Emperor As'ad Hakeem Rasul Muhammad Fraser has requested the Royal Amnerzanitean Ministry of Foreign Afairs to create the International Cooperation Initiative that consists of creating new & maintaining relations with other nations and to set up an Embassy Exchange Program for the time being.
Emperor As'ad Hakeem has stated his grave interest in the calls to form new political, military & economic alliances with nations around the world.

The Republic of Aligned Statehoods hereby extends the hand of diplomacy to The Empire of Amnerzani. We would like to take this time to request an embassy in your Empire and to offer one in the The Republic of Aligned Statehoods.
Foremost, I would like to provide you with some information about the Republic of Aligned Statehoods. The Republic of Aligned Statehoods is a region and regional government dedicated to scientific research, humanitarian aid and the advancement of freedoms through science. The regional government is a core voting body that is made up from individuals recognized by the population for their academic excellence and accomplishments. The base voting body will be 11 members from the Republic of Aligned Statehoods and one member for each ten million citizens of a member nation, not to exceed ten. The president of the region is chosen by the governing body by ballot every three years. The regional government is also the academic licensing authority for the region and is known to have some of the strictest graduation requirements in the world.
We have prepared land on the outskirts of our regional capitol for your embassy, please provide us with the basic design which you would prefer. We will provide you with two helipads at the embassy location as well as priority service at Dover International the regional hub airport. Two newly constructed three bedroom, two bath homes will be available for your staff within 3 miles of your embassy as well as a guard barracks below ground at the embassy site. The property of your embassy, all associated buildings and all diplomatic vehicles shall be considered sovereign territory of your nation and subject to the laws of your nation. All ambassadors and essential staff of your nation will hold diplomatic immunity while in any member nation of the region.
We request the same provisions and wish for you to consider our open ownership of firearms as our ambassador and his two assistants may be carrying firearms while under diplomatic immunity. The provisions of this agreement is that the firearms carried under diplomatic immunity shall conform to our statute of maintaining concealment of said firearm(s) unless loss of life or property is imminent.

Michael H. Montgomery holds a Masters in Political Science and a PhD in Language Studies and is considered to be one of the most skilled linguists in the Republic. His mastery of eleven languages and twenty six dialects has been of use in the diplomatic arena previously and may have been the sole determining factor in the Hassad-Mousauhi nuclear stand-off of the nineties.
