It is the opinion of the Imperial Government, under the enlightened guidance of his most glorious majesty Emperor Antonius the Magnificent, that Generia enter a period of formal negotiations with the nation of Samtonia, whom we feel is a nation of similar policy and economic interest. Therefore, the Imperial government extends offer to host a diplomatic conference with representatives of the Samtonian government that formal agreements may be reached in the areas of economic, diplomatic, and military matters.
The Empire has decreed that the conference will occur three days from today, in Generia City. We of the Imperial government are optimistic about the future of this conference, and are certain discussions will prove fruitfull.
