Diplomatic catergories.

Tier 1: Our country likes and respects your country. we will maintain a open dialogue with your nation and will be open for potential allainces trade agreements.

Tier 2: our nation has a neutral Stance with your nation. possibly due to it not knowing your nation very well e.t.c. that does not mean we dont like you however and most nations in this catergory if proven their worth will be moved to tier 1

Tier 3: our nation hates you. this is literally the threshold between diplomatic dialogue and us ignoring your nation and not recognizing your state.

Tier 4: At this point we will cut off all diplomatic channels with your nation and cease to recognise your state

Tier 5: We are at war now beatch

We need to set up the details of the Pacific Alliance between us and Lightning Star.

true right Kreynoria sorry about being away for so long mate :) obligations you know how it is....

anyways Ive got a few ideas...

The Pacific Treaty Organisation

Our alliance would get rid of any tarriffs and Allow free movement of our people to one member state to another.

secondly this could be a military pact were we can set up naval/ military bases in each member state. (If one member state gets invaded we all get involved)

Military base trading will begin as soon as the alliance is set up.

This alliance also would have an interest in preserving security and influence in the region. if one (hypothetically speaking) member state declares war on a non member state. the council will review the situation Immediatey and see if the war is justified....

if it is we will join in ( It doesnt have to be a direct conflict, your nation could offer support or an embargo against the offending nation)

If it isnt justified however we will review the attacking member states legitimacy in the Alliance. and will act accordingly (i.e. kicking member state up)

any more Pacific territory claims should be split amoung member states ( does not mean will) The main claimer getting most territory with each other member state entitled to another small share. And incase of victory against warring nation/ nations against the alliance we will divide territory evenly amoungst ourselves.

good to hear you guys reached a diplomatic solution. dont worry kreynoria we would have stepped in. i was just away from the computer for 4 days. personal stuff u know how it is..... :)

I'm interested in joining. I Tged you and Kreynoria about a possible alliance, but I didn't know you'd already set one up.
