The Homestarmy is an orginization dedicated to helping out other nations, ther are no requirements but everyone in your country pay 5 Kevos (1 Kevos = $0.56)

I.)When in the Homestarmy you must help a country when in wartime era or in threat of a war or invasion

II.)If you join the Homestar Runner you are automatically in the Homestarmy and do not has to pay 5 bucks

III.) When in the Homestarmy only your armed forces has to send 30% of their armed forced (If you choose to you can send more)
