Heavy mortar fire has commenced upon residential districts within Pine Orchard's capital of Srinagar. Our newly formed nation, lying within the disputed region of Kashmir, has little military resource to repel any assault. Our enemies are elusive, and conflicts could have stemmed from ethnic, religious, or international dispute.

The majority of our people are Punjab Sikhs of Indian nationality. Thus it is under our assumption that attacks are those of Islamic extremists.

Insurgents are rapidly taking control of large market plazas located around the state house. Gudwaras are burning like synogogues in Nazi Germany. Seperation of the safezone is imminent, resulting in two garrisons at the airstrip and statehouse.

The attack seems to have been organized by former government officials from Saharistan. A genocide of the local Sikh community could quite possibly be taking place in areas we have lost communication with.

We are calling for not only military aid but welfare packages for the civilans within the safezone. Srinagar, if lost, will end with the destruction of The Principality of Pine Orchard as well as distreatment/genocide of the ethnic Sikh population.

The countryside of PPO is assumed unsafe. The capital is the only remaining stronghold. We must not allow Saharistan to regain power. Destroy them now, once and for all.

His Omniferocity's government is willing to send humanitarian relief to the affected areas, pending approval by the PPO government. If the government of Pine Orchard agrees to permit EOE military personnel and equipment which His Omniferocity's government deems necessary for security, an immediate emergency airlift will depart Kaligrad for PPO.

One of our two Sovereign-class Star Destroyers currently in the Sol System are moving to Pine Orchard. We have consumables that would last our forces alone four years, so that is not a concern. We will be deploying 100 TIE Air Superiority Fighters as well as 80,000 troops to Pine Orchard. Additionally, 400 M3 Bradley tanks and 80 Challenger 2 MBTs will be deployed to Pine Orchard.

OOC: My armed forces are a mix of Future Tech (TIEs, SDs) and Modern Tech (M3s, MBTs), but the TIEs are able to be brought down by modern SAMs, as they have no shielding.

In this time of strife I offer my advice. Strike down the rebels hard to make an example of them, and to prevent further casualities from occouring. Resources are vital to a fledgling nation, and so you must ensure that you keep as many possible. My judgement says that you should be merciless in your examples of these people. Rebels and traitors deserve to serve in death by an example, instead of living and being a source of irritation and corruption to your people.

The nation of Raridon is a nation of hard rules and action, and we feel that we can help you in your hour of need. We shall provide ground troops to protect your residential districts and valuable resources, and as the situation develops, act accordingly. Of course, our military is hardly an internation peaceforce. We expect to recieve some sort of repayment in the future, when we require your aid, we expect it.

Dammit! This ISN'T what we needed! We're obligated to go and help those people! But we're still operating at a 5% draft! We have the people, but we can't just keep chasing ragheads about the desert for no reason! The Secretary of Defense screamed at the President. At this moment 50,000 highly trained marines, 3 Destroyers and the Counter Terrorism Unit (aircraft carrier) "MFS November Rain" were on their way to the now sieged country.

River Valley south of Srinagar

A Blackhawk helicopter quickly leaves the now set up command centre for Federation forces in the area. Many covert firebases have been set up through the country side, and Federation Special Forces have already began a systamatic elimination of the artillery that has been plaguing the nation. One squadron of K12's has already taken one artillery base out, more are to come.

The Arytian troops arrived in the airport of Srinagar from Hercules troop carriers. They immediately set up perimeter defences around the capital. They were supported by a few tanks from Arytian, mainly the Challenger tank and the Conquerer Mk2. Commander Dante and his officers set up a HQ tent and called for the leader of Pine Orchard. Meanwhile the Arytian Military made itself busy keeping look out.

PPO welcomes all incoming forces. Our forces are in complete disarray and thus must rely on your tactics.

Currently we have a need to expel the insurgents from the capital. They have separated our main airbase and our state house, and are pressing on each position with artillery and conventional combat battalions. Civilians are being killed in scores with each passing moment.

Thus I request a coalition to move into the central capital. Priorities are:
-Reunify the two garrisons
-Expand from the reunited safezone to recapture the entire capital
-Supply the airstrip with military craft

Once these three objectives have been carried out, we will have a base from which the rest of PPO can be taken.

Though we cannot join this war openly, we want offer the warring nations friendly to Pine Orchard, Pine Orchard itself or any nation hostile to this rebellion several of our experimental weapon designs. Any nation accepting this offer will recieve as much data as we can reveal about our machinery and featured technology, several prototypes and fully trained experts for each project.
We can offer:

Project Nightbringer (tank class, special EMP techs)
Project Hypersoar (hightech, highspeed bomber)
Project Aurora (Highspeed stealth bomber, new unique stealth technology)

All units were already thoroughly fieldtested, however we would like to know their preformance in real battle situations. Any nations willing to test any of our project will recieve our undying gratitude, compensation for lost troops (though we will send a small regiment of units. Pine Nation has my Entire Region's Support.

The Supreme Commander of the Principality of Pine Orchard's Military Forces has been confirmed KIA in a fierce firefight within the PPO State House. We are now blind. No organized military forces exist with the exception of the Sacred Guard (protectors of the State House), which are now engaged within the upper floors of their domain.

Arytian is now, with our concent, in control of the airbase. We urge other nations to free the State House and local gurdwaras. It is now CONFIRMED that the Sikh population is being shot mercilessly by the Saharistan terrorists. We are dealing with a genocide.

Dante called to Astelan, a trusted friend and military leader.

Radio: This is Commander Dante, I want 2 Harriers to make a passing sweep of the road leading up to government building and I want them to take out any military they see. I want 10 Harriers to try and get rid of the terrorist forces on the airfield. Over.

Captain Astelan led his force out of the secure zone of the capital as the Harriers flew over him....

1st Harrier Radio: Straight ahead, I think I see AA position, they've fired. Shit, shit! Releasing countermeasures, evasiv........
2nd Harrier Radio: Bastards, launching air-to-ground missiles now....direct hit. We've smoked 'em. Continuing pass-over.

Astelan could now hear the sounds of fighting, it looked like the Harrier's had done a good, if not small job. They only came across the remains of two enemy positions.
Astelan ordered his men to split into five groups of 50 men each, under two 2nd Leuftenants, two 1st Leuftenants and himself. They would each attack from different sides, hoping to surround the enemy and force them to surrender. The sound of gunfire hitting the street came to Astelan's ears and he realised the enemy had started firing at them. He radioed the first group to try and take out the ground floor.

As the first of the group went in they were mown down by a machine gun placed in front of the door, ten good men were down. The rest stopped short of the door and threw in three grenades, after this they threw in one smoke grenade and rushed in. They scoured the rest of the base floor taking a few casualties. The next group of fifty men came in and ran and took positions by the stairs along with the remnants of the first group, 30 or so men. They had not taken any prisoners, all were slain. The 2nd group of men were more wary than the first and threw multiple smoke grenades up stairs and ran up. They found what looked to be government officials and were soon killed by the explosion of grenades from the terrorist inside the clothes. Another couple of brave men down. Any more ''government officials would have to be delt in a different manner. The base and second floors were soon under Arytian control. Astelan decided it was time to find out where the real hostages were. He got a few men and dressed them up in terrorist clothing, and sent the wolves-in-sheeps-clothing in.

The three men hurried up stairs and shouted at any terrorists they saw that a military force was coming. This sent the terrorists down straight into the waiting guns of the Arytian Military, no mercy shown. The soldiers continued up to the top floor where they found the hostages. They marked where it was on the fourth floor and went down a floor, where they stripped of the terrorist clothing and went down stairs. Unfortunately a young, trigger-happy man thought they were terrorists and so they became the first victims of friendly fire. The Arytian Military stormed through the rest of the building sustaining few casualties until they came to the hostages. They cut their bounds and took them outside where they placed them in one of the waiting tanks. Half of those alive were left under a 1st Leuftenant and guarded the building. A total loss of twenty to thirty Arytian lives. The government officials were presented back to the PM of Pine Orchard.

However the city is still mostly in insurgent control. I am moving my Sacred Guard forces to the residential districts east of the State House. It is of our understanding that several dozen hostages are being held in this area.

As of this moment every major artillery base, and insurgency base in general are coming under direct naval gunfire from the MFS Stryker's main 12in. gun.

Along with combined Federation Airpower, the strongpoints of the insurgency will be severly crippled.

150 Ackerenian Excalibur Force units are being sent in via Chinook Helicopter transport into the nation of Pine Orchard. They are trained in basic urban warfare tactics, and will do what they can. Further help will be sent in the next few NS days.

Common Radio, Location Srinagar Airbase: This is 1st Leuftenant Boreas Von Otto, we are being driven back by a terrorist force, I repeat we are being driven back by a terrorist force. Multiple military and civilian casualties! We are in urgent need of reinforcements. Over 50% loss of military, less than 500 remaining. We have lost most doctors. I repeat we are in urgent need of reinforcements, we can't hold much longer. Air base is still in coalition control barely. Somebody, anybody please respond!

Air Cavalry using Blackhawk helicopters from the 27th Tactical Wing have begun to liberate the main government complexes that are still under seige, and paratroopers from the same unit are coming directly into the cities and landing on rooftops and linking up with APC's.

The capital is being flushed out as we speak.

Just as the Arytian message was received, 7 Tannenmillian dropships landed at the air strip. In a spray of steam, all the doors opened and 2,100 Elite Soldiers filed out and towards the remnants of the Arytian contingent.

Battle of Srinagar Report:

1. The airbase is almost lost and requires immediate reinforcement

25 K12 planes are rerouted to the airfield, where the conduct close air support until the paratroopers can drop in.

On the outside of the airbase 30 Bradley Fighting Vehivles roll in and begin to surround the insurgents. The paratroops are within helping fight out, and the Bradleys are fighting in.

Eventually the insurgents begin to surrender, droves of them walk out with anything white they can find. The main force of insurgents at the air field have either been killed or captured.

The Airfield is now under the joint control of the 27th Tactical Wing.

Immediately following the reply from Arytian forces planes began descending to the airbase and unloading Borman Dinosaurs. As soon as these soldiers had unloaded and grabbed their stuff they ran off to combat. Plane after plane went through as other planes began airdrops of more soldiers, these ones directly into the capital.

Seeing the reinforcments, Boreas shouted at his men, the national war cry
''Let your soul be armoured with Faith, driven on the tracks of Obedience which overcomes all obstacles, and armed with the three great guns of Zeal, Duty and Purity!" The Arytian soldiers saw victory returning to their hands and combined with the Tannenmillian Elite Soldiers pushed back the terrorists until they fled.

The Paratroopers that landed in the city, along with fresh soldiers coming in via Blackhawk helicopter begin to move towards the state house. No Federation armor support is available, but using small amounts of artillery and close air support from the Adams Class attack helicopter, the units surround the state house.

At point, 40 Soldiers enter through the bottom floor, and 3 Blackhawks sit down and let 20 in on top of the complex.

The liberation there has began.

*The Chinooks began their ascension into the outskirts of the capital city. Still under constant machine gun and small arms fire, the helo's tried their hardest to find a safe area. In was then that the 4 Chinooks hovered above a small once serene park area. "Hurry up men", shouted Capt. Ackeren, the already veteran of the hunt for Al Zarqawi. With this, the 150 soldiers double-timed to the State House.*

It's still not fair. You can do anything you want on Earth, but then if you make someone mad no one can invade you because your "nation" is actually another planet.

A multi-block fire has erupted east of the State House, an area with known hostages. Sacred Guard Forces incorperated with Tannenmille's reinforcements are struggling to free the hostages, held in burning buildings by desperate insurgents.

Our TIEs and dropships are scattered around the larger cities in Pine Orchard, but we are awaiting intel on these areas before we deploy our troops.

*After minor skirmishes with the Insurgents, the Ackerenians were able to secure a small portion of the State House grounds. "Sgt. Lopez, how many we got left?", said Capt. Ackeren. "Well sir, we've suffered at least 40 dead and another 10 wounded. If I may say sir, we should find better cover or we're just sitting ducks." "Right...get 1st and 3rd platoon, and move them 20 meters from our position. Send word when you've reached it, and Lopez....good luck."*

The soldiers from the 27th are fighting on the rooftops throughout the city, taking moderate loses, but not making any progess towards the fires or any known hostages.

Soldiers from the 27th are using the top of the State House to call in artillery on the worst points of the city.

While west of the State House a Blackhawk helicopter dropping off soldiers has gotten lost and then crashed through the roof of a building. No support from the 27th is available to them, so anyone who has some units out there may want to check into aiding them.

Where do we stand, now?

Only the airport and State House are in control. Just because you carpetted the city with paratroopers doesn't mean everything is "goody goody."

Our TIEs and dropships are scattered around the larger cities in Pine Orchard, but we are awaiting intel on these areas before we deploy our troops.

Srinagar is the only major city in Pine Orchard. It is a rural nation. Your TIE fleet would be greatly valued if they bombed forces moving into Srinagar. Also there is an industrial district where pesticides are made. Bomb that so the insurgents may not use such chemicals against Pine Orchard.

Captain Astelan called together the one hundred and fifty men still in guard of the state house.
''A detachment of the Sacred Guard are pinned down east of our position and they desperately need our help...We are gonna give it to them. I want 80 men to come with me and the rest to stay here.''

Moving through the city was tough, and the 80 or so men sustained about 10% losses. They could hear the sounds of gunfire as they rushed towards the Sacred Guard position. All they wanted to do was get them out.
''Greetings Sir, I am Captain Astelan of the Arytian force here in Srinagar, we're here to get you out. I'll hold off the insurgents with twenty or so of my men. You get out of here with the rest. Head to the state house it is in Arytian hands, you should be safe there.'' The men start to head off, and the terrorists seeing their enemies escape charge.
''Run! Faster! Go!'' Astelan shouted and the Sacred Guard and the remaining 70 or so men ran full speed. The terrorists were too many for the Arytian's to hold off and they were soon over run. There were no survivors. Captain Astelan, second in command of the Arytian Coalition Forces was one of the last to die.

OOC: Poor Astelan, breaks down and weeps :(

IC: Commander Dante rushed into the State House, to congratulate his friend Astelan. He called his name but only a soldier came running to him with tears in his eyes.
''Sir, Captain Astelan...he stayed with a few brave men sir, they....they stood now chance...they stayed behind to save us sir. I...I am sorry.''
Hearing that his best friend had died, Dante broke down and wept. After a while he rose red-eyed, but noble looking nontheless

Well, when I said "major complexes" I was only talking about the Airfield and the State House... while my paratroopers are out there trying to figure out where to go (a common trait for paratroopers), could you direct me to where I could have my troops attack?

The soldiers from the 27th are fighting on the rooftops throughout the city, taking moderate loses, but not making any progess towards the fires or any known hostages.

Soldiers from the 27th are using the top of the State House to call in artillery on the worst points of the city.

While west of the State House a Blackhawk helicopter dropping off soldiers has gotten lost and then crashed through the roof of a building. No support from the 27th is available to them, so anyone who has some units out there may want to check into aiding them.


I'll send at least 30 of my men to see what is happening and defend them from any insurgent attack. I just need to know the relative location.

As per your wishes, our TIE Fighters will begin rotating patrol around Srinagar. We will be using the air strip as a base for this, and there must be enough space for 75 TIEs at any time. (This would require about 3,500 sq ft, which is not much) 20 TIE/ln Fighters will be in the air at any given time, all in different orbits around Srinagar to lessen chances of widespread fighter loss. Another five TIEs will be on reconnaissance missions in Pine Orchard. Each rotation will last 6 hours. 30 TIE Bombers have been called from the TCS Indefinite Article, and should arrive at your pesticide plants within two hours.

I'll send at least 30 of my men to see what is happening and defend them from any insurgent attack. I just need to know the relative location.

That's the general problem here. They got lost somewhere about 8 KM's west from the State House, hit by small arms fire, and then they crashed through an ammunitions dump. It hasn't exploded yet, but they are worried about that. All the more reasons for them to get rid of that ammo faster. :)

I wouldn't recommend going in by the air, now.

I offer my condolances to the families on both sides of this conflict who have lost loved ones. I would like to offer my teams services in the cleaning up and removal of all bodies. We will even fly them to our disposal facility here in Canon City Colorado.

A bullet hits the last remaining sniper in the unit (also the last person left on top of the building, the rest had either fallen on through with the blackhawk or climbed down to hold the peremeter.)

"Sir! I just found more RPG's! I suggest we use these to cut off the entraces to the courtyard and save the rest for any enemy armor that may show up!"

"You do that! AH!" The team commander falls down behind his baracade, dead.

"Strouth to all soldiers! I'm taking command of the platoon! SHIT!" A bullet hits the new commander in the arm, and then another in the leg. He falls and then craws inside the second peremeter.

In fact, Mu... erm.. al Zarqawi is not dead. He is in cryostasis as planned by Leafanistan, and since insurgents were attacking the Leafanistani cryochamber, the leader and Nina Myers, one of his aides, are safe on the TCS Awakening, Reichsführer Aven Tannen's personal flagship.


As for the TIEs, they have been ordered to bomb the plants. We are planning a carpet bombing with precise attacks meant to bring great structural integrity failures to the plants, eventually causing them to collapse into steaming heaps of steel. Our bombers are so accurate that we can take out the plants without harming nearby buildings.

This is Dante, I have over 1,000 men in that area. They have asked me to tell you to get the civilians out first, I repeat get the civilians out first. If there is time, they will be evacuated last.

Junior Officer Till Lindemann (yes, I do like Rammstein) flew blindly towards a pesticide plant in Pine Orchard. His TIE was flying itself; he was concerning himself with the targeting reticule in his visor. As soon as the plant was in the trident on his screen, he would fire.

Our 1,200 troops that were reinforcing the air strip have masks that filter air for them, and as such we will continue holding the airport. We will, however, evac all civilians and those without masks to safer locations.

27th Tac Wing Paratroopers, Pesticide Plant, somewhere in some city

The team had been fighting a long, bloody, and difficult battle up the streets of whatever city they were in. The objective was to establish a peremeter near the plant... whereever it was.

"Sir! We're getting low on ammo! I suggest we try to find another way there!"

At the same time another report came in: A paratrooper had found an enemy tank, cleared it with a grenade, and hidden in a back alley way.

"Get the men across the street and into that tank!"

A few moments later the first paratroopers made it to the tank, the half of the team that was still alive, anyway.

Yet 20 minutes later, the others were there. Anyone that could got into the tank, the rest moved through buildings as silently as possible. The paratroopers were disquised and eventually made it to the outter peremeter of the fortified plant.

As a combined assault, Paratroopers charged it, the tank blasted it, and then...

There was silence

The insurgents ran into the streets behind the plant. A few were shot, but most escape.

Out of the 50 man unit, 11 make it to the plant.

He took twenty men with him and they smoke it. 10 guards or so stumbled out, they were grabbed quickly and had their weapons taken away. Next came out 3 people that looked like government personnel.
The guards were lined up agains the wall begging for their lives. Dante took one look at them and spat. He muttered the simple word
''Fire.'' The guards dropped to the ground instantly. Dante then came to look at the most senior official and smacked him in the face, the official went limp.
''Bind them. I'm sure the Pm will want to have a word.''

My paratroopers are fighting on the outskirts of the city and are starting to push inward at one point. If we had a little more support we could possible set up a small LZ for medical supplies in a courtyard here, of course, that's assuming that they're still alive when the support gets there, if it does.

This is no where near the end. We've got the urban area completly twined in hard warfare among a civilian populace, and artillery in the countryside.

If you want a job, the 27th Tactical Wing would greatly appreciate it if someone could stop that DAMNED ARTILLERY!

PM Jagdeep Singh, I have found maps containing the locations of the mortar positions, I am sending them to you know. I have ordered my airforce to bomb them to hell, if you dont mind? I hope this is it, and you can go back to living a 'normal' life. My nation will wire you 100 billion dollars, to pay for aid and economic restructure.

Sgt Lopez: Well, we've been ordered to get you out of here, and take what injured we can. We have more than half dead...so we need to move out fast!

We suggest that you DO NOT try to destroy your industry. If we keep the pressure up we can flush them out, but damn, this is going to put a strain on alot of people if we have to rebuild an entier national economy from the ground up! Especially since we're already doing it somewhere else!

If you can stop the artillery the paratroopers WILL prevail. I give you my word!

After a few minutes of interrigation, Dante learned the exact co-ordinates of the mortars. He shot the officials him self and told the troops they had a short march to the hills.

When they got there they found a couple of the artillery batteries still working. The rest were smoking. Danter and his men rushed forwards to take them out. Seeing the Arytian's closing in on them, the defenders rushed out and shot at the oncoming forces. It was a short battle, with a few losses on the Arytian side. A few more men were wounded. Overall 100 dead out of the 2,000. The Arytian forces destroyed the remaining mortars with grenades.

I realize that "bombing my own factories" and "preventing my people from escaping" are odd tactics. But the factories are mere rubble after the mortar bombardment. And refugees will be easier delt with in a containted environment within Srinagar, and not across the countryside.

"This Captain Marius Antilles of the 1st Ackerenian Transport Fleet. We are requesting coordinates from PO as to the nearest safe port so that our troops may land. We have about 2000 men here....please hurry."

The industry within Srinagar is a small part of our economy. We have specified industrial zones north of the city. They are unscathed, so far. Send troops there and bomb the Srinagar pesticide industry. Immediately.

I've got 50 Paratroopers on the way to systamatically destroy the plants, but you should send someone else to the ones far east, it's going to be a while before they make it there.

Sgt Lopez: Righty- O....we're about 10 km from the State House....this whole country is down the drain. Now let's move.

*With this the men moved out during the break fire with the Mackagians right behind. Within 20 minutes, the entire building was evacuated and heading towards the State House.*




Capt Antilles: Roger that PO....Dammit...we need to find a way in...let's head home...we'll gather what air force we have.

Congratulations. Victory is ours in Srinagar. Please send in your casualty and fatality reports.

The war is not over, however. Insurgents have taken the countryside. It is mountainous, cavernous, and inclimate. Our efforts must be well coordinated for the final liberation.

And I doubt the problem lies in Pine Orchard completely. Neighboring nations may be harboring terrorists. This was a surprise attack, which means they were well prepared. Take out the Saharistan rebels ASAP.

Our SU-25's fly over a position northreast of the city. Near the top of a hill overlooking the industrial sector, several artillery guns are set up, along with technicals with 50 cals and RPG's. We open fire with 30mm cannons, spraying the ground with Bullets, and blowing up a Truck with 50 cal on back and taking out several men. On the second time around, 8 ASM anti Armor missiles are fired, destroying most of the artillery guns and killing 1/2 of the remaining Terrorists operating the guns. we are taking small arms fire, when an RPG gets a luck hit and damadges a plane, which returns to base. We continue to strafe with our cannons, and wipe out another small amount of terrorists.

The Arytian forces slowly moved into the foot hills of the nation. The spread out and went in groups covering more ground. They only found a couple of bunkers, small ones, but well defended. Many men were lost trying to take out the largest of the bunkers, it was defended from attacks by 3 M-16's and it took a charge of fifty men to throw 3 grenades in. The remainder of the group charged forward and shot randomly into the bunker.

Common Radio: This is Dante, we have eradicated what we think is the remaining insurgents in our vicinity, suggest you send planes to scout out more area. Also how is that pesticide situation coming on at the airfield. Did any of my men make it out?

"sir I heard gun fire over that hill shall we try for one more corpse?"

9,000 forces are currently mobilized in Pine Orchard, and will begin dispersing into camps moving progressively out towards the border.

about 1500 of our men walk up a hill, two are sent to look over, and one is immeditly killed, and the other one tries to grab him, but is shot and rolls down the hill. There is are 2 large bunkers on top of the hill, and an SU-25 fires an ASM anti armor missile into it, shooting concrete everywere. In nearby shrubbery, our men are setting up eryx shoulder mounted anti armor missiles. We begin to pepper the bunker with Ak-74 fire. Finally 1 missile is fired, and blows a hole in the side of the bunker, and 15 men flank it and rush in, guns blazing, dropping all terrorists.

Five squadrons of an available 100 Halberdgardian F-22 Raptors scream over the Pine Orchard countryside, closing in on terrorist locations. A plateau 200km north of Srinagar is almost uninhabitted by our people. But the one village that is there, Kharibad, has been cut off communication-wise for the past two months. Possibly this is the site. I am asking for reconassince aircraft to sweep the area and notify us of the findings.

There appeares to be light AA resistance in the area, and about 2,000 men at the base.There also appear to be about 75 light armored vehicles.

I have dispatched 30 MIG-29M's and 17 TU-22 Bombers to take out the base.

Our Elite TIE Interceptor wing is on its way. There is also a small contigent of Bombers heading their way. The base should be destroyed within four hours.

Out of the 27th's 10,000 deployed units, 373 were killed.

We lost a total of 12 blackhawk helicopters, too.

As the wounded soldiers are flown out replacements come in. The 27th Tactical Wing is now operating with the MFS Stryker for Naval gunfire wherever it is needed, and in a new development, a full division of Special Forces soldiers have been realligned with the 27th tactical wing, where as 1200 of them are being shipped directly to this country to help fight the insurgency.

The aircraft carrier "MFS Weiland" has also been deployed off the nearest coast, whereas the 27th now has low risk, high altitude bomb runs available.

In other news, scores of paratroopers just came out of the woods after finally figuring out where the battle was. "Being a paratrooper means: not having to know where anything is." :D

Saharistani Base

In the early dawn, the soldiers were walking to mosque. The morning sorties were just taking off from the runway, a sandy, unpaved strip of land.

Then from the clouds came a wing of TIE bombers in arrow formation. Then dropped low and fast, dulling releasing huge bombs onto the runway. Behind them, TU-22s sped above the barracks and mosque. Relentlessly they dropped hails of napalm to the ground. Sleeping men and praying Muslims burned alive under the hellish flames.

The outdated Soviet equipment of the Saharistani Air Force scrambled, only to discover the runway was too damaged to launch from. They stood taxied in the open, perfect targets for the MiGs and their air-to-ground rockets.

The Saharistani AF collapsed in less than fifteen minutes. The attackers faced no casualties as the AA guns were unmanned in the first crucial minutes of assault. Everything had gone according to plan. Saharistan was gone forever.

Unfortunatly, the bombing of the mosque enraged the Muslim world. Now one billion people were ready to fight for the death against the United Nations. A new crusade had been unleashed.

If it is at all possible (though necessary), that all Coalition forces help in creating a Temporary HQ for Coalition forces.

This is being asked of the Nation of Pine Orchard for a military installation (temp.) to be built, so that we may be able to handle operations in the Saharistani nation and border nations.


The Ackerenian Government has already sent 12 Chinook Helicopters carrying the 1st Ackerenian Battalion. They will assist in any security needs, but would be used for the Construction. Ackerenia will also accomodate Pine Orchard with 8 million USD for land usage.

About 75km out, A flight of 4 MIG-21bis are encountered, and shot down almost instantly.

Our flight splits into two, one for defending Bombers and bombing the base, and the other for air superiority.

At about 50km out, Our Air superiority flight incounters 9 MIG-29A's vrs 12 MIG-29M's. Looks like a dog fight. One of our pilots swoops in, and fires a Missile, which hits the side of one plane, ripping off its wing, and it goes spiraling down toward the ground. The fight is over pretty qiuck, thanks to the superior piliots of Willink and the MIG-29M's performance cababilites are vastly improved over the original MIG-29A.

Our bombers reach the base, and unload some 75 unguided Rockets and ground assault missiles destroying hangars, Barracks, oil supplies, and control buildings. Several MIG-19's try to take off, but are blown apart by Rockets. The whole eastern side of the strip is on fire, and men are fleeing to their planes. More planes continue to explode on the ground, and one of our bombers is hit by a missile from a SU-15 and goes down. 2 MIG-29M's sweep in, and shoot down the SU-15, and drop payloads on the base. The control tower is hit by a rocket, and collapses. Enemy SAMs are being fired every which way, taking down another Bomber, as well as a MIG-29M. Our forces cocentrate on the airstrip, leaving a crater 30 feet deep to prevent aricraft from taking off. From the air, it appears that over half of the men have been killed, along with over 80 aircraft. The rest is being left for Tannenmillem, and our forces are returning to base.

I agree, and Ackerenia is now establishing CCCA (Coalition Central Command Ackerenia) on the outskirts of the capital city. We will be sending additional troops shortly.

I have yet to be convinced that many people are targeting Pine Orchard, and we will not give up full control of our troops. If you wish, we can send all of our troops back to the Star Destroyer that is in geosync orbit with you.

Ackerenia will accept that the force of 300 Excalibur Force troops along with the Ackerenian 1st Battalion will be under the command of the PO government, with the exception that Col. Ackeren be allowed to return home. We will send one of our other ranking officers in his place.

Ah. I did not mean "simply giving your people to me." I meant a reconstruction of my military so that you may leave with your own militaries. I must be able to defend myself eventually. Take your time :)

Stryker has been a little isolated now. It was in the port at Baghdad (god help us) for a long time, then when the war started it had to go out to sea to avoid ground based missiles.

Federation Command Disaproves.

Oh, my apologies. 200 of my Elite Forces Shocktroopers would be able to train a SpecOps team for Pine Orchard, and we have TIE Trainers in one of our SD bays, more than likely. In fact, having just checked records, we have 10 TIE Trainer craft aboard our Star Destroyer. Once you are trained with a TIE, you can fly any conventional aircraft no problem.

The Paratroopers (all of the ones that have found their way back to HQ for more orders) can help train in urban combat.

Stryker has been in theatre since the conflict first started. We supported al.... what's his name, at first, and then went neutral. Sailed in international waters while that Valiant was attacked beside us, when they extracted some Marines from the Baghdad airfield before we carpet bombed it.

*some of the planes looking for trouble report blips on the radar, surface ship, but then it disapears, or apears to have moved. Could be ghost images, could be malfunctions. One pilot spots her in the water, but she is moveing fast and just cruzing international waters, when he takes his eyes off it, the natural camo of the ships coloring help it 'disapear' again. This at least gives credents to the odd radar reports...

The MFS Axl Rose (ok, i'm officially out of names), the only submarine in theatre has recieved a high priority encrypted message from Stryker. Allied ships are being harassed by some sort of stealth ship.
