The High Sultan of Elephantum, Wandu e-Mumman, walks onstage, in front of a podium with his family seal carved into it. Behind him is a giant Elephanti Flag.
"Greetings citizens. Today the experts on television have been debating what my statement will contain. On one topic they have been right. In recent months, we have grown to eighteen times our previous size. Arabia, Kuwait, parts of Iraq, parts of the Emirates, and even some of Antartica have been added to our great Sultanate.
(Off Screen crowd claps and cheers)
And as you are all aware, our armies are making great progress in our campaign against the Kroandan menace, almost as bad as the foul Soviets, who surrendered before us before we even used force.

Our great Sultanate is now too large for one man, even myself to run. Over one million square miles of land are under Elephanti control. Major changes are needed in order to run a country of this size. The Sultanate will be split into several different Sultanates, all under my command, but having the power to administer to their own lands.
The Sultanates shall be as follows
Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and the Lakshadweep Islands, as well as any other land gained in the Indian Subcontinent shall be united as the Sultanate of India, and the capital shall be Madras
Elephanti lands in Sicily shall become the Sicilian Sultanate, and the capital shall be Messina
Elephanti land in Arabia shall become the Sultanate of Arabia, with a capital at Riyadh
Our lands in the United Arabic Emirates shall henceforth be the Sultanate of the Gulf, and the capital shall be Sharjah City.
Kuwait, second only to Bahrain in wealth, will be its own Sultanate, the Sultanate of Kuwait, with a capital at Kuwait City.
Iraqi lands under Elephanti control shall become the Mesopotamian Sultanate, with the offical capital being Basra.
The expansive lands in Antartica, recently liberated from Soviet rule, shall become the Sultanate of Antartica, with the newly founded city, New Manama, as its capital
And finally, Bahrain, our original homeland, and heart of the country, shall be its own Sultanate, with a capital at Manama, the Sultanate of Bahrain.
The electoral process, for determining the High Sultan of the Eight Sultanates of Elephantum shall be covered after this commercial break.
