermental affairs that affected the Foreign Advisory of the Ascendancy in any way.

The seats were quite wide and plush, with a number of control panels on the deat arm rests and on the slanted table area in front of each delegate. The room only held four parites so far, though it could hold thirty easily.

Peorth watched the tensely minded delegation arrive and sensed both their agitation and their distrust. "(Fun party this will be...)" ..she thought to herself, her heavily Hikari Power shielded mind keeping any psy-talents of any kind from being nosy.

Plus she had a few 'red-district' type thoughts prepared in case someone tried hard, in which case they'd get echo images of stuff meant for a porn website. She knew her weapons of mindgames well now.

She still sensed a few mor parties would arrive, but she decided to start the proceedings. "Is everyone ready to begin." ..she starts very simply.

Toguro nods " I am ready"

Marius nodds to show he is ready.

...and here as welll...................

Peorth had acknowledged the two sides, and was 'about' to begin deliberating proceedings, when the same tragic dull chill stabs through her without any warning!

One second she sees clearly, the next she can't even think straight, as her entire sense of her body all but dies! She suddenly slumps hard onto the meeting table and marely mutters out...

"Pa....rt...ner..... my..... sou....l..." ..and crashes to the floor! Aides and guards suddenly rush down from above and try to attend to a suddenly dying Council member.

.....until that is, when numbers ot them suddenly starts collapsing and fainting out, with no warning of any kind whatsoever!

The Exile stabs even here, as the wail of the dying Trees is suffocating the Hikari Users with no reason to speak of!

Marius watches all this in disbelef the Gaians dropping like flys how is this possiable? The Ogre Guards look at each other with looks of surpise and uncertainity.

Toguro wasnt as confused as the others " Well Well seems their little trees can have a bad affect too."

Ani Toguro then looks at Marius " For the first time in my life when some one just passes out i can truely say i am not behind it." He laughs

" So what now? Make peace our selfs or go to war? with the Gaian leadership seeming to be dieing they wont be able to force us to make peace. I myself do not mind either way."

Moments later, the panic causes Gaian High Command, whatever parts not yet affected by the Black Wilt, to suddenly declare over all intercomms of the Ascendancy...

...and all at once.

~ :: This is a Level-Red-One Lockdown! All activites of the Ascendancy are hereby freezed and all forces put into War Footing alert status! All non celestial node bound citizens are advised to hold up where they are, or make for the nearest planet or station immediately.

All non-citizens of the Republic, outside nationals and such, are advised to also remain where they are. We cannot be certain what effect this... whatever the **** this is, will have on outside Ascendancy space!

Again, we are at an emergecy Lockdown! All parties pleace comply to prevent a widespread panic! :: ~

One of the Aides holding Poerth, a young lady, is visibly crying, as Peorth's form dramaticlly ages in her very arms. She stutters out to herself, openly.. "What did we.... do?

...what's going............ on?"

She cannot fathom what by the goddess is occuring.

...but in fact, one being does know.

Toguro's cockyness then fades. " However we cant have the Gaian Ascendancy become unstable." A message not even coded is sent to the Omega System where Grand Admiral Rubedo is.

This is a Code Red emergency. The Gaian Ascendancy has become unstable. Please send word to our GE allies that we maybe forced to enter to insure they do not become unstable."

He sighs " The last thing i want to put up with is a unstable Gaian Ascendancy or even a Gaian Civil war. You understand what could happen if that happens am i right?"

Contraband sets docked; while the security detail trys to determine what is going on.

The 12 Kazeci diplomats sat stunned, unable to move. One was able to utter "The mighty Ascendancy... to fall so easily..."

This is why we'll enter Gaian space with our allies. To insure it dose not fall. We cant have that right now. And we will take all steps to insure it dose not fall.

Marius responds, "So you can enslave the defenseless Gaians for your Imperialistic masters. I find it offensive that The Republic demands peace and so I say this we agree to end the hostility agiasnt Neo Zeta but if the GE invades the Ascendancy we will see it as a threat to Intergalactic peace and will raise are alert status."

" hahaha your the one with Imperialistic masters. I know that someone in your country had your prince killed and blamed it on us. You under estimate our Spy Networks. Sadly i dont know who ordered it or i would have had them killed by now. As for you raising your alert i dont care. Your nation could not do anything to the GE.

But as i said befor this is no invasion. Only insure Civil War, Riots ect dont take place"

All over known space, the cascading effect is starting to flood out from the subspace, and effecting even non-standard Planes like Astral and such. Even such non physical standard planes such as magic and more, begin to feel the sundering.

..but what is happening is too far above plain effects on any one nation.

In NGC-801242.33/A, A Galaxy at the 'edge' of where the Big Bang has extended, a newborn Galaxy more melded to the dimensional layers than other older galaxies, begins to suder itself as multiple cracks of the dimensional layers, turns into thousands of light-years wide, twisting subspace malestroms that render the fabric of space apart.

More frightening, is that the 500,000 plus light-years across galaxy is sundered with a terrifying speed that leaves the fabirc of space both void, and 'boiling' with further ruptures. Whatever was within the galaxy within mere moments is burned away. Totally away.

The infinite vastness of space between the galaxies is just as swiftly crossed, though the bonds that hold the Existence together is still very strong. Enough that the rippiling isn't as torrentious to the older galaxies just beyond the 'Big Bang' line.

..other Universes however are no less effected, nor less damaged. The rippiling wave just cascades out of control of it's own catalyst.

For the Gaians within, they are 'not' falling apart at the seems.

..instead, all still viable subjects are stopped where they are, and have begun to pray with their minds, very loudly.

Marius responds, "This is an invasion to elieminate the Gaians. I would not put it past Blue Cosmos to take advantage of there weakness and invade them. Which is why we will go on alert. as for Prince Alfred your spies clearly killed him to sabatoge are military heavens knows he was the Imperial Marine Core Commander."

" We will not destroy them. Their fleets will not be attacked. As for Blue Cosmos they have nothing to do with it. I am not a member of that. And your prince was a loss cannon to. With the Coup and oh so fake trail many people knew he was a risk.

Just as Sensui is one. And in both cases they are delt with. And if my Spy's killed him to start a war. We would not be sitting at this table my friend. We would be on the battlefield"

Marius responds, "You are just trying to destroy are military by hitting high up officals so you can quickly consume us just like our old friends the Gaians. Alfred was hardly a loose cannon he just was defending the old way of life. The fact you take the time to hit an ally when he is down sickens me throughly."

" If you wish to think we are invadeing the gaians then fine. Our actions will prove that wroung." Toguro Smirks " And to walk over your military we could do with out killing your leaders."

Marius responds, "Your military is made up of cowardly soldiers who attack innocent people and run at the sight of a military challenge. The Gaians prove that during the Gaian Deatharon war."

" Dont make me laugh. you held out only a few weeks. We could beat the Gaians or even if we lost hold them off for many many years. If you think us so weak them please attack us. Your planets would make nice bombing targets."

Marius laughs and responds, "The only reason we only lasted a few weeks was one the Ascendancy fastly outnumbered us and two are allies turn tail and fled and three we were only 18 worlds then. The Imperial Republic of Deatharon is much better equiped and was taught by Gaians on how to fight. If you did attack us your forces would suffer for it. unlike the Gaians we fight with lethal force. The Imperial Republic has fold drives and can respond to you just as quickly and three we hate the Zetans at home there would be nothing better than killing you in a defensive war. And four we are at least double are size than when the Gaians fought us."

" You forget a few things. One we are larger then you. Two The GE would aid us and we our combined armys easily outnumber your population. Three we wouldnt care to destroy your planets. Four we have anit fold drive devices around all our planets and bases. And Five we hate you at home as well."

Marius responds,"We have more of reason to hate you. your kind murdered hundreds of Imperial personal just to prove they were superior how would your people like it if Imperial Marines did that to your homeworld?"

" And there is the ression why we try to be understanding. We know rouge people in our military killed your people. This is why we do not go to war with you. But you try to frame us. That is somthing we can not stand."

Marius responds, "How can you blame us for his Imperial Majesties death. Who in Deatharon would dare kill the Emperor's son? It is common knowledge by the Prince's Guards Alfred made remarks that angred Sensui we believe he was behind the murder."

" He was not. Its not his style nore ours. Maybe you sould look into it more then just the words of the people who may have killed him."

Marius laughs and replies, "Why would Leopard Pride Murder Alfred? that would be treason to the Imperial Republic and to the Emperor."

" Unless it was a order" Toguro raises his eyebrow " Theres somthing i hadnt thought about. Goverment are funny in their workings. Threw out history Emperors have killed their sons to blame it on others or fear he was to powerful. I am not saying he did but is somthing i think needs to be looked into. Besides how could a spy kill him on a ship full of his own guards and get off?"

Marius replies, "If the Governement wanted Alfred dead they could have made him dissapear why go through this charade."

" People would ask qustions. Want to know where the heir to the throne went. Also they could use it to rally hate for Neo Zeta and start a war. They hoped their allies would support them. But as it seems they didnt."

Marius then replies, "I have a hard time believeing this personally. This could be a plot to throw us off your trial."

You tried to imprision non pure humans in concentration camps, You join the Ge are group of Nations bent on intergalactic conquest and try to invade the Gaians are most trusted allies next to The Republic of course."

"All those acts were commited by Blue Cosmos. as you know Jayce is dealing with that as we speak. as for the GE its for our own protection. Their are nations more powerful then Neo Zeta and the Gaians combined. They are a threat. But under the protection of the GE we are safe to live our lifes.

Marius replies,"The GE is hardly a defensive alliance, They are dedicated to conquest at all most any cost and with people like The Borg and Chornisa and unified Sith how can you look me in the eye and say that is for protection?"

" Protection from them. They wont attack a ally."

Marius replies, "They will if they see an advantage in attacking you."

" A risk we are willing to take. The advantages however outweigh the disadvantages."

Marius responds, "If the GE and The Republic should fight what good would this treaty do? we would have to battle each other any way."

The entire proceedings were being recorded, and what more..

..things have stabilized while both sides were 'discussing' their internal matters against each other. No one had noticed that the seeming cascade was suddenly abated.

...the enchroaching schisim had been stopped. But by 'what'?

The Aide, shaking her head as the Deatharons and Zetans bit at each other, was about to mutter something, when she GASPS!! The floor area, mostly hidden by the table is suddenly starting to glow very very brightly.

"What.... wha... is?"

Bryce had accidentally wandered into the room where the Deatharonian was 'talking' and had been listening in the shadows for quite some time. He stepped forward.

"And what then? Once the pack of wolves has devoured all the other, lesser animals in the land what will they do? They will turn upon each other, destroying their weakest members first. If you do not rise up against them while you still can they will turn upon you. And then you will have nowhere to run as you will have aided in the destruction of your only hope for escape!” He was now screaming “If groupings such as the republic fall, then there will be no one to oppose them, no where for you to run, no one to save your sorry a****!" His voice had been rising in force the entire time, until he was flush with anger. But now, he calmed. He began to reason with him.

"If all nations think as you do and join them, then the resistance shall never be strong enough to defeat them. But, if they were to realize that the GE are mortal, that they can be defeated, and join us, we would form a force so great that even they would shrink in fear. If you can believe in our cause we can defeat them together. There is a right choice in this, make it." He sighed and slumped into a chair.

" Well that wont happen. Most people do not care what happens between the Republic or GE. And thats the way of things. Many more join the GE then the Republic last i see. People seem to like it more and like its ideas. Like all powers in time it will die yes. Same for your Republic. but knows to say who will die first."

Bryce was infuriated. "The resistance will die first if those like you don't join it! You simple minded nations join the biggest bullies because you fear them. Why can't you understand that if you rise up against them, you can defeat them! If you stand by and do nothing they will continue their reign. If all of those who fear them rise up together they will defeat them! You are stronger than you think. You must act!" He slumped back, realizing the hopelessness of attempting to change the mind of a fool.

"Oh in time we will. For now tho they guard us. But one day we may be agianst them but not now."

It was nice to note the bickering, taking place during fathomless miracle that occurs. The miracle is both very bright to the mortal eye to behold, as well as thick in power to the senses.

Peorth recovers with visible extravagance, as a ethereal Tree monicer blossom/grows above her before phasing out. The Aide that has been holding her all this time, later akins the feeling of the glow, to being in a warm bed on a lazy day in winter, with someone one loves.

...which she herself has to 'remedy' soon.

Peorth on the other hand, finally awakens, and looks around like she woke from a long nap. "Dear me. Have I missed much?"

The Aide can't help herself. "MILADY!!" ..and gloms on! Peorth blinks alot and defensively pushes away. "Heyheyhey! Not so openly girl!"

Peorth realizes... "It's over................... YES!!!!!" ..and then reflexively GLOMPS onto the Aide with an equal joy that is flooding through the Ascendancy Sphere. Literally within seconds!

Ani Toguro looks some what confused " Your not the normal diplomat Lady Peorth are you?"

Peorth hears this and stands, apparently with no aftereffects from the ordeal. "So... *dry voice* ...where were we."

Peorth then orders a full recording playback of whats she has missed. She begins to look less and less amused as the playback ends.

"Are you all done saying this and that, and not tell me the truth of WHY this all started in the first place? Course, I could bring up some information 'about' Lord Alfred we found when we retrieved his body from space.

..as well with certainty with who's weapon was the lethal author."

Marius looks at Peorth and replies, "What kind of informartion did you have on Prince Alfred? his body was never recovered. Plus The story we were told was that the Neo Zetan agent used an Imperial Force Lance. That he took of a Marine Lancer on board."

Lady Peorth responds by hitting a few console buttons in front of her. By now the aides had left, though the same one that held her stayed for a few more moments.

"Indeed, it would have been impossible, if not for our sensors that picked what evidently was his body falling into the atmosphere of White Diamond/Sapphire. A shuttle droid picked up the remains of this person, which then transported it to a Genetic Refabrication facility.

Genetic recompositon discovered that indeed it was hit with a force lance, in the head apparently. However, if the Deatharon goverment wants, we can offer the full refabrication recovery of the original host. Obviously we retained rights of the dead body's genetic data for our own repository for future use."

Peorth then switches tactics. "But it's the fact that trajectory showed it being ejected from a Deatharon vessel, along with a certain transmission Comm stations in the System picked up shortly after the body was ejected. Investigation pieced together that the transmission was sent moments after the body determined as Lord Alfred was ejected.

Would you care to hear this message?" Peorth looked hard at the Deatharon delegation.

Marius responds without hesistantion, "Very well bring us this message you intercepted from our Marine Command Cruiser. If you could bring Prince Alfred back to the Imperial Republic of Deatharon it would be appreciated."

Peorth complies with a touch of a button.

Marius is in total denial how could the Emperor order the death of his own son and why would Lady Aluria the head of the Imperial Intelligence Core be in on it? The fact the Adrimal Isis did this surpised Marius the most Prince Alfred had trusted her the most in his Coup how could she betray him so easily?

The Ogre Guards look at each other and the leader saids, "Why would they do this to a boss?"


OOC: The Ogre Guards are not to bright and limit everyone in a higher station as a boss.

Toguro nods " As i thought. Seems your emperor is the warmonger and killer not us."

Marius replies, "This recording for all we know could be fabricated to make us seem like the monsters of this situation and as such will not be recognized by the Imperial Republic of Deatharon."

The Guards follow go back into military discipline and act like the recording never happened.


OOC: He can not afford to denouce the Emperor for fear of his own position.

" Then i must assume that Deatharon plots agianst Neo Zeta. Your blind faith is leaving us with very few options here for peace."

Peorth just sighs. "Is it the Deatharon intention to conduct matters that go against the Treaty of Snygasst? If the leadership continues to act in such a continued and destabilized manner, then measures can be undertaken to remove those in power that we have MORE than a chance to redeem themselves.

..and this time we wouldn't act alone.

If this result is expected to be avoided, know this now. The two parties involved here, 'will', not if.. 'will' renounce any cliam of intent of war here and now, the representatives of both nations are hereby expected to have the same word of power as their very own leaders.

That means both sides are expected to conduct themselves, and their affairs, that have one goal. The end of talk of war. If the Deatharons wish it, Alfred can be revived and returned.

...after they admit this crime. Their internal affairs have NO bearing on the Zetans, and this will be acknowledged 'now'. This also means allied attachements by the GE and Repulic will follow this guideline and offer no assistance to either nation, as there is no cause for war.

There is no loopholes. We expect as the neutral delegation, to expect both sides to maintain the same line. We don't expect either nation to trust each other, or even like each other.

But be damned by all we allow it to go any farther than that." Peorth then waits..

Toguro shakes his head. " If Deatharon were to aid their Republic allies and went to war with the GE by GE law we would have to go to war with them if commanded by the current GE leader. At the very least help fund the war agianst them. However if thats a big IF i doubt the Republic wishs to attack the GE"

Marius was in a pickle he suddenly had to act like he had the authority of the Emperor behind him. Marius takes a sighs and states, "If the GE attacks the Republic. The Imperial Republic of Deatharon would have to fight agaisnt them and if Neo Zeta helped we would have to fight them. That is Republic law."

Bryce was quick to add, "However, The Republic has no hostile intentions towards the GE at this time."

" This is good. The GE at the moment has the same feeling towrd the Republic. Besides any war with the Republic would have to be voted on by the members of the GE. And as of now no such bill is up nore would Neo Zeta vote for it."

"Then all is well." Looking arround, he then adds, "If we are done here-"

Marius replies, "Since no one offically wants war is this meeting over?"

Peorth nods, then taps a few keypads. A series of holoscreens pops up in front of everyone. "What you see is the same. It is the proceeds of this meeting in text, prepared in a format used in our dilomatic programs that prepares the document in an official format.

No party wishes war, all understandings are recorded for future posterity.

Save one." Peoth sighs and then leans on the table before adding.. "The previous transmission declaring our status between both nations is unchanged. Though we do not proscribe to alliance to either The Galactic Empire or The Republic alliances, we still are considered allied to both Deatharon and Neo Zeta.

This presents an interesting quandry for us. If either is forced into a war, we must aid them, except against each other. However if the GE and Republic ever go to war, then we must take larger measures to the same effect that we promissed.

..if we must, if the GE and Republic drag each other into a war, then we will consider such a forced war upon both nations without their consent, and will take all steps to halt that fighting at all costs. As such, know that with the diplomatic avenues we have extended to the Humankind Abh, and will intend more the same with The Federal Union, and possibly other major powers that we can contact and enter major agreements with, will end up having the intent of this to conduct battles that end wars swiftly if needed, or drag nations to more diplomatic functions such as this one.

Those that start wars, it will be understood, will be fought swiftly as much as possible by us and any allies, to end those wars with little gain to either side if need be.

...unless one side would fear us on another side if 'we' are attacked by any side, in which case we'd fight vicious and brutal to justify such a mistake upon us. Make no mistake however. I am authorzed to say such, and such, is part of the Treaty here and now, with no misunderstanding.

" But you must also understand. If you disrupt a GE war effort we will be forced along with the GE to fight a total war with you if ordered. Even if our Emperor Himself says not to.

For a 90% majority vote in the national council can overturn that. We take our alliences serouse however. And in the most part would ask you stay out of our wars if the GE ask us to attack someone that has attacked then we will.

The best thing we could suggest in the event of war between the GE or Republic is for you to stay out of it all to gather. We may have come to the table however we can not say for sure we will if there is a next time.

We do not want war however. We will honor our allience with the GE. Its a matter of honor you see. If we were to not attack a nation cuase another nation did not wish us to then what good is our word to the GE or to any allience?"

Marius adds, "Plus if Sensui is Emperor we will have a war anyway the gods know he wants every Deatharon dead. We would have to fight in self defense and even the Ascendancy could not stop that."

" Not right away. A small civil war would follow. Zeta Prime, Emperors world, Hoth,Doth and Ishbal wouldnt support him possibley a few others. However 92% of the armed forces would support him."

Marius replies, "How does that help are situation? The best we could do is arm the Rebels and loan them money to fight off there oppressor."

Peorth growls under her breath. "You both make it sound as if there will be war no matter what happens. And that you Toguro, make it sound like you know something is about to occur pretense.

Know this now. Our words stand. And we will break friendships if it means peace in the longrun.

And do not discount us because of our size. There's more than one way to conduct war swiftly to the ends we seek."

Peorth then sighs. "Are we ready to end these proceedings or not?"

Toguro smiles " look you maybe stroung but war with either the Republic or GE is not a good thing. Yes you may win but at a heavy cost. And if it makes you feel better we would ask the GE to assign us away from fighting with Deatharon do to obligations with this treaty.

As for if Sensui gains power well i need to speak with Peorth about that in privet soon. This comes from Lord Yusuke. Dont take this the wroung way Deatharon we would tell you too but we arnt sure we can trust you right now."

Marius replies, " The Feeling is mutal for both of you while the Ascendancy may be some of our closes allies the Imperial Republic hardly trusts you fully. As for Neo Zeta I can not say there was much trust there anyway. I however have no control on where I am position should war break out after all my nation is intergated with The Republic's military it not like a private can request where he is going to see action"

Peorth sighs again. "Then it is worth the price for peace. And seeking peace is the only victory we are after. Nothing more.

In any case, no one wants war. If you all are ready, please place a signature to make the document official."

Toguro signs " May peace reign"

Marius replies, "I would have to ask The Imperial Council's permission to sign this document."

Peorth looks at Marius, and then hits a button that calls up a Comm-HPG Center about three kilometers away. "Comm, setup a Priority One communications line with the Deatharon Emperor.

Lord Marius will be talking with him immediately."

Peorth then looks up at Marius. "Do hope he's around, or we will not leave until that permission is given." Peorth then waits as Comm-HPGs between Clan Home and Deatharon Prime is established.

A few moments later, the link is established, though if the Emperor is present is uncertain as yet.

The Emperor was on but he looked a little angry he was about to retire to bed when the Ascendancy sent the call for him. The Emperor Akarth Von Antheron answers, "What is so important that you need to disturb me just before I go to retire for the night."

Peorth just nonchalantly says.. "Just completing a comm-line to get permission for your delegate here, Lord Marius, to sign a Treaty that will prevent a useless war.

And being angry has not bearing here with us milord. Our forces will only stand down from defense posture of your realm when the Treaty here is signed." Peorth then looks at Marius. "So, care to get that permission with all due conduct?"

Peorth adds.. "I had another announcement ready to go when the Treaty was concluded."

The Emperor growls, "Marius sign the treaty so the Ascendancy will let me go to bed." Marius replies,"Yes my Emperor." He signs the treaty as commanded.

Peorth just shrugs and then hits a few more buttons after Marius signs the Treaty. "There, that didn't hurt did it?"

..a few seconds of processing alter, and the holoscreen in front of each delegate has a glowing officiate stamp of certification, as well as with an emblem of their national flag upon it.

The document then turns to a gold hue in color. Peorth then sighs. "Assuming honor of this document is held, then the Treaty of Clan Home is official." ..she then sighs and then puts.

"Which brings me to my next proposal.

...who here is willing to conduct an experiment of diplomatic proportions, spaining the intergalactic spans?"

Toguro smiles "Sounds intresting i am in."

Peorth then looks at the others with a very calm smile. "I think it's time we explored the possibility of a full fledged 'United Nations in space' concept. The number of conflicts we've seen in the past few years is disturbing, and we realize that us standing as a force to enforce peace is obtrusive at best.

..so I offer this to all nations present, and for you to spread this word.

Leave here, and for a month, consider among your nations if a major diplomatic Union of sorts can be viable, one that can have a central interstellar forum and floor, to conduct matters such as this one right here, to prevent wars by having a place to understand all issues out in the open.

It would be one that isn't the result of a massive interstellar war that killed billions, or destroys all worlds, but has the full respect and power already in place, to prevent such horrid circumstances from occuring, in so much as possible.

Nothing will be perfect, but this may be the one way to finally resolve all diplomatic issues out in the open, and avoid needless wars due to 'misunderstandings'." ..she finishes with a glance at Lord Marius.

"It is a place or entity like this, that can allow circumstances, that will avoid us needing to warn of the use of force to maintain peace, to drag others to the diplomatic table.

This will cut out that part, and be a truly neutral place, one built by all nations, maintained by all nations, on a site chosen by all nations. Not by us, and not by any other single nations here or not present.

But one 'all' nations build together, one of the stars, and ready to stand for peace and stability. One also a place to conduct 'any' kind of matter that affects any stellar nation, form humanitarian, to celestial, to the infinite events, such as.. well.. need I say.

So. I ask you all present, to return home, and come back in one month here, and then, we will begin talks on how to create an Intersellar United Nations, so to speak.

Toguro sits for a moment thinking it over " In Theory its possible. One problem would be Reprensenting major Alliences and Groups.

They have their own view points that are some times diffrent from member nations. Then were to house such a place. I am sure every major nation would bid for it.

But most importent would this Space UN have any real power? Or be nothing more then a stage for talk and nothing more like the old UN of earth. And their are many more problems that face such a thing.

But as i said it sounds intresting and Neo Zeta would be willing to help"

"Such an idea would need the backing of major alliances like The Republic and the GE and possiably the FTU to make it work. This UN of space would also need a military force that is willing to stop acts of atoricities with out hesitation unlike the historical U.N. of Earth." Said, Colonel Marius

Peorth sits down in her seat. "It wasn't said that it would be easy, and it would take all those disparate vectors and alliances to make it more than just a floor that talks loud.

We'd be more than willing to offer a great portion of our forces for the ability to conduct such matters at a whim, as long as such is both an interspatial-international force, and that all are given full authority to conduct such matters, 'knowing' what the consequences are.

..but this won't happen immediately. This is at the moment consideration to offer, nothing more. But also note that this idea is a truly neutral one, and would not be forced on anyone, or cause any force to join another alliance, or region.

This is as neutral an entity that can be made, for the scales of interspatial politics that exist today.

I ask only you all return home and discuss the possibility, and return here in a month's time. At that time, we'll form the basic framework of this ISUN, or whatever it is called.

Colonel Marius replies, " The Imperial Republic of Deatharon will look over your idea but we most likely will reject it at this time for we currently have plans to expand our territoral claims militarly and your plans will definetly hurt our goal."

"Although its feasibility is minimal, Kazecistan will look into it."

" Also funding would be a problem. However if you get the major military and economic powers then it leaves you two ways to get the rest to join. One offer incentives to get them to join. The other way is force them to join. Both have pros and cons."

Marius stands up and saids, "If we are done here I have to get back home it seems war has started in the Republic." He then signals to his Guards who begin heading for the Imperial Guardian Warships.
