Slave owners of the world unite!
The Empire of Carops are pleased to announce the beginning of the 1st Annual Conference of Slave Owning Nations. We invite all nations who own, sell or manage the sale of slaves to gather with us at our capital Fornænda to discuss the future of our trade and to help defend it against those "liberationists" who would see it destroyed.
As such, we would like this conference to foster an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual support for between our commercial community.

My country prefers to use only attractive slaves, as there is no such thing as an undesirable living here. We shall send a delegation to the conference.

Madnestan has some workers who are not allowed to move to another city or leave their jobs. They are bought from nations which don't want to have them anymore (ethnical minorities and such) but are let free after 15 years of working. Their rights, mostly equal to normal citizens, are secured by law.
However, they can be described as "slaves" because they are "owned" by the government. Therefore we request a permission to join the conference.
