In light of the capture of President al Zarqawi by Leafanistan forces, we must now turn to the rebuilding of this broken land. As many nuclear weapons were detonated on Saharan soil, I will order all the necessary radiation-absorbing bacteria from Leafanistan. Additionally, Tannenmille will send 1,000 medical workers and aides. We will also begin shipping food and water to the surviving civilians. With cooperation from all nations involved, we must establish a government and watch it closely, although not intrusively, until it is stable enough to walk on its own.

Also, we must aid Willink. This nation was struck by 90 ICBMs. Again, Tannenmille will purchase the needed bacteria to clean this nation of its radiation. We will send another 1,000 medical workers to Willink, as well as food and water. Since there seems to be a government still somewhat able to lead its broken people, we will provide aid to that government instead of attempting to install a new one.

I agree, and Ackerenia is willing to pledge however much it can to this effort. We will also be happy to compliment any security forces and other addition aide that we can offer. We feel that we may not have been a large force in helping bring down Saharistan, but we can certainly try to help and rebuild it.

I will pledge a small peacekeeping force, but most of my attention has to go to rebuilding my nation after suffering 11 million civilian casualties.

Give me at least 12 more RL days to have the nation realistically cleaned out of radiation, by the end of the procedure the area will clock around 400 mlroetngens.

Ackerenia is pledging 25 million Len (10.5 million USD) to Willink, and a further 20 million len (10 million USD) to Saharistan. Plans for a further 20 million Len to Willink is in motion in our senate for a date (proposed for next NS year).

This will be a sincere threat to our economy but, Leafanistan hearby pledges $50 million US to all nations nuked by Saharistan, since it was our war. We apologize.

We will donate $1 trillion to both Saharistan and Willink nations. Also if we are dividing Saharistan then can we donate to the government we setup? Or are we unifing the entire country?

The Democratic Republic of Halberdgardia pledges a aid package of $5 billion to Willink, and another $5 billion to Saharistan. We will also provide military supplies and advisors to help rebuild Saharistan's military (assuming there are no restrictions on its recreation), and, if needed, a peacekeeping force to protect Saharistan during its reconstruction. We also volunteer the use of our experimental hypersonic HyperSoar bombers to be used as transport craft to help the few Saharistani refugees that escaped their nation's destruction return. Additionally, we propose another clause to the charter for rebuilding Saharistan: in addition to the entire country being split into sections for each victorious nation to rebuild, we suggest that the city of Baghdad be split into sections for each coalition nation, much like RL Berlin after WWII.

Ackerenian Legislation has passed a bill stating that the Protectorate will give an annual 40 million Len (30 million USD) to the Reconstruction Effort each NS year. A further 20 million Len (10 million USD) is being sent in supplies via naval covoy to Leafanistan.

The consruction process has begun in willink, and its army has returned to help civilians.

Ackerenia will send a contingent of 200 troops as a security force. In this force will be 65 medical workers, along with supplies. They'll arrive via amphibious transport in 4 days.

On the issue of whether or not to divide Saharistan into political districts, I believe it should at least try to be a united government first.

We werent involved in to the war, and have therefore no reason or justificatio to say anything about the way coalition handle's the situation in Sharistan. Still, We'd like to suggest that the cash going in to the country WOULD NOT be used in rebuilding military. Wouldn't it better to jsut train polices and keep international troops in there to help them, instead of immeaditely recruiting a professional army?

Regardless, we will send 200,000 tons of water to the country.

My supplies are not going to aid the infidel armies, but will help any citizen that requires it. I believe it is up to a joint decision of the Coalition to decide on the fate of Saharan military, as they have no operational government.

I suggest this to make the load easier for each nation. We divide Saharistan in five. One going to each member of the coaliton. Baghdad will be split in 5 sections also. We will then funnel our money into whichever part of Saharistan that we own. We can than setup a date that we will reunify the entire country on. This way nations will be able to take care of more local problems than huge problems. Also money is less likely to be corrupted. But this is just my suggestion (actually mostly Willinks).

War has been declared for lesser transgressions on our soverignty. You may land at Quake Triassitzing Airfield on our border. There you can refuel and turn back. If your government is so lax that individual captains can just hire people without permission I think you have more to say to him. About 20 years ago we had a problem with that, and we essentially arrested 4000 soldiers and sentenced them to 5 year prison sentences. They've all learned and only can apply for non-military jobs. Leafanistan tries not to hire mercs and I suggest to keep a tighter grip on your troops.
