Non-Friendly/Non-Conversive Nation
Nations with little or no contact with the Pacitalian government or have, in the past but not necessarily at present, harboured negative feelings against our nation, receive a 0% discount. Borneric Empire, Doomingsland, Guffingford...

Friendly/Conversive Nation
Nations with some contact with the Pacitalian government receive a 2% discount. Jenrak, Roach-Busters, Tocrowkia, Risban, Wirraway, Skinny87, The Parthians, The Fedral Union, Hiroshiko, Farmina...

Basic Allied Nation
Nations with an established embassy in Pacitalia and informal alliance (like through a multinational organisation) receive a 5% discount. The Evil Overlord, The Merchant Guilds, Eredron, Clan Smoke Jaguar, Pacific Northwesteria, Scandavian States, Taldaan, The Voltarum...

Strong Allied Nation
Nations with the qualifications of a basic ally and a separate, non-organisational alliance, trade agreement etc. receive an 8% discount. The Macabees, The Burnsian Desert, Automagfreek, Khaifah al Muslimeen, MassPwnage, Nikolaos the Great, The Island of Rose, Communist Brazil, Hallad, Tree Hugging Lesbians...

Top-Level Allied Nation
Nations with extensive contact and ties with the Pacitalian government and those that fit the qualifications of the Strong Allied Nation, but have been trusted for a long period of time, or have consistently sided with Pacitalia in times of international conflict and have never opposed the Pacitalian government in a non-diplomatic conflict receive a 10% discount. Sarzonia, Hamptonshire, Federal Republic of Canada, Euroslavia, Moepoeia, Omzian Democratic Republic, Isselmere-Nieland, Praetonia, Hogsweat, Yafor 2...

Special Discounts
Can be added to a normal discount, i.e. a basic ally needing weaponry for peacekeeping will receive a 5%+5% discount, or 10% total

Peacekeeping Discount
Nations needing the weaponry or ammunition for a peacekeeping mission receive an automatic 5% discount. They must, however, sign a written agreement with both the Government of Pacitalia and Pomentane Ballistics CFGP, stating the weaponry will be solely used for that purpose, and not to wage war against Pacitalia, or another country.

Emergency Defence Discount
Nations needing the weaponry or ammunition to defend themselves against attack from another nation receive an automatic 3% discount. They must, however, be an ally of Pacitalia.

Testing / Field Evaluation Discount
Nations wishing to test or evaluate in-field our weaponry or ammunition receive an automatic 1.5% discount. The weaponry/ammunition must be kept for 30 days minimum; if returned before then, they must reimburse Pomentane Ballistics, including the discount.

Clandestine Discount
National government-run clandestine agencies buying a certain weapon in a quantity of 1,000 or more receive an automatic 2% discount.

An ignore from someone I never play with... Estimated loss in pleasure playing NationStates: none. In fact, this just made my day!

If you recall, the Blue Cobras placed an order for testing and evaluation of the F-53w 6.76 mm 40 round miniature submachine gun since our own Incorporated Ordnance Company does not currently carry such weaponry. After extensive field tests, we found the weapon to be reliable, with adequate penetration power, though noisier than we would prefer for our task as a special forces organisation.

However, we have determined that if the weapon is used primarily to counter a surprise counter attack, it is more than a capable weapon for our use. We therefore would like to place an order for an additional 10,000 of these fine weapons. The money shall be wired to you upon confirmation of this order. Should you require research and development funding to place additional silencing equipment on the F-53w, we would be willing to forego our 10 percent discount. If that is not necessary, the sum of $7.2 million will be wired to you.
