It had been two hour after the Snow Leopard reported Alfreds murder by Neo Zeta agents. The Imperial Council was enraged that a member of the Imperial family had been killed. The Imperial Council had a meeting after a long speech by the Emperor to the people at large. The meeting was about declareing war on the Empire of Neo Zeta. The Neo Zeta Fleet in the Deatharon fleet was ordered to leave on the pain of death. The situation had gotten out of hand.

Inside the Imperial Palace..............

The Emperor Akarth Von Antheron states to the councilors. "My fellow Deatharons. Neo Zeta has slandered us for the last time. They murdered our civilians and killed our Prince my son. If this were the Empire I would have declared war in a minute but I ask you the Council as one father to another to wage a holy war agaisnt the Zetan menace that has infested the intergalactic community."

Neo Zetas spy network watched these events ready to strike if they do make a foolish choice to go to war. The Black Ops of Neo Zeta knew they did not kill Alfred. But Deatharon may not understand Neo Zeta dosnt show the same mercy as the Gaians.

The Imperial Republic refused to vote untill The Republic had given word of help disaponting the Emperor but not the common folk who wanted to avoid a war with Neo Zeta unless absolultley necessary.

The spys in Deatharon were glad to hear there was no war yet. But they had gotten word of possible aid from the GE and that they thought may have been what has stoped the war for now.

The Marine Starcommand and the Imperial Marine Core mobelized to defend Deatharon while the Imperial Republic waited for allied response.

The Fleet in Deatharon Cloaks and folds out of the system trying to show good will.

Meanwhile Neo Zetas Space forces and ground forces mobilze as dose Blue Cosmos. all Defence systems are brought online.

The Imperial Council orders all Military forces to fire on any ship soldier or outsider who fires first. The Entire Military arms defenses shields go up the Imperial Republic is fully ready for an invasion.

Neo Zeta High Command Ordered Ships to fire on any ship that is hostile. Ships however are to stay in Neo Zeta terrtory.

Neo Zeta announced Reman Warbirds will be Allowed to use Thealaron radation that can whipe out a planet in mintues if any WMD is used on them.

Meanwhile the Gaians after learning of events occuring between both sides of the allied fence, with the Gaians squarely in the middle, the Holy council ordered the full mobilization of Gaian military assets. CAG-SDLF Command Bases all over the Ascendancy Sphere were upped to Code Red-three status, and gave local commanders, command-control options to do as they saw fit, to the following orders..

:: ~ We cannot be certain that diplomatic talks will ally to reasonable heads, and that this may result in a conflict that will hit us to the core of everything we've built up over these many decades.

Therefore, it is ordered by ilCommand, and even in the absence of his Excellency, that all forces are to use all assets, if talks fail, to attack both sides with full Ionic weaponry. Even the Deatharon's with Upgrades, will still be vunerable since we know our own weaknesses. However this latter is to be conducted in such a way to not give another outside nation the needs to fell our own forces later on.

However do note, that not matter what else, and even if we make horrid enemies of both the Deatharon and Zetan nations, that we 'must' stop all attempts at battle by either side, and drag them back to the diplomacy table with full tractors on if needed. We WILL ensure a lasting peace, even if our nation bleeds to death as a consequence.

Our epitath will be 'we ensured the path to peace', if nothing else, and this is the goal of any operational orders that ensure. Be assured we are doing ALL we can to prevent this. As such, operational tactics are following:

~ Full Ionic and sensor blinding weaponry.
~ blockades of both national Homeworlds and prevent 'any' supplies from getting through.
~ Asking for allied help to blockade both sides until conflict is ended.
~ Holding of any captured military personnel of either side in internment camps until after war is ended, one way or the other.
~ making both leaders look each other in the eye, even in the middle of battle, by 'any' commander that has that the oppritunity to conduct such a matter. Even if it means having our forces humiliate both nations Home Guards to do it.

We MUST prevent the loss of life that will ensure, and we must do this to prove to our Excellency of his faith in us. This is the core reason why his Guardianship exists. THIS IS WHY WE EXIST AT ALL!

As a consequence, hundreds of Battle Fleets, and hundreds of Regiments and Clusters were put on instant war footing.

Everything the Ascendancy stood for came to a head upon this one moment, and the Gaians were NOT going to fail!

The Imperial Republic wondered how the Gaians planned to end this yet to be declared war. The Imperial Republic was told not to attack unlessed attack first this the Imperial Republic of Deatharon would do untill the Imperial Senate of The Republic had voted on what to do.

We have been accused of a crime we did commite.And we will not be the aggressor. However like any nation even your selfs we will defend our selfs if attacked. We even removed our fleet in Deatharon. We do not wish for war but will take all steps to have ourselfs ready if it comes.

The Fleets of Neo Zeta had taken up defencive not offensive formations and postions. Their goals were trade routs, Planets, Space Citys, Bases ect ect...

Blue Cosmos Fleets were the same. Not one offensive move was taken.

Some in Neo Zeta would like to fight the Deatharons for their attempt to soil Neo Zetas good name. However not if it ment loseing the gaians as a ally.

Lady Seto came back a day later with..

~ :: By the Goddess, we cannot know what has occured to allow THIS to have transpired between two of our 'very' closest allies. But no matter what else has occured, we MUST demand the following to avert a foolish act.

The Neo Zetan forces will stay in their own territory and not react to any external event upon their nation. Any that does is violating the alliance between our two nations, and will have war by the Gaians upon them. The advice we ironclad expect the Zetans to obey, is to listen to reason, and stand down!. If any Zetan forces attack, we will more than likely imterpret this as a Blue Cosmos act, and will wage unholy Jihad upon them specificly. Trust us, we have more than enough source information to deter such forces, and determine between native Zetan and Blue Cosmos.

That means you Albedo and Sensui. Do not test us.

The Deatharon forces will likewise stand down, and by the terms of the Treaty of Snygasst, your defensive means will be wholly taken up by Gaian forces in the area, as agreed previously, such that any attack on Deatharon assets is an attack upon Gaian assets, and will be interpreted as war against the Gaian Ascendancy. Deatharon forces will defend theor people alone, and we will be the defense of Deatharon enwhole.

As such, it is wise for both sides to realize the following. We have alliances with both sides. We will not aid either side against the other, but if both sides enter war with each other, that will essentially mean both sides will gain the Gaians as an enemy, and will gain NO benefits likewise.

We are not kidding, and despite our personal situation of this nation, we are committed to prevent a needless war. NO reason is good enough for any war, such that we ourselves are far too aware of. Know that we not only know it, we are criminal of our own regard, and see this as a chance at redemption as a consequence.

We cannot budge from this stance, and it's expected that both sides take this chance to take the civil way out and discuss it all at the full and frontal faces at the diplomacy table.

And by the Goddess we swear, if we have to drag you both to get peace done, so be it. Please do NOT make us do this. We honestly would rather not.

We do not need to see allies become enemies. Since you both are our allies, you are actually allied to each other. Do please consider this with your next messages and actions, 'please' by the Goddess 'please'.

We understand and will not attack. But we will say agian any fleet that enters our space and attacks us will fought gaian approvel or not. We did not deny you to not defend agianst the Dominion attack and if we are attacked in our space we will counter it.

However we will stay in our space and not count attack unless it seems the other side wants full war with you as well. As for this being a Blue Cosmos trick. That can not be. All Blue Cosmos ships are acounted for and they have had nothing to do with the current events. Our ships Weapon systems will be put on stand by. But be warend Gaians if our planet is hit by a WMD we will unleash unholy hell on whoever used it that is our right as a Empire and as a People.

Neo Zeta Ships Weapon systems went to standby mode.

The Imperial Republic of Deatharon can not stand down unless an order is given by the Mathew Kellerman Imperator of the Republic or by the Imperial Senate. The Imperial Council and the Emperor have no control of events now.

The Empire of Soviet leaders
has put all ships and armed forces on full alert it was voted 290/0 in the senate and the fleets are to stay out of it as of yet and fills that it will most likely enter on the side of Deatharon becaues of this act of terror that has happen ot the Imperial Famliy we are all saden by the death and the lost and we will stay out of the war

:: ~ Then find find him, as this matter is strictly dictated by the terms of the Treaty of Snygasst, and that any attack by any Deatharon force will be determined as a violation of the Treaty, and will be put down with full force of Gaian means.

..as you know what we mean, also know that our measures are more advanced since the war, and that the ones we gave you are at least a step below our own standards, until trust is fully determined.

This is your chance to create that full trust. Stand down. This is an alliance and Treaty stipulation and order.

The Gaians fully intended to stand down is both sides did so, and also conduct immediate talks to find out what the hell caused this.

To stand down somemore long range missles and Beam cannons including the secreat Proto Omega went offline but able to be restarted fast.

Any and all attacks on Deatharon military forces or civilian targets will be seen as an act of war against the Republic. We ask that all nations involved, especially Deatharon who is in violation of Republic law, remain neutral at the moment until an official response can be decided by the Imperial Senate of the Republic tomorrow afternoon.

The Imperator of The Republic has given his order all Deatharon forces will stand down and allow Gaian forces to defend the Imperial Republic.

As of now all Neo Zeta ships are going to yellow alert weapon systems will be offline and they will ressume normal patrols and baseing. Shields will either be on or on stand by. Defence stations will be on code three alert and not one. Emperor Jayce is already on the Gaian Homeworld so we would assume the meeting will take place there.

Black ops tho stayed on code one alert to make sure they knew what Deatharon was doing and who framed them and why.

The Empire of Kazecistan has issued a plea for all nations involved to stand down.

We are glad this did not come to war and are now having fun in the streets :) :) :) :)
