"Since the Catfish Wars, we have seen our economy expand hugely. We have seen Catfish go from a tiny nothingness economically to a 1st World economic power. I am therefore pleased to announce the new Catfish Navy:
The Navy shall consist of one Vanguard Class Fast Battleship, six Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers, forty-two Daring Class Destroyers, sixty Duke Class Frigates and one hundred Castle Class Patrol Boats.

This will be enough to defend Catfish from most naval threats, leaving the now second line of defence to the Mockingbird Missiles which can destroy any power's naval threats. We are also planning to build the following submarine force, which will not only be able to destroy enemy ships with torpedos but also to launch Mockingbirds from safety where they cannot be destroyed by an enemy first strike:
Fifteen Astute Class SSNs and ten Trafalgar Class SSBNs.

Next to be upgraded will be our airforce, although for now we are only building JSFs for our carriers and Merlins for our escorts. Rejoice, Catfish, for we are a power once again!"
