Any sattelite passing over the north-east mountainous region of Red Tide would notice it. The large amount of weapons, isolated location, and secret roads made it obvious what it was... a black market area. It couldnt be the Red Tide Goverment or one of Red Tides Corporations, the weapons were mostly old soviet ones and the Red Tidean goverment and corporations did not use outdated weaponry. That left only one logical conclusion, the ruler of Red Tides black market, the Heart of Armaggeddon, to be running this market.
It was well fortified, surrounded by SA-2 and SA-6 SAMs, gaurd towers with heavy machine guns, Anti-Tank gun and AT-4 missile positions, and dug in T-64 tanks. A electric fence was at the mouth of the valley which was the only passable route by land to the market. These were not the only problems. It would be a diplomatic headache to get any strikes approved by the Red Tidean Goverment. Going in there without their permission was a good way to anger them.
Unnowbst to the goverments a message was sent out.
Top Secret Message to Terrorists, Insurgents, Arms Dealers, Rebels, and Guerrilas of the world from the HOA.
"We are opening a new 'disecreet' market. Print out a copy of this message, take a regular commercial flight to Red Tide, go to the GPS coordinates on this map. Show this message to the gaurds at the electric gate, they will let you in."

OOC:Anybody looking for weapons should come here. Any counter-terrorists may TRY to raid the market but keep in mind you will have the same headaches as mentioned ICly. Going in there with a large force is not a option, the Red Tide Goverment would not accept it. Going in with a large force that the Red Tide Goverment has not approved is a good way to get said force blow out of the sky.
