Haxxoristan

At approximately 3:00 in the morning today, several major government offices in the capital of Haxxoristan, Haxxoristan City, were bombed and attacked by terrorist insurgents. These offices were the Municipal Law Enforcement Headquarters, the National Records Office, and the headquarters of the secret police. The terrorists struck by driving up to these buildings in trucks, jumping out and fighting their way in, resulting in bloody fighting near many of the buildings. The terrorists have as of now been supressed. However, one of the terrorists, who appeared to be the leader of the group that attacked the secret police headquarters, was Elvish and had a significant quality of various illegal drugs on his person, mainly large quantities of marijuana. Due to this, and the fact that he carried Knootian identification, we have come to the conclusion that individual Knootian citizens, although probably not the government, planned and carried out this treacherous, cowardly attack. The cooperation of the Knootian government in supressing the terrorists, who have also launched attacks elsewhere in Haxxoristan, would be much appreciated.
