With the Nova Zeta war over Emperor Jayce and Yusuke finnely got word that the gaians had been trying to reach them for some time. half of the invasion fleet returned home while the rest stayed to patrol their new terrtory. Much needed to be done inculding bring in the former Nova Zeta Fleets into Neo Zetas. Jayce and Yusuke went aboard the Demon's Eye Jayces Flag ship to the Gaian homeworld. There a Message was sent.

This is the NZSF Demon's Eye under the command of Emperor Jayce. We have gotten word your leadership wishes to speak with our Emperor. We have come for these talks. And Emperor Jayce also wishes to say its damn good to be back in friendly terrtory.

The Marine Command Cruiser Snow Lepoard was carrying Prince Alfred into Zetan Space the fleet he commanded was the entire Snow Lepoard Pride Fleet. His orders came from the Emperor. He was to meet with Emperor Jayce to discuss about the whole Blue Cosmos willingness to send a fleet of Zetan ships to guard Deatharon.

OOC: Emperor Jayce is in Orbit of the Gaian Homeworld. Only thing you will find at Zeta Prime is defence stations. And 300,000 warships.

OOC: we entered Zetan territory not Zeta Prime.

IC: Alfred sat in his command chair and was watching his favorite holo story when The Marine Adrimal Isis Mussevni walks in and states, "The Intelligence Core has placed Emperor Jayce at the Gaian homeworld." Alfred replies, "Open a Wormhole now! and send the fleet through fast before the Zetans decide to investigate why we are here." The Adrimal bows and heads to the command brige.

A Massive wormhole opens up and the fleet jumps in to the Gaian Home System.

A officer walks up to Emperor Jayce and hands him a halo padd informing him of the Deatharon Fleets arivel.

" They bring so many ships i do not like this. Have the 22nd-29th Fleet Fold in"

With in three mintues the fleets folded in Weapons powered down but Shields up.

OOC: Usely the number for fleets can be higher can since they just came back from a war they have taken massive loses. Also Numbers depend on what their mission is and for guarding the Emperor the numbers tend to be up there

The Snow Leopard fleet has shields raised but weapons offline to show peaceful intent. The Marine Command Cruiser Snow Leopard hails the Zetan ships, " I am Prince Alfred of the Imperial Republic of Deatharon. I have been summoned to talk to your Emperor Jayce about a few situtiations within his own realm and our own."

OOC: The Prince and the Marines are still quite angry about the Zetan attack on Deatharon Prime. One thing you will find about them is they bear a Grudge

This is Emperor Jayce. I would be honored for you to join my talks with the Gaians. I am in the dark on most matters however i am sure i will soon find out

Jayce wondered what had happened while he was off fighting the war.

Prince Alfred heads to the transporter to beam to the Gaian World when Isis Mussevni cuts him off. "Sir, you can not trust the Zetans they are the very incaration of evil." Alfred laughs and replies, "I doubt they are that bad but truth be told the government may be willing to forgive and forgot but the gods know we won't." Adrimal Isis replies, "Watch your back Imperial Marine Commander." Alfred turns and salutes and walks to the transporter.

Emperor Jayce and Yusuke Beamed down to the Gaian Homeworld and was met by Sensui and Albedo.

" Hello Sensui"

Sensui Bowed " My Lord i am glad to see you un harmed from the war"

OOC: Yusuke and Jayce have no idea what has happened since the First Gaian Trade Conference.

Prince Alfred beams down with 10 Imperial Marines of the Death Guard. General Krell waits for them and salutes the Prince and saids, "My Lord how was your trial?" Prince Alfred Laughs and replies, "Did you honstely think the Emperor would allow those fools to convict me of treason?" Krell had a look of sadness.







OOC: The Death Guard are Elite Marines think of them as the best of the best when it comes to a race of beings genetically Engineered to fight for the Emperor.

When both fleets arrived, they were seeing a much different White Diamond System, and White Diamond/Sapphire than had been seen before. In orbit were still vessels from several nations, such as the Abh, the Planet Federation, EverQueen, The Federal Union, Krioval, amongst many others, in the midst of even 'heavier' space traffic than usual.

But they also could sense in the very air, the lack of a spirit that seemed snuffed out for some reason. Emperor Jayce and Lord Yusuke would learn the shocking reason rather quickly. The progenetor of the message would meet them shortly.

Meanwhile, all arriving fleets were asked to power down shields, since they had no reason to fear an attack, and that anyone attacking anything whatsoever had to deal with the far more beefed up defenses around the Capital Homeworld. The Dominion had taught the Gaian's weaknesses far too well, and they had been addressed since that brutal battle.

Upon the arrival of all parties, Lady Peorth, back from the Genesis Nova Zetan sector, greeted them in place of Lady Seto, who was still in talks with the Abh delegation. "Welcome to you all, please follow me." ..and the unusally cool reception starts a wlak towards the Conference chamber.

"Is it ready?" ..one Tech asked another. "Almost. Final sensor calibrations are due to come online in a few moments."

The first Tech nods, and then heads for the nearest comm-panel, and essentially 'dials up' the Science Advisory. When an obligatory voice comes back.. "The first attempt will begin in a few minutes. I thought it best to inform Lady Washu."

"You rang?" Washu suddenly says from behind the Tech, who in turn jerks his head between the panel and Washu. "WHO.. WHA.. BUT... EH.. HOW...?"

Washu just sighs. "All these decades and you still act like that. Let's just get it started already."

The Tech goes into annoyed mode, and slumps down and follows the Science Advisor behind her. "Comin.."

Prince Alfred orders Krell back to the confernece. The Guards surround Alfred as he heads to Emperor Jayce to get the answers the Imperial Republic wanted.

IC: jayce waited for the word to come that everyone was ready for the talks.

Sensui and Albedo waited aswell wanting to make sure they got their side of the story in.

Then, when it was determined that all parties were present, the party that enters the meeting area that the Zetan Emperor and his party were in (as well as anyone else attendant..)

...is where Lord Tsutsumi enters with Lord Keiichi Morisato and Lady Skuld. They nod to Lady Peorth when she enters, and it's immediately of note that the four are bleary eyed, more than they themselves realize.

Lord Tsutsumi then bows to the Zetan Emperor. "Forgive our tardiness, we have been... busier.. as of late. Welcome back to our Homeworld, and do know you are still welcome guests here.

We hope your war was prosecuted well with out assistance, and we hope the loss of life was limited as much as possible." ..Tsutsumi then nods. Meanwhile Lady Belldandy has attendants bring drinks for all present.

It was going to be a long discussion.

Emperor Jayce gives a slight bow back in respect.

" The war was much more bloody then i had hoped. However it could not be helped. The Military of Nova Zeta had no care for life. They even tryed to destroy their own homeworld when they saw it was lost. However thanks to the blood of many fine troops and crewmen we stoped it. However we have missed alot while i was gone. Where is my good friend Aleaic?"

Sensui smiled and said " He is in self imposed Exile

Prince Alfred had to fight off a laugh he hated the Gaians almost as much as Neo Zetans. He adds, "The Imperial Republic is wondering why Blue Cosmos is having quite of bit of control over your empire. They even have a fleet in Deatharon."

Albedo wisperd into Jayces ear catching him up on their side of the story.

Jayce then smiles " They are a large part of the goverment. They work in the intrest of the empire. And the fleet is there because your goverment asked them to be"

Prince Alfred replies, "The Imperial Republic's Emperor may have agreed to it but not the Imperial Council. I currently represent the Council's intrest and they want to know what Neo Zeta has to gain with a Warfleet in the Deatharon system?'

" To insure there is no coup attempts and stop any invasion. We dont want to have to deal with a 2nd war in your space. We are just trying to keep the peace. We have no intrest of controleing you or makeing you a puppet. Just keeping your country safe from those who would invade."

OOC: I think after your next post we sould wait for the Gaians.

Lord Tsutsumi and Lady Peorth listened to the cross queries Lord Albedo, and Lord Alfred were spouting at each other. Tsutsumi kept eyeing Emperor Jayce for any reaction, but felt it was time the Gaians story was told.

"You'll have to forgive my tone Emperor, but I think it's time the truth was told. It also has to do with 'why' Lord Aleaic left us."

In a long speech, the Gaian acting Lord First Throne began to espout the story that started at the end of the First Trade Conference, with the plea Lord Marius gave to Lady Belldandy and Lord Keiichi. Two months later, the Gaian-Deatharon War of Liberation began, one that was over after three weeks of heavy battle. This all occured during the Nova-Neo Zetan war, and the end of that wa was anything but clean.

During the war, the entity known as Blue Cosmos, acted upon it's own whims, to interfere with part of the Gaian operations that involved a Dominion battle Fleet that had offered a cease fire. A Blue Cosmos Reman Warbird attacked the Dominion Fleet after the cease fire was accepted, and would have consequences later for the Gaians.

At the very end of the war, after the Gaians fought down a mini-rebellion within ther own ranks using lethal force to wrangle them back into their own fold, Blue Cosmos again interferred by attacking Deatharon civilian sectors, after the Gaians accepted a cease-fire from the Deatharon Emperor. Both acts caused by Blue Cosmos, was incorrectly interpreted as Gaian acts, and led to first a Deatharon attempt to restart the war, that was narrowly averted by Aleaic's own warning to Lord Albedo to attack them if Blue Cosmos didn't back off.

But worse, second, was when a Dominion battlefleet assaulted the Gaian Homeworld System, and managed to launch an ADD weapon that caused the deaths of 250,000 plus citizen souls that had nothing to do with the war. The battle was a massive scar to both sides fleets as well, and only now the scars were beginning to heal. Much of the central continent of the Gaian Homeworld was still gray in areas where the ADD still had laden effect. The pictures of the site was shown to Lord Jayce and Lord Yusuke, and it still gave chills to the Gaians watching.

Many souls they knew were still being revived 'even now'.

After, the Gaians met the Humankind Abh, and talks of a treaty soon turned into peace treay talks as all parties arrived in wake of the Gaians for one reason or another. During the talks, Lord Albedo and Lord Sensui proved totally abhorrent to the ideals of the alliance the Gaians and Zetans supposedly stood by. Worse, Albedo went beyond insulting of many of the parties present. Yet somehow they were forced to sign the Treaty of Snygasst that finally ended the war for the Gaians.

However the Reconstruction and Upgrade of the Deatharon people, the very reason the Gaians invaded at 'all' in the first place, while successful in most aspects, was interfered with yet again when nearly a year after the end of the war, the Draconis Federation suddenly began to interfere, calling the Gaian occupation a facist type endeavor, and called for the Gaian withdraw from Deatharon space. However Blue Cosmos egged the situation on, by calling for a joint council to govern the realm during the occupation, but it was shown that Blue Cosmos was interested in only furthering their own gains. Blue Cosmos however was forced to stay on the sidelines as Gaian and Draconis Federation forces tried to outmaneuver each other during a blockade the Draconis Federation started.

That led to a coup attempt by Lord Alfred, one put down by native Deatharon forces, an act, in coupling with other events of recent note, shook the Lord Excellency to the core. Lord Aleaic declared his own self-imposed exile in a message that ordered Gaian forces to withdraw to within Gaian space and begin Isolation for at least six months. It also called an end to the Protectorate, based on the belief the Gaian occupation was forcing the Gaian identity onto the Imperial Republic.

However talks between Gaian and Deatharon leaders led to the Gaians being reinvited to stay and help protect the Deatharon Imperial Republic. The Gaians doubled their efforts to help expand and enrich the Deatharon nation, it's people, and give ever more nobility to the noble class of the near equal Deatharon citizen souls. They also began to help spread out the Deatharon people out some by beginning to expand their realm outside the eighteen systems they owned. Over three hundred was slated for expansion, and the first class stage of the Gaian Fold Drive was being used to help get them out of their need to use wormholes exclusively. (The Gaians were up to fouth stage class drives now.)

But more importantly, the Gaians still were conducting many diplomatic and humanitarian activities, all in the absence of their own leader, who was discovered to be residing on Earth, Sol System. The Gaians expected Aleaic to return sometime soon, but in his absence the spirit of the Gaian Way was waning. In fact, Gaian activity was down by 17%, and was starting to show some minor signs of lethargy.

What this really meant, was unclear to the Gaian lay person, as the isolation was still in effect.

But something underneath it all was uncertain.

What was uncertain was this.. "Blue Cosmos has proven itself to be an entity just as dangerous as the coup forces Lord Alfred here tried to use. As the acting representative of the Gaian Holy Council, I hereby condem Blue Cosmos as an entity dire to the stability and well being of all known civilized space, and call for it to be either removed, or controlled within an inch of it's existence.

Lord Albedo, you shame us all." ..Tsutsumi put both beyond openly, and with a rare hatred. (..another of the signs of the 'exile' coming out.)

Jayce and Yusuke do not say a word. They take a few mintues to speak to each other threw a mind link.

Meanwhile Albedo just laughs. " The empire whos leader cant take a little stress condem us? You are damn fools. You think the Dominion put togather that massive task force that attacked your home world in a few hours after we attacked their ships? They had it planned befor the war started.

And if your feelings are hurt that i insulted you" Albedo looks at Peorth " Then you are more then welcome to try and kill me."


Sensui smirks " And yes we killed a few none military people. So what its not like there arnt billions more. Whats one life? Blue Cosmos cant be dissolved. To do so would destroy the empire. We have the support of the council and the people."


Jayce sighs " You are no better then your brother but with twice the ego. You are right i cant dissolve Blue Cosmos but i can inform the people of your actions and once you lose their support i will be forced to replace you as head of Blue Cosmos. But as for the here and now i can do somthing. I here by strip you and Albedo of the titles of lords and any land,money and none blue cosmos postion you hold."

Albedo yells "You cant do that! WE are the true rules of Neo Zeta. You would bealive these these gaian scum and not us?!" Albedo draws his sword and looks at Peorth " Well then i will just have to kill them all starting with you"

Albedo starts to walk towrd her but Yusuke steps into his way his third eye open.

" I have been rather iching for a hand to hand fight for some time albedo and if you take one more step then i wont have to wait anymore."

Befor a fight could start tho Sensui made his choice

" Jayce i challange you to the Dark Succession."

Jayce eyed him back his eyes had never been more serrouse. " On what grounds?"

" Vengence for the death of my brother hiei. Even tho i cared not for him his death seems to now serve me as ground to fight you. The terms are simple as you know. If i beat you in a fight to the death i become Emperor."

Jayce nods " I accept your challange and in two months it will take place with people to witness it as the rules state. Also it is to be kept secreat and only high ranking people will be informed."

Yusuke smiles " I wish to fight Albedo there as well as a.....side atraction"

Sensui and Jayce nod.

Prince Alfred laughs this situation was just to much Zetans going to kill each other it was like a dream come true. The Guards tighten their positions around him in case anyone made a move on the prince.

Sensui being aware of Prince Alfred's joy in this made reveled a Terrible Truth ( yes one of the ones mentioned in the thread title) " If i win i will forge a allience with both the GE and The Dominion Allience then crush your little country Prince Alfred and then the Gaians. So if i was you i would pray for your little country will die if i win"

Jayce smirks " I can since your hate for us Prince Alfred but i do not harrbor any for you or your people. And in time maybe you can forgive me and my people maybe not. And sensui you have to beat me first and i dont see that happening."


OOC: And i dont know who i will have win yet. I am going to flip a coin or somthing XP.

After the announcements and strutting was conducted, Lady Peorth, expecting Yusuke to jump to her defense, then stands and offers.. "If it would do well, we can offer the proper and neutral site for the challenge, one that there will be 'no' subversive acts allowed.

However we ask that the Deatharon leadership also assist, as this has ramifications for them as well. And if the current Emperor wins, we claim three of their Reman Warbirds to then offer the Dominion Alliance as isorla to help prevent a future war.

While you think there should be nothing but war, we disagree. The Dominion still has the potential of being a powerful ally if steered in course with our respective courses of our nations, to a more amicable relationship.

Even if it was preplanned, the Gaians and Dominion still respect each other to enough a degree, that you certainly cannot relate, Lord Albedo. And as for this.." ..Peorth then rounds Yusuke to then pluck the sword from his grasp, with far more strength than he shuld expect, and comments as she heads back to her seat. "...you're too used to using the wrong kind of 'sword' as it is. She then 'glances' down below Albedo's chest, and comments.. "..puny.."

Tstsumi coughs to hide his laugh.

Prince Alfred laughs and responds, "To destroy Deatharon would require you to declare war on her allies as well, We can call upon The Republic and the Gaians to Crush you Sensui ." To Emperor Jayce Alfred just glares with hate.

Lord Tsutsumi glowers a bit back over at Lord Alfred. "Please refrain from calling upon the idea of war. There are more effective ways to deal with this all."

Albedo laughs " You will see in time my power"

Yusuke was more shocked then anything. And he had a confused look on his face.

Sensui laughs "thats why we would have the GE they would crush you. As for the Reman Warbirds fine. We are already in development for the next gen so any secreats lost will be fixed in the next gen. But what would i care if i am dead?"

Albedo and Sensui beam back to the Maha with out a word more it then cloaks and leaves for Neo Zeta.

Jacye takes a deep sigh for two ressions. One he isnt sure if he really can beat sensui and secound he knows that one of the partys in the room hates his guts for actions he had no controle over tho he feels he sould have.

Yusuke finnely turns to Peorth " Wroung kind of Sword? that sword has killed countless demons who wished to enter this diminsion and kill. I hardly see how it is the wroung kind...."

OOC: i will try to hold the Dark Succession in a few days between one and three days.

Peorth smirks and twirls a bit more 'seductively' than usual, and grazes a bit of her long, dark brown mane across Yusuke's left cheek. "There are 'other' swords you know." ..and then places Albedo's sword into Yusuke's hands, and then strokes his cheek before heading to look at a report Padd.

Lord Tsutsumi meanwhile sighs, and shakes his head. "We 'must' get them to be not so destabilizing. If not for their meddeling, so many things would not have happened of such ill repute."

Tsutsumi then looks at Emperor Juyce, and notes his demeanor. "Would you walk with me for a moment. My own mind needs clearing with an 'actual' leader."

Yusuke blushs a little " thank you. I was wondering if i would be allowed to stay here and train on this world untell the Dark Succession?"


Jayce nods and then looks at Lord Tsutsumi " Yes i think such a walk would do me good right now"

Tsutsumi nods, and takes Jayce down one of the lengthy cooridors. Peorth meanwhile smiles at Yusuke.. "I think we can manage that. If you don't mind my kind of fighting." ..and then she takes Yusuke's hand and take him down another coridoor.

Lord Alferd however isn't ignored, and Lady Belldandy comes up honestly and with no harsh tone in her voice. "Lord Alfred. If I honsetly can ask of you, why do you feel so much harted in your heart? I know you are a better person inside than this.

Every souls has a worthy spark that gives them honor and humanity, and I sense it within you."

Prince Alfred looks at Jayce and states, "You have three days to remove all Neo Zetan forces out of Deatharon territory. Failure to do so will be seen as an act of War." Prince Alfred turns to Belldandy and said's, "I hate anyone who stands in the way of the ressurection of the Empire of Deatharon." after that Prince Alfred walks out with his guards as they beam him back to Snow Leopard.

Yusuke smiles " Oh i dont think i will mind"

Jayce sighs " so much hate for my people. This is troubleing times for the empire. And i fear Sensui will destroy it"

Belldandy just shakes her head and whispers to herself. "There is more to life than just power." ..she then joins hands with Keiichi and they both head out a different coridoor.

Peorth indeed take Yusuke to an interesting place to train. Within five minutes they are in a private chamber, and Peorth makes good on Yusuke's request for special attention.

...with all of her special, tender... !!!WHACK!!! ..loving care at the end of a bo staff. "COME ON, BRING IT!!" ..she yells as she actually tries to swipe at Yusuke's head!!

Tsutsumi takes Jayce down a coridoor, filled with may kinds of artwork and holo readouts, eventually ending down a more tree branch laden path.

"I suspect you are in a mindframe that our own Excellency is in. Doubts creep into mind and one wonders if any path taken will not lead to pitfalls of more than just the mind.

But you know of our ways, even if they don't seem to match our words. If there's one thing that a populace respects about their leadership, is that the good ones always have their loyalty, and the bad ones never can attain such. Even all the scheming and planning cannot avoid this final result.

We are all citizens of greater events that we are prepared for."

The Entire Deatharon War Fleet leaves except Snow Leopard and two Esscort Destroyers.

Yusuke is taken by suprise as his head rings from being hit. "You wish to fight me? Very well" Yusuke charges at Peorth takeing good care to try and avoid being hit by her bo staff and kicks hight aiming for her stomic.

Jayce sighs " I am not worried about him staying in power long if he wins. But in the short time he could bring death to the empire. I have known him ever since we were young and fought in the civil war i sould have seen then that this would happen. But that is a long story you probley dont wish to hear it"

On Board the Snow Leopard...........

Prince Alfred went to meet with Adrimal Isis as he entered her command bridge she requests to meet him at his private quaters. He agrees his guards leave his room as she enters. She pulls out a force lance and blast Alfred in the head and shoots two shots to the chest. Prince Alfred was killed instantly. Adrimal Isis walks out with tears in her eyes.

The Snow leopard heads into a wormhole with the two escort cruisers. The Prince is dumped into the Gaian home system.

Peorth laughs and catches the leg with a deft side step. "Nice leg. But you're thinking too stright forward." ..and then spin pushes off the leg and swings her staff low to sweep his legs.

..while anticipating...

Tsutsumi anticipated something like this. "Oh, but the best way to learn from history, is to detail it out. Hide nothing, and all of the truth will help guide your path, using the mistakes of the old.

So explain as much as you wish, my ears have nothing better to do."

The body falls into the gravity well of White Diamond/Sapphire. From there is a firey plummet of which there would be no reaching the surface.

..except..................

Adrimal Isis contacts Lady Aluria via intergalactic communicator. "Prince Alfred has been elieminated as the Emperor ordered." Lady Aluria has a look of mixed emotion. She responds, "You have proven your loyality by killing the traitor. Pride Snow Leopard is forgiven for its sins agaisnt the Imperial Republic."

Yusuke falls but uses his hand to push him self up fast his third eye open agian. " Your right i am going about this the wroung way. Please come at me agian."


Jayce looks sad " It was during the first battle of Luna Base where we met. He was a elite swarn to protect the innocent. And he did. I was a infetry and i had been cornered in the base. He came out from a air duct. He used hand to hand combat he didnt kill them either. Just knocked them out. He had a code not to kill he felt all life was a gift. He was like your leader a idealist. And back then i bealived in him i followed him he was like a older brother.

After that we teamed on many missions. But then i became a commander and i ordered him to go to a enemy base. I knew what was there and i sould have known his idealist mind couldnt take what he would see. There he saw the enemys and humanist darkist side. The raped,killed childran and killed family members while the others watched. He walked into that room of the base his mind could not take it. The ideals he held that humans life was a gift was turned upside down. He killed everyone there. then he vanished and i didnt see him agian untell the Ishbal war. I appointed him head of Blue Cosmos. And the rest you know.

So you see its cuase of my actions he has become what he is and if he kills me then that is what sould happen i guess"

Tsutsumi shakes his head. "Are you saying you 'want' to die, and lose everything you've fought for?"

Peorth smirks back. "Oh, but it would be easy to comply, but sometimes you must test the patience of your opponent."

Tsutsumi adds.. "Do you think your true family, the ones you've fought to protect would want that?"

Peorth twirls her staff. "..you must 'not' let emotion cloud your judgement, or expect your foe to feel the same. You 'must' trust your own judgement, and not worry about your opponents."

A single droid retreival unit manages to 'catch' the flaming object from a high angle. It then shoots off for a genetic facility.

Peorth then flips her staff behind her.. "If you can clear your mind, then you can make your oppoent think too much. Albedo is nothing, if not a blowhard."

Tsutsumi then leads Jayce into a large arboretum, one that is made of a floor of carved branches and small platforms of whitestone. The view below of the city and landscape can be seen from this great height. The smells of flora and fauna are lavish.
