Honorable Leaders of his/her respectable nations,
I have come to you today to speek about a new idea for a region. This region will be based on strict political science research and will be conducted very formally. I my self, the leader of Shil Qu, conducts all buisness in this manner. At this point in my nations history we are still young. I request the fallowing:
1. Nation(s) that will help me create such a region
2. Nations that hold strong political science backgrounds and knowlodge, and are willing to join the new region
