Coalition of Minor Trading States proposed
The Empire of Carops has been experiencing a difficult time recently. International relations has proved to be a tough nut to crack and we are not experiencing a lot of success in finding new commercial partners. It seems to us that small nations like ours are being largely overlooked and so I, Emperor Aurias II, Sovereign Lord of Carops, propose that we smaller nations clump together and create a Coalition of Minor Trading States as an attempt to form a single powerful entity to represent us.
i can see that no one is interested. Oh well..... never mind. Another failed idea for the pile.

Although we are not interested in alliance, we wish for constant peace between us. To reinforce this, we are opening up to trade suggestions. At the time being, we have a very large surplus of decommissioned assault rifles and RPGs, and we are in need large quantities of power-plant grade plutonium.

We accept our failure on the trading coalition front, however the trade of weapons and plutonium seems promising. Carops possesses large amounts of plutonium, which we have used for various purposes, and would be willing to trade.

It has come to our attention that certain people of importance in your government are highly valued in the slave-trading circles, and so we are not going to proceed with trade. We refuse to throw out lot in with scum who fail to meet the most basic of national requirements; Human Rights.

Madnestan is always willing to help small nations on their feets, even though not yet big by ourselves, neither. We have a constant lack of merchant ships, civilian vehicles and rubber. We have a large agricultural sector, and our iron and silver mines are also giving us something to do trade with.

Repressionia is poor in various chemicals, which we need to make tear gas for the constant riots around here. In exchange, we can export baskets, soft drinks and slaves.

Perhaps this organisation would be better off without reactionary nations such as yours who would serve as a hindrence in our commercial plans. The Empire of Carops' policy on slavery is an irrelevence and is a matter of national importance and not international scrutiny. The Empire of Carops is always looking for a new source of slaves. As we are not a very populous people, we require them to work in our industries and serve in our armed forces. We are not known for producing tear gas, but we recently received a shipment of it from a trading partner and we are eager to sell it at a cut price, in order to make way for a smallpox delivery tomorrow. We would be happy to negotiate a deal.
