I am the leader of an organization that has had several disputes with others regarding its business practices, but I will not circumvent the question of what I do. I am Papagori Illyanich Romanokovski and I am the eldest member of the Romanokovski family. We refused to participate in the growing narcotics rade in Siap when we first reached the shores (Before it was all decriminalized) and we instead focused our efforts on extortion. We mushroomed into a large Economic power, and some may recognize the names of the indusries we controlled (Siap Cola©, Pan-Siap Arms, Consolidated Uranium). This entryway into the corporate world allowed my family to make many political connections and we immensley enjoyed the profits and political connections that came from the conflicts Siap had entered into. Our biggest ally had always been the Siapian Intelligence Network (SIN), which due to the so-called "peace" we are enduring has been butchered into a shell of its former glory. During the wars, we were regarded as true patriots, but the times have changed as do the seasons and it is as they say, that idle hands are the devil's workshop. This peace has allowed several misguided politicians to stick their noses into our previous affiliates without providing any context of the time, and now that they are able to sleep at night without any threat they tell us that our methods were wrong. The Siapian parliament has a subcommittee established solely for harrasing us. So far they have been able to indict one of my sons for smuggling and tax evasion, for which he is scheduled to stand trial for in two weeks' time. They also have also frozen $500 million worth of our assets. The Siapian Internal Revenue Service is also prepared to seize Siap Cola©, which has long been vital for our money-laundering operations. According to my estimates (rather generous in favor of me), every week I stay in Siap, I will lose $50 million and every year I will lose another family member. All I ask is for a nation to accept me and my children, as well as a safe location for me to keep my remaining funds. I can offer a multitude of services, from smuggling to political favors (I still have a few friends remaining in the Siapian parliament). I beseech any nation able to accept me and my family to do so immediately.

You are welcome in the Dominion as long as you don't start fight with other mafias in our nation. There are three mafias in the Dominion but there were four of them at one time. The other three mafias took down that mafia. I will tell you about the other three mafias.

First there is the most powerful one in the Dominion, the Noble Dragon Mafia. They control the entire south of the Dominion and ran by a good friend of mine, Lord Bennet du Paris.

Second one is the Imperial Snake Mafia. They control the northeast part of the Dominion. Head Master Xin Bixia runs them; he is also the head master of the Imperial Snake's School. A martial arts school in Arad.

Lastly, there is the Star Mafia. They control the northwest part of the Dominion. Kristofer Whitehead runs them. A rich CEO that runs four big industries in the Dominion. (Excalibur Firearms, Black King Liquor, Kiwi Black Cola, and Outlaw Autos)

See the Dominion is a mafia friendly nation as long as you pay us some money or something.
