With the development of the Holy Empire's first ever line of weaponry, we feel it is not needed to own weaponry previously purchased from our suppliers. So with this we are selling off our stockpile of AR-22 Assault Rifles, M-101 Shotguns, NTW-20 Sniper Rifles, M-134 Miniguns and Phoenix "Desert Fox's".

We will also be selling off our rather large Tank inventory. This includes the T-1 Scorpion Tank's, TR-01 Velociraptor Unmanned Tank's, TR-02 Sabertooth Unmanned Tank's, TR-03 Tyrannosaur Unmanned Tank's, Admiral A-1 Mark 1's, T-80's, T-90's and T-95's.

In addition to this, we are selling off all of our Mobile Army Surgical Hospital vehicles. They include the LAV Ambulances, Armored Medical Treatment Vehicles and Armored Medical Evacuation Vehicles.

Our airforce has also gone through a major overhaul. This means that all our old aircraft MUST GO! This includes the FU-29K Scorpion's, F/B-4 Phantom III's, F/A-117x Nighthawk's, AH-64 Apache's, RAF-66 Comanche's, UH-60L Blackhawk's, U-2's, A/H-200 Sea Lion's, MH/UH-1A1 Super Huey's, C-1 Contrans STT's, C-13 Jackrabbit's and KC-135R Stratotanker's

The Democratic Colonies is extremely impressed by the low prices offered, although we are also somewhat curious about the reasons behind this arms sale to the international community.

Assuming that the goods for sale are in a reasonable state, requiring nothing more than minor repairs or normal maintenence before being placed in active military or government service, the Democratic Colonies has an order that it would like to place.

This is entirely acceptable. These newly purchased AR-22 Rifles, once modified to AR-22 Democratic Colonies Enhanced Revision (DCER) specifications, will be issued to active duty soldiers, sailors, marines and airmen immediately.

As well, the minor cosmetic damages that the TR-01 Tanks have suffered do not cause any amount of concern for us, as such minor issues can be easily dealt with. The Democratic Colonies appriciates your honesty regarding this matter.

The Holy Empire is getting rid of our old weaponry because we have very little use for it now. The only people who will be using this weaponry is our Marine Corps "Black Ops" Special Forces. We have done background check on all nations that have bought from us, and have compiled a "Do-Not-Sell" list and making sure we don't sell to any nations on said list.

This is also not a matter of the United Nations so it is not to be brought before your Regional UN Deligate. As a UN Deligate myself, what i am doing is not against International Law, so i am free to do this if i wish.

Appearently, the nation of Skyras believes he can openly dictate the policy of the nation of Shazbotdom. This is a blatant infringement of sovreignty and thus, is considered a human rights abuse under The Supreme Mir (Peace in Russian) Initiative. Thus, military might can be used to disrupt and destroy the abusive Skyras administration if they refuse to back down and cease these abuses.

On a different note, the nation of Skyras is under scrutiny from other Supreme Mir Iniative members for possible more serious human rights abuses and impeaching of freedom wanters, protestors, and our comrades. I strongly suggest the rouge nation of Skyras take a good, long, hard look at its foreign policy and remove the clause that says no other nation has sovreignty.
