Roman Emperor Antonius vowed he would reclaim the original lands of Rome.
He sent the Roman armies north to France but he would not stop there.
He sent the 5th and 6th fleets to blockade both of the French coasts.

Meantime, Commander Greco of the Roman Air Force sent the entire might of the Roman Air Force to beat the french into submission.

City after city came under bombardment as civilians and soldiers alike were targeted for death and destruction.

Antonius wanted nothing less than total surrender.

The 5th and 14th armored divisions sped through the French country side blowing up everything in their path as the infantry set fire to everything in their path.

Antonios was in the command vehicle approaching the Italian french border.

He poked a finger at the map: Who is this?

General Wizegoff: That would be the swiss. A small independent nation controlled by no one. Fierce fighters who value their independence.

Antonius: They are in my way. Send them a message:

Submit to Rome at once or face the annhilation of all your people.

Within 30 minutes, the 17th Roman Air command began dropping bombs over switzerland for no reason at all. The attack lasted an hour as death and hell rained from the skies on to the alps.

In the end a message was dropped in Bern demanding total Swiss submission to Rome or the entire swiss race would be exterminated.

Police Commander Guiseppe slapped Pope Gregory Sevantes a 5th time.

"Declare total loyalty to Emperor Antonius at once or prepare to die."

Pope Gregory: "I serve no one but God."

Guiseppe:"Very well. We have ways of changing people's minds. Bring them in."

Two Gestapo agents dragged in 3 people, a child of about 12, an 82 year old woman, and farmer. He looked at them with an evil smile.

"Your holiness, if you value the well being of your followers, you will swear submission to his majesty and tell all of your followers to do the same."

"I cannot do that. Though you will destroy the body you can do nothing to souls."

"You fucking fool." Guiseppe spat in the Pope's face then smacked him in the head with the butt of the AK 47 knocking him to the ground.

He turned to the guards. "Chain up his holiness. Then proceed with their torture. He can watch. That should make him come around."

He groped the 12 year girl. "You may have this one to do as you please with".

He gave the Roman salute "Long live Antonius."
The Guards returned the salute, raising the fist to chest level the bringing it out in a high arc in a similar pattern to the salute of the third Reich.

The guards were very happy. They chained the Pope to the wall after beating the crap out him.

They then laid the farmer and old lady out on racks in preparation to stretch them into submitting to Rome.

Before strapping the young girl in they beat her then tore off her clothes having their way with her.
The commander of the guard was a sadistic son of a bitch, deriving perverse sexual pleasure from torturing people. Now he was relishing sticking red hot iron rods against the young girls exposed flesh. It was his turn, he had allowed his subordinates their fill. When he was done, the torture did not end, he had her tossed into a tub filled with black poisonous scorpions which stung her into unconsciousness only to be brought back with antitoxin for the next phase of the torture.

The Roman Infantry crossed into France moving through the mountains toward the cities of Grenoble and Chambery without opposition.

In the north 100,000 troops were marching across French mountains toward the swiss city of Geneva.

Southward, the 100,000 troops the 5th Roman Army had no problem taking the French border towns. The fact that Monaco was seperate from France made no difference to Antonios Ceasar. It took only 3 hours to secure the city and declare part of the Roman province of Gaul.
Nice and Cannes both fell to the Roman onslaught. The 5th Roman Army continued its vicious march toward Marsielle.

The 1st Roman Armored bypassed Chambery to attack Lyon directly.

Back in Italy, 50,000 mechanized infantry began moving north out of Milan toward what was left of Switzerland.

The 1st Roman armored rolled in to Chamberry today as the 1st Airborne seized control of Paris.
Marsseille fell without much of fight, to Roman forces. The Consolodation of France into the Empire has begun.

In Geneva:

"Please, we are a city of peace." begged the city's mayor.

"Peace smeace." responded General Hadrian sarcastically. He was here to do a job, bring switzerland into the empire.

"Seize the women, lock the men and the children inside the churches and cathedrals, then burn the whole thing to the ground." he commanded.

"I beg you, don.t...." the mayor was seized by two Roman centurians who dragged him into the city hall and locked him in with about 300 others before setting fire to the building.
The swiss women would make excellent slaves for the people back home in Rome.
The 13 battalion had reached the German/Swiss frontier without opposition. They stopped right at the borders. Their orders were to subdue the swiss, not the Germans.

The 10th Battalion, stood at the border to Liechtenstein. They had reached the eastern border, orders completed.
In the background smoke rose from a burning village.
