OOC: I was wondering...what are the rules regarding terrorism...I wish to start a terrorism R.P. here where my country is the terrorist (or at least aiding and abetting terrorists) who have just struck the U.S.

ooc: you get a country to agree to be the victem, do your attack, and go from there, they have the cops/special forces/intelligence agents looking for terrorists, you keep terrorising and so on.
