OOC: In celebration of my countries revival, I am launching a space station, and making some major changes to fund it.

The Pacifist Council of Muktar has recently announced it will begin construction of an orbital scientific research facility. The council states they intend to use this to help promote peace and advance knowledge throughout the modern world.
"With all the fighting that has plagued the world lately, people need to know there is still a beacon of peace in the world." Muktari Councilman Jacob Veras also noted that other nations are welcome to assist in the development. "Any nation that chooses to assist in construction will gain full access to advances made in the facility."
Due to its pacifist principals, weapons are not allowed on the station during construction or after completion, and weapons research will not take place.
