PNN Update:

Today on the Phalanix Lunar colony the four billionth citizen was born at 13:59 Lunar time in the Knighlty Memorial Hospital. The proud parents, Lt. Commander Alexander Draken and Jennifer Draken, currently have been surprised at this honor. Of all the hundreds of parents trying to have the four billionth child to the Shadow Realm they were the lucky ones. As it is now their child whom they've decided to name Michelle Echo Draken will have her life almsot entierly set up for her with the best collages and universities offering the family scolarships for their daughter.

OCC:It's not easy surviving two civil wars (one of them going nuclear), a 12 ns year long rebellion, and crushing all those n00bs that feel the need to get on my bad side. I did a damn good job and hell in only a month and nine days I'll have ben around 2 years here! So I'm gona make the best of this! And thank you all for the congradulations it means alot.
EDIT: Peaceful Evolution this isn't some lottery thing this is a tribute to how long nations seem to stay here. The fact that I joined up before I entered highschool and here I am almost half-way through the best 4 years of my life and still on NS fighting and winning. And actualy I have big plans for Michelle Draken. Besides this is the first time I have celebrated something like this.

Peaceful Evolution be careful do not cross Phalanix as they are a nation to be respected, what I am getting at is not to be so blunt it is one thing to remark or suggest, but you were overly blunt and harsh.

Elsburytonia congratulates Phalanix on reaching 4 Billion citizens.

We too have cause to celebrate as Elsburytonia has welcomed its 1 Billionth citizen, Jeffery Henry Menzies, born at 0835 this morning in the City of Hoppers in 'Our Kind and Beloved Emperor's Hospital'.

Several nappy companies have offered the proud parents, Patty and Robert, a lifetime supply of their product.

Jeffery is the couples sixth child.

The Emperor declaired today, "The Menzies are a fine specimen of what an Elsburytonian family should be. Patty and Robert have contributed to our society greatly, not only as hard workers in their respective jobs but also as parents. Elsburytonia's future depends upon people like the Menzies raising their little ones into model citizens who will serve their Empire well and obey the Emperor's commands."

Once again the Holy Empire of Elsburytonia wishes Phalanx and little Michelle great prosperity in years to come.

Indeed it would be the 1st time you've celebrated something like this.... you only turn four billion once
