Addressed to: Interested Military and Governmental Representives around the world
From: Sales Board, Omzian Military Aerospace Corporation; Facility for Restoration and Refurbishment of Aircraft (FARRAI), Omzian Air Force

The Omzian Air Force and OMASC is proud to announce the intention to initate an auction for a fleet of used and refabricated aircraft, as upon various reviews and the recent troubles in FARRAI facilities, the Omzian government has decided to authorize the Omzian Air Force to process surplus, refurbished aircraft through auction sales. It has been determined that, despite all the risks, this measure can allow the Omzian Air Force to save up to hundreds of millions of dollars in the long term, while coping with the closing down of some of the existing FARRAI facilities and the expansion of the other facilities.

Thus, it has been determined that a total of 720 F-125A Rapier interceptor aircraft would be auctioned from the Omzian Air Force, in a package which includes the refurbished aircraft themselves, and maintenance equipment for a service life of "more than 10 years". Information for these fighters can be found here (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=6058363&postcount=619). The first generation of the F-125 Rapier family, though these relatively aged aircraft are already phased out completely from the Omzian Forces and replaced by the F-125C and F-125E, they nevertheless would prove themselves as a dangerous foe that is capable of supersonic flight and different air-to-air combat roles, being both a missile-wielding interceptor and a front-line air superiority fighter aircraft. In the case of the auction, these aircraft are all repaired and renovated to meet the standards of many foreign customers.

Though it is evident that this is an auction, there are still nevertheless a few different rules. One of the first rules is that the customer must announce their purpose for purchasing the aircraft, and a reason to show thet they are financially, militarily, and politically capable for maintaining the aircraft within their /own/ military service. Further, they must pledge that they will not reverse engineer any parts of the aircraft, or the aircraft itself, for whatever purpose it might be.

Once this is completed, the nation may make the bid***, which must be above the minimum bid level. A nation may bid* up to three times, though not in a consecutive sequence. Other nations may follow up with bids that are greater in financial value, though the difference must be greater than a minimum of $10 billion dollars; and once a bid passes the one trillion mark, the minimum changes to $100 billion. Further, a nation must be willing to bid for the whole package itself, instead of a smaller batch of aircraft. There is no maximum bid, so multi-trillion bids are possible and will be accepted with gratitude.

Once the bidding process is finished*, the winning nation* will be announced publicly. Following the process, they must wire the sum of finances immediately within a month-long timeframe. If they are unable to wire that sum of money, they can wire the sum of finances in up to 200 batches in a maximum period of ten years, though a $30 billion deposit** must be wired in order to ensure that the rest of the finances are wired. Once the entire sum of money, or once the deposit plus the first batch is received, we will immediately begin the delivery process, which should take less than one year NS.

Let the bidding process begin!
