"Greetings Lords of all nations, I am Emperor Offa, first Lord of Elskede, I come before your majesties with a proposition, but first- let me tell you of our history. following the sound thrashing of the former island Nation of Glemte Hage several years ago by a force of several Christian nations led by Guffingfordi a revolt broke out amongst the populace, we "the Administration", are proud to say, though years have passed we have finally won the revolt and now control all the former provinces of Glemte Hage. We teach a religion of Carnalcarving which teaches of salvation through the pleasures of the flesh.
Regardless of our history we must make clear that we are still young and devastated by the war, any promises of allegiance and aide would be much appreciated.

The declaration was recieved with mixed feelings from the heads of the Gnufasur government.

A meeting was called amongst the concerned Department Heads "Hmmm... Banrybc, fa cruimt keja dras yh ymmeyhla?" Said the Head of the State Department, Akane Tachibana.

The meeting was quickly adjured...
