NOTING the passage of UNITED NATIONS RESOLUTION #103,

EXPRESSING Kerubia's strong disapproval,

CONCERNED that Resolution #103 could be used as an excuse to harbor terrorists and/or foreign spies and saboteurs against Kerubia and her allies,

BELIEVING that another culture does not have the right to block justice against Kerubia's own prisoners,

REGRETTING that Kerubia will be unable to follow Resolution #103,

IN THE INTEREST of remaining truthful, the Senate of Kerubia must withdraw from the United Nations.

OOC: I don't think you can do that. Both withdrawing from the UN and disobeying a resolution. I'm not the rule guy, though, but just saying..
