The station (http://www.3drt.com/3dm/sp-stations/sp-06-01.jpg)

Systems

POWER: This station is run entirely by solar power, thereby reducing its independence on external sources. The four main solar panel platforms are able to be independently angled to achieve maximum light intake. They are also capable of storing light energy for up to ten months of use in their energy storage systems.

LIFE SUPPORT: The life support system, due to its size, requires a fairly substantial amount of power. Approximately 4% of the solar power produced. The system has a main, and a backup unit. The main system will only be deactivated by direct command from the commander of the station, or by total destruction of the system. If this happens, the backup system will activate BEFORE the main system has been deactivated. The backup system can run for an unlimited period as long as solar energy is being supplied. It requires 3%, just as the main system does but this will increase after long periods of use. It is not meant to be a permanent system. This station’s life support systems are capable of supporting up to 10,000 humans. Alien life form capacities are unknown.

PROPULSION: The station features turreted Stabilization Propulsion Units to return the Station to proper heading if knocked from orbit. No long-range movement of the station is expected, and as such no long distance propulsion units are present on the station. The amount of power delegated to these units will be minimal, but as there are many placed around the station, there cannot be a defined number as many can be firing at once. If all the propulsion units, however, are firing at one time (which is unlikely), the expected energy percentage needed is 10%.

WEAPONS: As this is a primarily civilian-based station, few weapons systems are in place. Only 256 360-degree swivel turrets are on the station, at 128 turrets on the top and bottom decks. The turrets will have two laser ports that will fire particle-laser blasts in an alternating fashion with two sps. The turrets are not automated and will not respond to FoF (Friend or Foe) tags. All turrets must be manned if they are to be fired. Turret controls are simple: Twin joysticks control the independent rotation of each laser port, and a trigger on the back of each joystick will cause the laser to fire. Optionally, a turret controller can choose to link the lasers, which will delegate control to one joystick and both ports will turn and fire together.

The price for this station is 150,000,000,000 USD.

So, do I get a discount for writing the Weapons and Propulsions systems? :p

It seems to be a good design. Small, reasonalbly armed for its size. Nice pic. Not sure about the Solar only power though. I would think a main reactor with heavy solar backups maybe. Just an idea though.
check your TGs.
