With a war against Hataria happening, Communist Louisiana would like to try to boost the numbers of its armed forces. To do this, the Conservative Communist Party (CCP) of Communist Louisiana, with the support of Premier Daniel C. Dufour, has passed Amendment 77.

Amendment 77
Recruitment Centers shall be opened in major cities of nations who will allow them. If a nations citizen decides to join Communist Louisiana's Armed Forces, those people will be given papers to sign giving them temporary citizenship as a Communist Louisianaian citizen as long as they serve in the Armed Forces.

Temporary citizens will be payed a sum of 46,000.00 Louisianaian's (64,860.oo USD's) per year. The nations home governments may tax this amount if they wish to however they like. They will also recieve free medical benifits as long as they are serving armed forces. All meals and supplies will be solely provided by Communist Louisiana.

Once these citizens have served the term of duty they have signed up for they may either return home OR resign for extended duty OR serve one more year of duty and become naturalized CL citizens and immediate family will also be allowed to do so.

All nations allowing Recruitment Centers to be opened will be offered full embassy exchanges, possible trade deals, and better diplomatic relations. The CCP of CL will also pay the governments of the nations which these citizens are from 2,000.oo Louisianaians (2,820.oo USD's) per year for each troop.

Would you allow criminals to be volentold into signing up?

I will agree to the 1000 Mercenaries. Aircraft will be sent to your nation to have these citizens sign papers to gain temporary citizenship.

volentold?

Don't know what that means. But, if people have small records or have broken few laws would like to join, they will be allowed. Major criminals will not be allowed and any soliders who break laws while being a CL citizen may face prison time and Devils Island off the coast of French Guiana OR at Angola National Prison in Louisiana in Communist Louisiana.

We would like to get a recruitment center. Also we have a number of candidates the are 'very eager' to sign up immediatly.

ooc: Volentold is when you volenteer but don't really want to, ie: have to do a shitty job or your boss will order you to do it anyways and it will be a blackmark on your record. Or someone higher up needs someone to do something so your boss volenteers you.

We would prefer people who are not forced. We fill that if someone is forced, they will not give 100% to the job that is at hand.

They are not forced, but rather strongly encouraged as criminals tend to lose certain rights. Also all of those that wish to join in the first wave are all willing to join.

Theao, I am sorry but we are not allowing you to take part in the program. We feel that you care more about money than the people. We also don't want large numbers of convicted felons to have to tend to.
Theao

Frankly we are not interested in the money, we are more interested in ensuring those who are considered mid-level criminals, have a chance to be broken out of the cycle of crime that they tend to be caught in, preferably not at the tax-payers expense. We do not want the money.

They are willing volunteers, and they are eager for battle.

Official Republican Statement

The Republic of Skinny87 will allow Recruitment Centres to be opened in all major cities within the borders of the Republic and her colonies. Uor best estimates put the number of volunteers for service in your military at around 15,000, especially within Dowland City itself, the capital of the Republic.

The President also wishes to know whether you require any military equipment or 'Military Special Forces Operatives' to be supplied to your nations military. Many supplies of slightly outdated or surplus equipment can be supplied; the 'Operatives' would be ex-members of the Republican Special Operative supplied with new names and false passports, along with appropriate equipment.

Please reply if such equipment and/or personnel is required.
